Ordered Takeaway and half the dishes were missing. When calling to advise they had forgotten half the food they simply said next time we will give some free Poppadoms. I mean, come on I just want my food and these guys are just offering free poppadoms. The attitude of the owner is disgraceful and doesn’t take responsibility for there failings. If a Takeaway simply can’t get an order right what is the point of being in business. I will never order from here again!

Just had our first takeaway from here tonight absolutely brilliant, the sag aloo was beautiful, the restaurant looks beautiful inside can't wait to dine in next. Apon collection the staff we're very friendly! Top stuff

Went to the restaurant last night and had the lamb shank. It was to die for! Complemented by a glass of red wine and obviously poppadoms! Excellent service. Lovely service. Will be back.

My partner and I visited this gorgeous restaurant on the opening night, and we wasn't disappointed. The food was so delicious, bursting with so much flavour. The staff were so welcoming and full of knowledge about their amazing menu, we were spoilt for choice, and was kindly recommended a few dishes from the very accommodating manager after discussing our taste buds. This restaurant is a must, and the manager especially deserves a special thank you from us, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

The service was very good and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very comfortable.The servers are very friendly and provided us with what we needed.The food was amazing and had a great flavour.I came here for my birthday and i so glad i did as it was very enjoyable! We were told that there are many restaurants of the same chain and that all of them will be changed to be called “Indian Summer”. Thank you for such a great service, we will definitely be coming back soon!!!

We had a very enjoyable evening. The owner offered to cook a dry portion of mushroom bhaji for us to try - absolutely delicious as were all the dishes we ordered. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Shimla Mirch.

It's been a good few months since we've move to Sidcup and since it's a walkable distance. we've given it a try after looking at the reviews and awards it had. I'm glad we did! The flavours of the Jalfrezi were bursting out, spices were hitting the right spot, and the chicken was nice and tender. Another recommended dish to try would be the Goan Fish Bhuna! Fish had been pan-fried before then smoothered in the spices/curry. Would need to visit in house as I've always get take away so if its nice for take away pick up then I'd imagine it would be even better eating in 👍 price wise, it's reasonable, priced, portion size can be lightly bigger but already generous compare to other places. Sorry, the photos don't really do it much, Justice 😅

We visited this restaurant as we are a vegan family and it has a vegan section on the menu. The staff we attentive and answered any questions. The food was lovely and portion size good. Good value and we will be back.

Used this place for the first time on New Year’s Eve from good reviews from neighbours. We expected that our collection for our takeaway might be a little late given the busy evening, but the restaurant had everything ready bang on time. Very nice staff, and they also kindly gave us a large beer and some poppadoms for free in our order. As for the food, unbelievably good. Really impressed with everything we ordered and the portions were very generous. Really glad we found this place - we will certainly be coming back!

All 7 of us really loved our meal and the service was excellent. The best thing for me was that they have a vegan menu too which is amazing! And he even said even if it's not in that section they can adapt it to your dietary needs. I haven't been able to have korma in 10 years and it was soooo good!

Tonight was our second time at this restaurant and both times the food has been really good. Great service, and really nice atmosphere. Our new favourite local Indian restaurant. Great selection of dishes and it all comes in perfect size portions with the very best naan bread! Can’t wait to go back already!

A top notch Indian restaurant. Delicious food every time we’ve come - the butter chicken & shashlik dishes are particular favourites. Plus very attentive waiting staff and refreshingly sensible pricing. Lovely speaking with Ash about the business’s plans for future expansion including a decor revamp across their numerous locations, and a very exciting diversification of the menu coming in 2024.

We've been using this restaurant for a number of months - both dine in and takeaway delivery. The food is always top class, prices are resonable and the service is brilliant. Spread the word - it's definitely worth a go.

A group of 18 middle-aged still rugby, playing men descended on the restaurant on a Monday evening !! We took the time to jot down our orders and leave them with the restaurant an hour before we arrived to give them a good heads up, as we are conscious there were so many . As with all socials we arrived 15 minutes late, however we’re greeted by the staff and the merriment commenced. The beer flowed but more importantly food arrived and I don’t believe there was anything left in the bowls. At the end. The staff were attentive the food was amazing. We had a great time for a local restaurant to be so accommodating especially on Monday. We were very grateful

This was a take-away order which was delivered within the time expected but I have to say, despite five star rating and award winning chef, that we found it very disappointing indeed. The main reason being is that chicken madras was far too oily, in fact the amount of oil was too excessive to be healthy. This has affected my partner which made her feel sick and has actually happened 3 or 4 times. From her experience where she had chicken madras from other curry houses and most have no issues at all, but said this one was the worse. I had chicken tikka masala which was okay but could have been better. To conclude, we will not be using this again, sorry.

Booked online, very easy to do. From as soon as we entered we had excellent service. Had drinks and cocktails. The food was superb especially the chicken Passanda. Had a lovely evening.

I’ve been to curry houses all over sidcup and I can confidently say this is my favourite. The staff are really friendly. The food is up there with some of the best Indian I’ve ever had. My personal favourite is the vindaloo and everything about it is perfect from portion to spice to flavour is brilliant.

The most delicious food we have every had every dish tasted so different the spice level was accurate it was very good

Friendly staff, polite, nothing too much for them. Offer theme nights throughout the month, various artists. Buffet available twice a week. Reasonable priced. Been twice now, and I definitely will be returning in the near future.

Had the pleasure of dining here for my birthday, amazing food , tasty, not oily , good ingredients. My GF doesn't usually like chicken but had some chicken tikka and chicken tikka masala and found it delicious, the lamb Korai was fantastic, not oily just full of flavour . We had quite a few dishes and all were amazing. Staff attentive and quick to serve you , highly recommend this restaurant.

Very tasty, delicious food. Its like a proper British Indian. Really good spice and flavour, full of good ingredients. The paneer was delicious, peswari naan was fabulous, patia was spicy, hot and sour just as it should be. Nice cocktails too. If you really want a good Indian restaurant then this really is a great place. Best Indian food I have had in a long time. Well worth a visit. The only thing that could make it better would be some nice Indian music.

My friend and I decided to go for a quick early doors night out, and decided to try the new local restaurant, what a lovely surprise. The food was excellent, the service very attentive, quick service, great food and superb service, and normally I would stop at that, but to our surprise, they had an Abba tribute act performing, and I do love Agnetha, so as there was a table at the top, we decided to stay on, and have a sing-a-long, another free drink each, from the manager, and listening to Abba for another half hour, I was loving every minute. But back to the food, the starter of Tempura prawns was superb, and the batter was just right, I had a chicken tikka madras, which was just the right amount of heat, and flavour, my firiend had a chicken tikka dansak, which he said was the best he's had for ages. Rice, breads and side dishes, all very good if not better. I think I( have now found my new local indian to go for. Keep up this good food and service, you wont go far wrong. All in all the best night I've had out in a very long time. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all local people in sidcup, but very soon, it will only be bookable. An outstanding evening, and thank you for a gret Tuesday night.

First time attending the venue and the food was amazing and delicious. The location is next to nothing and they cater for everyone’s needs. The choice of food is outstanding I preferably had chicken and lamb which was soft and tender
