Great place for a function or just a meal with family and friends. Food is lovely, staff and customer service top notch and a lovely setting. Highly recommended 👏🏼

Shere Khan is an ideal setting to host an intimate wedding reception. We hired the function room at the restaurant and Sohail (the Manager) and his team were fantastic in supporting us throughout our planning and preparation. A great food tasting session and sufficient time to set up the room for our guests. The food was delicious and it was such a treat to have 3 courses and a catering team looking after us. Thanks for a memorable day Sohail! ☺️

Most of the food is great but i guess what they called lamb kharai wasnt a lamb kharai. 2/10 , it took me almost 4 bits to fig out what can i call that dish. So i failed that. But haleem was great

Ethereal Interior design of the restaurant. Kind and welcoming staff brightening your faces and a great start to an elite meal to satisfy the tastebuds. I would definitely recommend Butter Chicken , Chicken Karahi and Lamb Kebabs. The chocolate ice cream was delectable.

Chose to visit here for a takeaway as did not have much time to have a full dining experience. Got to say when i walked in i wish we had more time! It is beautiful inside.. the decor is 😍😍 The food was very quick. We got the £9.95 deal where you get to choose a starter, main and side. We chose keema samosas which were very filling & crispy , just a little on the oily side. For the main we chose butter chicken and i must say the chicken was cooked perfectly! And the sauce was lovely. Lastly the rice was well cooked. Definitely recommend .

The reception person who's standing in front of entrance door his behaviour is not ethical as well as he don't know how to give respect to the costumers and his communication is very bad

This was our 2nd team party at Shere Khan and We had an amazing experience last night. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the lamb chops and kebabs, they have so many veg options too which was great for some of the non meat eaters in the group and the service was top-notch. Our waiter, Raja was very attentive and made excellent recommendations and was doing his best to feed a huge group of 23. The ambiance was perfect for team evening out. Their Mocktails are so lovely too. We can't wait to come back again here. Will defo recommend to all. Plenty free parking too.

My wife and I ordered a takeaway from here again as the previous week the food was fantastic. The food on this occasion arrived extremely late and to make matters even worse an item was missing. We contacted the business direct thinking the matter could be resolved easily as a simple mistake had been made and perhaps they could just re deliver the missing item but after waiting on hold for 10 minutes whilst the staff member dealt with other customers that we could clearly hear in the back ground we were told the item was included! We asked to speak to the manager who then took the call with a confrontational attitude and basically insinuated we were lying. It’s a shame as the food is great here and we thought we had found a new takeaway but to be basically robbed out of dish has dramatically changed our opinion and as a matter of principle we will not be ordering from here again. If I ran my business with the attitude that the staff members presented I would be out of business! Very rude and careless staff. Avoid! I have also cascaded this experience within my large family and network of friends.

I recently placed an order from Shere Khan through Uber Eats, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. Several items were missing from my order, so I called the restaurant to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling me it was "my problem" and that I should speak to Uber about it. Then, they hung up on me. I've heard negative things about Shere Khan’s service from others, but I decided to give them a try anyway. I regret that decision now. I strongly advise against ordering from Shere Khan—poor service and rude staff are not worth it. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Nice food, large variety, generous portions, very reasonably priced, and friendly service.

Came in with my family of 20 people after a long day in London. Saw the reviews on TikTok and thought to give it a try. The service was absolutely horrible, we had to ask staff 3-4 times before anything came to the table. We had to supervise the food in order for it to come out. Considering it wasn’t very busy food took 45 minutes to come out both for the starters and then again for the main. Portions were tiny compared to other shere khans I’ve been to around England and prices were extortionate for what was given.

7 of us went out to this restaurant we got seated quickly, and that was the only good thing about it, actually the lamb chops were very tasty, we waited some time for the starters, and when they arrived they got our order wrong, then we had to wait a further 15 mins for the rest of the starters. When they bought our first starter out they didn't even bring the plates and we had to constantly ask for tissues and they didn't even bring out the drinks to us we had to ask for them as well. At the beginning of the order we said for the mains that we ordered no coriander as I was allergic to coriander and after a very long wait all of the dishes came with coriander I was extremely annoyed and I did not eat any of the mains. I also had to speak to the manager who reassured me that everything would be okay with the service from now on and to be fair after that the waiters were more attentive to our table. So the overall experience wash not so good.

Me and my family of 8 visited Shere khan for the second time to celebrate my sister's 21st birthday. We got there around 9 pm and soon after placed the food order. We were all quite excited as this was our second time and the first time was Eid 2022 which went so well, and we had high expectations. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations as we left disappointed with the quality of the food. We paid almost £200 but did not think the food quality met the value. Please see all concerns bullet pointed below. Special Shere Khan Combo – The meat particularly the lamb chomps were horrible. Extremely hard to chew, not fresh and just not nice in the most simple terms. Definitely one of the causes to our upset tummies. Machi Lasan masala – Tasted like Gobi as opposed to fish masala. Definitely not recommended to fish lovers, fish was also mashed. I would feedback to keep the whole fish and not add gobi to such a dish. Lamb karahi – Also, the meat was extremely hard. As it the masala was frozen and heated up in a microwave. Not freshly made and that was confirmed by one of your waiters. Mango lassi was extremely thick. We had to order a whole bucket of ice and wait for it to be thinned so we could consume. Not ideal. The only thing we enjoyed was the soft drinks and Strawberry Mojito. I have emailed this review but haven't heard back. I would appreciate a reponse!

Great atmosphere and friendly staff, and the food was amazing. Served by Adeel ,who made our stay welcoming.

The quality of food was very poor. I order chilli paneer in starter and that was rubbery, tasteless and felt like it had been sitting in freezer for months. Instead of soft, fresh texture one expects from good paneer, this was a chewy nightmare. It’s clear that the kitchen has no idea what they’re doing.

Our waiter was Raja, super friendly and very attentive. A lovely atmosphere with a great selection of food and drinks. 10/10 will be back with family

The naan was soft fluffy and perfectly golden on the outside with a slight crispiness that added to its texture. The flavor was subtly sweet and buttery making it a versatile bread that pairs well with a wide variety of dishes. Whether dipped in curry used to scoop up chutneys or enjoyed on its own, plain naan provides a satisfying and comforting experience. Its simplicity allows the flavors of accompanying dishes to shine while adding its own unique touch.

don't bother over priced and no love and passion for the food I think they spent all thier money on the restaurants look then the food the chefs need to quit

spent 70 pounds plus and food was below average typical Pakistani and Indian restaurants don't care when it's take away becouse the costumers not there to complain if you were eating in no respect for restaurants like this just make a quick buck good food goes a long way maybe have some passion towards the food then trying making money you'll probably make more

Style over substance. Nicely decorated but the food wasn't that great. The mixed grill was nice, the lamb Karahi needed more cooking as the meat was not tender, same with the butter chicken. The only that was delicious was the kheema korma

Excellent food, excellent service. We have been to Shere Khan several times since it opened and it has never disappointed. Latest visit was if anything, the best we have had (2 hours before writing this review). Papri Chaat was great, as were the seekh kebabs (both chicken and lamb). Really enjoyed the Bhuna Gosht, Achari Chicken as well as Daal Makhani. I would also recommend the Aloo Parathas although I would warn that they are pretty filling by themselves.

Starters were great, I liked the chicken wings, lamb chops and chaat. In the main course Dal makhani was tasty, chicken kadhai was nice too. What I didn't enjoy as much was 1) there was too much food colouring 2) mutton was avg. 3) paneer was a bit sweet for my liking (personal preference) Service was great and the staff were friendly. Overall great experience!

Came as a family of 16 and we were treated with great consideration and care and the food was incredible- great taste , variety and servings! Staff were extremely attentive and swift with the service would 100% recommend for big family bookings👍🏽

We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday here last night . Everything was amazing. All of her friends enjoyed the amazing food and ambience. Would highly recommend this restaurant for family parties and other events. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much especially brother Sohail who helped make all the arrangements for the party and gave us useful advice.

We ordered dessert item and the ice cream that came with it smells like volini or heat spray. Its disgusting that such a big restaurant can deliver this quality of food and there is no way to complain about it to restaurant.

The restaurant's modern design instantly transported me to Dubai, with its sleek and sophisticated decor that created a wonderfully inviting atmosphere. The service at Shere Khan was impeccable. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, always checking on us at the right moments without being intrusive. He was particularly observant and noticed that our table was slightly wobbly. Without us even having to mention it, he went out of his way to change our table, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our meal. His dedication and proactive approach truly made a difference in our dining experience. Now, onto the food, which was nothing short of delightful. I started with the lamb chops and cheese and onion naan bread. The lamb chops were absolutely delicious, perfectly spiced with just the right balance—neither too spicy nor bland. However, the highlight for me was the cheese and onion naan bread. I can confidently say it’s the best naan bread I’ve ever tasted, surpassing even the cheesy naan bread I had at a renowned restaurant called Black Cumin in Bristol. The naan was incredibly soft, and the cheese melted beautifully, bursting with flavors that made me fall in love with it instantly. For the mains, I opted for the Murgh Tikka Masala. The sauce was rich and creamy, exactly how I like it. However, I did find the chicken to be a bit rubbery, which made it seem less authentic to me. It's worth noting that this is purely my personal preference, and I believe the chicken was fresh—it was likely just the cooking method. The white rice that accompanied the dish was perfectly cooked, providing a nice complement to the flavorful curry. To drink, I ordered a guava juice, which was refreshingly sweet and highly recommended. It was the perfect beverage to complement the rich flavors of the meal. Overall, my experience at Shere Khan was fantastic. The cheese and onion naan bread stands out as the best naan bread I’ve ever had, and the lamb chops were a close second as the best starters I’ve enjoyed in a restaurant. While the chicken in the Murgh Tikka Masala fell a bit short for me, the overall quality of the food and the brilliant service more than made up for it. On my next visit, I plan to try one of their red meat or fish dishes to avoid any potential letdown. I want to emphasize that my comments on the chicken are based on my assumption—it was most likely fresh, and the issue was probably just in the preparation. In conclusion, Shere Khan in Feltham is a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-quality dining experience with exceptional service and standout dishes. Also, this establishment is halal for you sisters and brother out there. Highly recommended!

Attended a few week ago for a family dinner. Service was not as efficient, we essentially had to seat ourselves. Noone made us aware of the lunch deal but by chance this deal was seen in the window by family! Very good portion sizes and lovely drink options.

Food was nice, but the service was terrible. I ordered a desi chai and they gave us hot water with a tea bag, the worst chai I had in my life. The cups were dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned but to my surprise the same cup was returned to me and still dirty! First and last time at the establishment.

The restaurant is a pretty and spacious venue. The food was good, but I found it rather spicy. Food took a while to arrive, and we enquired we were told it was because the lamb takes a long to make. In the end, we ordered 3 scoops of ice cream and clarified by pointing to the offer of 3 scoops, as we were happy to share between us. However, it was served in separate bowls. When paying, we informed the waiter that we ordered 3 scoops, which were priced cheaper. I even pointed to the offer when ordering. We were rudely informed that he (the waiter) used his 'common sense' and ordered 3 scoops as there were 3 people, and he would not remove the extra cost for individual scoops. He didn't even acknowledge his own mistake. Why he didn't just serve us what we wanted is beyond me.
