Came to Leek for a weekend away, went to Shiraz for multiple meals, pizzas, burgers, donners. Rez and the team were great, looked after us every time. Recommend to try if you're in the area

Just Ordered through food hub and collected as we live 7 miles away and we like it hot so don’t ever risk delivery from anywhere. Well very very disappointed, we do use Shiraz and have for years as we liked Jimmy ( he was so helpful and always made sure order was right and ready ) he’s left now . Ordered the Pizza 1 deal , both pizzas were burned underneath, just a waste of money , if we lived in leek or closer to we would definitely have took them back , not the first time been not happy, but on the whole it’s ok and fresh and the staff are nice too but sorry Shiraz won’t be back anytime soon …as takeaway is a treat these days with cost of living and that was a let down ….

I have ordered from Shiraz a lot of times, this time I ordered a sweet chilli chicken pizza and onion rings, as always tasted lovely! Customer service was also fab as always!

We ordered 41 pizzas for the evening food at our wedding and were very pleased with the service and quality of the food. The team delivered the pizzas in 3 lots to ensure they arrived hot and fresh, and they were all delicious. Our guests all commented on how nice the pizza was, and the great range of toppings. We ate several left over pizzas the next day and they were just as delicious then. Thanks very much!

Very disappointing tonight, chips cold dry and overcooked, nan bread stale and dry, chicken kebabs cold. The recent price increase seems to have reduced the attention to the standard of food sent out. Not up to the usual standard at all.

Well if I could rate this place no stars I would. I ordered a large shish kebab and got the worst kebab I've ever had. The meat looked very old and definitely not freshly cooked on the grill. I was really worried it was going to make me ill so I didn't eat it in the end. It all looked like it was thrown together and then put in the microwave. It cost me around £8 for that, I work so hard for my money, robbery! If you want microwave cooked meat, this is the place for you.

Standard food standard prices... wouldn't honour of my way to eat here but if I'm hungry and passing then why not ...

twice i've had the chicken fillet burger from there & both times it's made me really ill, severe stomach cramps, nausea & vomiting, i don't know what the hell they do to it, the chicken tastes like a piece of rubber

Please post if this isn't what I heard but tried to order a14" pizza for delivery to Cheddleton tonight and was told it would be a £20 delivery charge. No libel intended but if this is true, suggest you post this charge on your site. I am more than happy to post a full and unreserved apology if I misheard your reply. Get those cost reasonable (IMHO) and we will do business. Thanks and regards.

Probably the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. My god. Chips are perfect and crispy, Pizza was FANTASTIC! Rating should be a 4.5 by far!

Ordered food on a Friday night was told it would be 45 minutes after an 75 minutes food didn’t turn up so rang them the female with a bad attitude said they were busy it turned up as I was on the phone. chips were all soggy and cold pizza would never use them again. Used them many times in the past and it’s always been good

first order not impressed over 90mins to come food was cold when did arive pizza was over cooked and had no taste the portions very small compared to other takeouts wont be using agian

Extremely poor service.. I was told 45 minutes for deliver. It took an hour, when I called, I was told it is just leaving, when the food arrived, it was cold... really bad service, I will not be using this take away again. And to be honest, this must be the most expensive pizza take away in town.... I will stick with dominos in future

Normally good excellent pizzas red hot but not tonight it was cold burnt on the edges and soggy in the middle, cheesy chips were rock hard like they had been microwaved for hours. Garlic bread was very burnt couldn't even taste any garlic on it at all. Waste of money

I have used this take away many times . However today the price has gone up by £1.00 just the same amount they used to charge you fòr paying with a card. Tonight I was very greatfull for thè delivery service but my curry was cold.

Burnt cheese on pizza,it was almost black.terrible and disgusting! If it wasnt for a family member i wouldnt have gone here,shame as they do a massive pizza for a bargain price but its only a bargain if you get to eat it. Our dry burnt crust went in the bin,waste of money. We ended up with a large chips between 4 of us. Never again. Its not hard to not burn a pizza fgs! Only reason is 2 stars because the chips were ok,probs because we were so hungry though....
