Family pizza in Staffordshire Moorlands

A brilliant service from Biddulph family pizza ! We pre ordered a large order for NYE, they were so friendly on the phone and even threw in a free pizza! He reconfirmed on the day there were no changes to the order and arrived on time with perfect pizzas! Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much x

Food is always red hot and nice and the staff are really really lovely. Never go anywhere else for pizza or kebabs

Standard of pizzas that arrived when we ordered……. After waiting almost 2 hours

Ordered takeaway. Friendly staff. Lots of options. Good prices. Would advice change fizzy drinks as did not like the selection. Change to Asda or Aldi brand drinks

(27/01/24) Just had a kebab meat and chips. you know that spot that only Kebab meat and chips can hit? Well this delivery totaly hit the bullseye :-). Our go to place for Pizza and Kebab, always great quality food. Thankyou :-) Lovely freshly made Pizza really enjoyed it :-)

Very good, the doner meat is so nice and is not dry at all. Chicken strips are absolutely gorgeous and the pizza is amazing. The owner is very polite and customer service is very good. 100% recommend this takeaway Delivery is very quick and portions are a good size for the money

Great food and fantastic service

Lovely service and great staff. The gentleman who served us made us feel like a family… get it? We laughed and got to know each other in 5 minutes making us feel so welcome. The food is amazing and would recommend. Not to mention he gave us a free bottle of pepsi ;)

Just had two of the best pizzas ever, good thin crust and ample tasty toppings. Garlic bread and cheese a bit tasteless, but it was free so who cares.😉

This place was great when it first opened haven't used it for a while, food went straight in the bin, cold with a feel of plastic and for some reason there's a service charge and a delivery charge definitely won't be using again....only reason I gave it two stars was for the courteous delivery driver...

We had a food from Family Pizza last night and we're very pleased. Been waiting a bit longer than usual but think is normal for busy weekends. Despite that, the food was hot and delicious as usual. Honestly never had such a varied takeaway. The coating on the chicken was amazing! First thigh piece I had I was ready to give a 5 star review it was so good. Better than KFC. Then tried the fillet burger. Tough and chewy and only half was eaten, probably worst I’ve ever had. Went back to the chicken and the 2 remaining drumsticks were very gristly and chewy but again the coating was amazing. Seems to be very poor quality meat used in good quality cooking. Chips were good.

Had a few pizzas and was hot and tasty, however tonight the pizza, chips and garlic bread was cold and tasteless.

Cannot fault this take away food is amazing especially the southern fried chicken and the pizzas are amazing too , and not forgetting the amazing staff who work there socks off day in day out , keep up the good work mustafa 👍

Used to be nice, last order was absolutely awful. The pizzas were dry with hardly any toppings, chips and cheese wasnt even half of a small box, coleslaw tasted like it had gone off. Most of the food ended up in the bin and customer service on the phone was atrocious.

Being the 2nd ever customer and knowing the food was amazing, i ordered from here again expecting the same delicious food! But instead i got stale cheesy garlic bread, cold dry pizza (which wasnt a 12" as it used to fill the box) the chips were soggy and cold. After speaking to the staff about some sort of compensation they were incredibly rude, they said they would rectify the problem tonight refunding half the money... lets see if they do!

Pizza was dry and cold. The chips tasted awful. Called to speak to someone, staff were rude and very unhelpful. Never using them again.

Used this place before expecting good quality food like they used to serve but from tonight's order the food was shocking, half the food turned up cold including the pizza which tasted like it was uncooked. Very disappointed shall not be using them again.

We had 4 12 pizzas they was very dry and hard and the ham and pineapple was inedible the chips had a strange taste that was £48 pound down the drain won't be coming back ever again disappointed to say the least

Unfortunately clueless about milk allergy. Despite going in in person and ordering milk free, it's contained milk and my partner's been sick every time.

Thought we would try this place for the first time last night, we waited over 1 hour 20 minutes for it to turn up, don't get me wrong it was warm but the chips and cheese were tasteless, the pizza wasn't nice tasted like it was cooked from frozen, this morning we've got a bad stomach, i wouldn't recommend this place going stick to our usual place.

Never had bad food. Look no further than family for best pizza in Biddulph. Delivery time is half an hour. Can't fault. 10/10

Very clean lovely food and friendly staff

The hotshot pizza with pineapple is so good. The delivery is fast. Never had a problem. They are friendly and helpful with any order. Looking forward to the kebab shop opening in next few months.

Extremely fast delivery Pizzas are the best we have had in ages bases cooked perfectly pizza sauce spot on toppings fresh and delicious would rate higher if I could first time tried here will be ordering again !
