I tried Shiraz as they have an open kitchen IE it must be clean ..wowzers finally a proper pizza place anyway the pizza was amazing and the kebab chicken Sheesh was unbelievably tasty

Honestly the best takeaway I've ever had, I've tried a few things so far pizza, chips, shiraz special burger, chicken strips, doner cabab in nan all absolutely delicious, presented amazing and doesn't take long to come always lovely polite service this is my new go to takeaway above all others absolutely love it!

The food used to be nice from Shiraz. Not sure what as happened this last year or so, as its gone downhill. Food as got more expensive and bland and it seems they don't take care what they are serving you. They need to up there game if they want to get customers to return. Until it changes I will not order from here again.

Ordered takeaway from their own website the money was taken but apparently they didn’t receive the order, was made to pay again with no help to resolve the issue. Customer service non existent very rude and accusing considering we’ve used them many times in the past. Was told it would correct itself overnight of course it didn’t… still trying to get money back now, with no reply from the email on the website, it’s a con! Would never use again nor recommend to anyone else.

ZERO STARS. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Went in to order a take away and the service was so diabolically rude I couldn’t quite believe it. Apparently the menu I chose from wasn’t the right menu so was snatched from under my nose. My husband was then accused of making faces despite the fact he was just standing there (even if he had looked appalled it would have been justified given the blokes agression). We most certainly will not be returning. Would have been NO STARS IF I COULD POST WITH NONE.

Absolutely disgusting we’ve heard such good things about Shiraz but I wish I read reviews first can not believe we’ve just wasted £19 on something I wouldn’t even feed my dog and you’d think for £6 for a chicken wrap I’d actually get a wrap not some chicken and 5 piece of lettuce just thrown in tinfoil how ever my partner has said the pizza is really nice but I refuse to even try just with how disgusting my food is only advice I could give is save your money and order from pizza spot and spend half off what you’d spend on this 🤢 and receive 10/10 food.

My husband and I ordered for the first time tonight. It was very disappointing. The food took over 1h, we didn’t even get a call or text to let us know there was a delay, we had to call the restaurant to find out. When the food arrived, we received the wrong burger. I ordered chicken but got beef instead. The chips were hard and tasteless. When we called the restaurant, they said they couldn’t sbecause of how busy they were but that we can get something else next time. The lady on the phone was really nice and she was just repeating the information given to her but it’s just poor customer service. I ended up only eating half of my burger. It was dry, the sauce was watery and I barely ate my chips. My husband’s burger was better, he seemed to enjoy it. The sweet chilli wings were nice and tasty. Too spicy for me but my husband really enjoyed them. It’s a shame the rest wasn’t as good. They offered us to go to the shop another day to get a refund for my burger but it’s just so much hassle they probably know we won’t end up doing it… won’t order there again unfortunately.

Order food which came with hair in the food was vile rang back and spoke to this rudest manger ever! He gave me my money back went to give this place a second chance they let me order my food and took my money off the card then sent me a text saying the shop was shut and I would get a refund in 5 days! Rang the shop number and they was open they said I was banned from ordering for complaining about the food! Disgusting stay away from this place!!

We used to order from here all the time but after a bad takeaway we stopped. So tonight while watching the boxing we decide to give it another chance and how sorry we are that we did. I had a half pound burger with fries. The fries was nice HOWEVER the burger was absolutely Vile. It is the CHEAPEST burger meat you could get and more like something you get at a third division football match. The taste was awful and just full of gristle, it was that bad I threw more than half of it away. Moving onto the pizza we ordered….. a 12inch DEEP PAN….. it was thinner than a thin pan !! It was like cardboard and the crust was burnt. So sad it has gone downhill to that extreme. We certainly won’t ever order from here again. I left 1 star as there wasn’t an option for ZERO ! Sorry Shiraz but that food was awful

Rip off. Paid £6 extra for 3 toppings which we didn’t get. Got a plain margarita instead. I called to complain and they told me they were busy and I could have a discount next time. I said no way. They offered nothing. Robbing so and so’s . Never ordering from here again.

I have ordered regularly and the food is amazing but on this occasion the portion was very poor for a £8.50 kebab so i rang up only to be sniggered at by the woman taking orders and mo the manager said i was lying basically as he could not shut the box so i can only assume the driver must have got pekish. The customer service is terrible and i will not be using again witch is ashame!

Tried for the first time tonight. I ordered a kebab & a wrap with a side order of fries and onion rings. Firstly the order arrived nearly an hour late, excusable for a Friday or Saturday night perhaps but surely not on a Tuesday. My kebab meat was fairly tasty but the Nan was so dry it resembled tree bark. The fries were cold and too salty to eat and the onion rings were undercooked and soggy. At least my wife said she enjoyed her wrap. Not very impressed and shan’t be using again.

Very poor quality also asked for a 12" pizza, got charged for a 12" pizza then when i got home found it was a 10" pizza and Shiraz refused to do anything about it, not even offer a side order to for the mistake. Dont go here.

Tonight ordered a couple pizzas, and the 1/2 pound BBQ cheeseburger w/fries.. I had the burger and had to get on here and let everyone that the burger AND the chips were EXCELLENT! Highly recommend for anyone who loves BBQ cheeseburgers!

Horrible food just ordered from there the Burgers arnt even fresh burgers they are far to thick to be fresh it was literally chucked together the kebab is that greasy I could make a full english breakfast with left over grease in bottom of tray! Never order again.

DON'T BOTHER. just ordered a pizza from shiraz, Wickersley and was told 45/60 min wait. It came within 15 min and was all over the box, had to scrape it back together, it tasted awful, wish I hadn't bothered and I won't be bothering again. I live in a first floor apartment and the delivery man refused to bring it to my door. My partner went down to the main entrance and asked why he refused, the delivery man who wasn't wearing a mask!!! Said he wasn't allowed. What do they do when delivering to a house... leave it at the gate?? Never use them again.

Delivered quicker than expected but they needn't have bothered. 3 put of 4 meals substandard and 1 of the 3 was diabolical. When the shop was called the manager was extremely rude and said that it was what it was and to deal with it, disgusting service. Can't recommend it and won't be going there again.

Absolutely shocking food and service. We ordered a large order... Most of it was wrong or just not as described and when we called to explain that the food wasn't correct, we were referred to the manager who told us we were wrong and it is what it is. Absolutely no inclination to help us, nor show any form of manners or general customer service. Absolutely disgusting, we can't even say the food we received was acceptable as it was just awful. Avoid!!

Absolutely appauled!! Just ordered a shish kebab from shiraz at Wickersley, the wrap was raw, there were three small pieces of chicken on the wrap, no sauce like I asked and paid extra for and hardly any salad. When I phoned to explain that I was a disappointed on my meal, I was told that this was how it is made and I was wrong and that I should post a fb post if I want to, so I am. Over priced mediocre food and extremely rude customer service. Unbelievable. I'd recommend avoiding, there's much better places to order from.

ordered food through just eat When the food arrived 50% wrong my partner phoned asking for them to collect the wrong food for a refund After been told we wouldn't be refunded She was then passed to the manager who began screaming and shouting down the phone saying we would have to contact just eat. Unhappy with how the managment had spoken to my partner I visited shiraz pizza to take back the food and get a refund. The manager came to the desk and immediately started shouting again and ripping open the packaging on the food. The managment here have serious customer relation problems. Another review comments on how the managment speak to staff. I can well belive it if this is how they speak to their customers.

Last night we placed an order at Shiraz pizza (Tanyard Wickersley also the same owner has Bens Pizza at the Stag) and I have never experienced poorer customer service. After collecting a takeaway, by the time I was home to Moorgate (approx 5 min drive) the order was cold. Immediately we rang Shiraz asking if they would be willing to replace the order with a fresh hot one and deliver. They advised a manager would call me back. Ten minutes later there had been no further communication from Shiraz, so I rang again. I was met with the same response - A manager would be calling me ASAP. A further 40 minutes went by, where I heard nothing from Shiraz, so I called again. This time they advised they wouldn’t be able to do anything with my order or offer a refund. As a result, I got back in the car with an uneaten cold takeaway and returned to Shiraz. To say they were unhelpful, disrespectful and blatantly rude is an understatement and again refused to refund my order. They claimed that they have too many orders to deal with mine. Eventually, a manager did arrived and after a few crossed words they sheepishly provided us with a ‘part refund’ followed by calling us B**stards and told f**k off!! Don’t worry Shiraz, we will not be placing any orders with you ever again and I hope nobody will receive the same service as we have tonight. Everyone should be made aware how this local business is treating its customers. During these difficult times I have tried hard to support local retailers and restaurants providing delivery services but I am appalled of the experience Shiraz provided us last night.

Ordered a number of times from shiraz. Food is always nice & hot, tastes really nice. The chips are so nice not hard or too soggy like some you can get. The chip spice makes them too. The only critical thing I would say is large orders do not get any discount, free delivery or free item. But would recommend it is best takeaway we have had since moving here.

Having read the menu fully and seeing vegan cheese was available ( I have a dairy intolerance) I ordered pizzas for me and my family. When they arrived I checked mine and the cheese looked like normal cheese so I phoned up the shop to check and was told they don't do vegan cheese. I said the website said they did and was told they don't have the facilities for vegan cheese. So I had paid for a pizza I couldn't eat and they didn't care.. I will not use this takeaway again and I'm surprised how it has gone down hill some much since it was over the road and did amazing curries.

Used to always really enjoy food from here, in fact it was the only takeaway I’d ever use! But unfortunately it’s going back to the food being hit and miss again, depending on the day/time you order, the food is either lovely or average, must be a different chef?? Obviously you don’t want to be having to gamble on weather you will enjoy your meal or not! We also had missing items from our most recent order and the food was average. I’m also getting really confused as to why it always costs slightly more money than it says on the menu, usually £3 - £4 more to what it should be. We put it down to either simply making a mistake or perhaps the menu changing and prices going up, but it’s every time! So is there a delivery charge and if so why doesn’t it state this anywhere??? If there is then I don’t know any other takeaway charging delivery when spending over £10 let alone the £30-£40 our order usually comes to, unfortunately it’s not just us saying this, many of my family and friends have said the exact same, so I’ve decided we’re not going to be ordering from here for some time, unless it changes, which is a shame so we will try somewhere new.

Mine and my partner's experience at Shiraz Pizza was anything but a 5 start experience - we are astounded at the discrepancy in the admittedly great food, and the terrible customer service this establishment provides. We ordered our food in store, and was initially given incorrect change. We were shocked to hear the rude and disrespectful tone to which the managerial staff addressed other staff members, which made our waiting experience rather uncomfortable. The food we received was also incorrect - upon realising and calling to inform them, the staff brushed my partner off, telling him that he was incorrect, and had been given the correct order! We then had to call a second time to express that we had been given an incorrect order, to which the manager still continued to insist that he was correct, and that the error was down to us! The situation was finally begrudgingly rectified - but no apology for the error was expressed, and we were left feeling as though we had done something wrong for contacting them regarding this.

Paid £19.60 for 2 tiny pizzas, when I called to ask if they'd collect them as they were a complete waste of money the owner refused, when I said we'd drop them off the owner said he'd phone the police if we took them back to the shop and he had my name and address 😂😂

Would give it a minus if I could. Disgusting is too good a word for it. Ordered on a Sunday night. I had onion bhaji which was crispy all way through, chicken pakora which wouldve cracked tiles if you'd dropped it, madras sauce which was tasty but watery and a garlic naan which was the best thing about it. Husband had a chicken tikka & donner kebab with chips but they forgot the chips so they had to come back. Daughter had a chicken tikka kebab which had 5 pieces of chicken on it. Would not order from there again if it was the last place on earth x

Ignorant , ordered meal 16 02.2019 asked for it to be delivered 6.30pm.... having friends round . Delivered 5.35. Phoned up .. disgusting service DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They do not csre , this will be posted all over facebook. Really pathetic food too

Multiple times in the phone the order was confirmed, and even showed us the receipt when we got there, and it was still wrong. Won't be eating there again, person answering the phone really needs some lessons in customer service.

First and the last time I will go here!! Had 2 chicken tikka biriyani and they were awful. The chicken was as dry as a bone. The rice overcooked and dry obviously precooked food reheated when ordered. Avoid at all costs. Supermarket curries much better if u want reheated pre cooked food.

Okay food, ordered from there few times in the past couple Year. Typical takeaway sometimes send you wrong order, but they were able to change it. It's good, but not brilliant in my opinion, sorry.

Was hear 10 minutes after I ordered it the curry aaa horrible didn't taste right at all which I wasn't right happy with but the bhajis was out of this world but ashamed about the madras curry :(

rubbish....phoned up to place an order (they get 2 orders a week from us) and told they were too busy to take an order (at 7.30pm), and told by the girl to place our order through hungry house!! when has "too busy" ever been in a small business' vocabulary? will never bother with them again!

Took the order, then decided to cancel because they were too busy, however only decided to tell me when I called to see where it was.
