Best chips cheese n gravy in town

This used to be our favorite takeout place, but lately the prices have gone up and the food quality's gone down often we receive old or stale food . Our orders are always late and cold now, so we've stopped going. Not sure if it's under different management or just lazy younger staff.

Keep trying to mis charge me, also expensive and slow. £6 for a kabab covered in source on the outside of it.

Staff always friendly and chatty. Food fab too . It's me I never now what to ask for . So, I have tried dishes I would not normally. Thank you 😉

This used to serve good pizzas which were made fresh in the shop with a good efficient service, but now it has Poor service,it took 45 mins to make a reheated pizza, which was not value for money ...I won't be back

Bought a single fish supper on the 3/7/ 2024 at 7.20 pm Absolutely disgusting 😡😡😡 The freshly fried fish was seriously out of date I mean stinking Vile toxic and the chips must have been made days ago. I did not eat more than two or three bites and and felt sick. By far the most disgusting fish and chips I have ever had. I don’t think I’ll ever get the smell out of my car. I will be venting my anger in person shortly

Went round for a Shish kebab and tried to charge me £13.50 as they only done one size 😂 terrible any where else it’s £7 or a king one £9.50 pure robbery usually spend atleast £50/£60 quid a week won’t be back

I had the Donner Kebab with salad & sauce separately , Chicken tikka kebab & a portion of chips & it was lovely, well cooked me & my partner really enjoyed it.

Bought a 12inch pizza 1/2 spicy chicken 1/2 onion mushrooms not only did they charge full price £9 spicy chicken and only get 1/2 spicy chicken on the pizza they had the cheek to add another £3 on the the onion,mushrooms £12 for a 12inch pizza shocking

Good value but one of the most tasteless tikka masalas I’ve ever had, didn’t bother keeping the leftovers

First time order.for a calzone was not cut up so hard to est with a fork. Girl on gone was polite meant to send a text but never recived. Driver fone to say were I was explain told him were exactly. only credit no cash. An never received the text, got fone call about n hour later ask for payment was happy to ablige. Dunno y never recived text. Will use again when in area. Ther nit on just eat they ha e own app. Fone shop direct

Pizza & calzone is to die for and big bites of meat worth the money. Can’t seem to find this shop on just eat anymore witch is a downer hopefully sort it soon 👍🏻

Used to be on of the best take away's around. Now they are going down hill. Got my order wrong from just eat. After calling to inform them of the wrong order,they blamed it on the delivery driver and i got fobbed off with "we will fix it next time you order with us" sorry m8!. Its your staff who do the bagging not the courier. Total BS reply because your nearly Finished and couldn't be bothered to fix it. Last.time I order from Shergills!

Was walking past last nite debating to get something for me and my friend. then seen a tall Indian boy drinking a beer so swiftly changed my mind if thats what he is doing what are the rest in there doing. Will never go in if this is whats going on !!!!!!!!!

I got a 12 munchy box tonight and was enjoying eating it until I ate a bit of donnor kebab meat and I nearly broke my tooth on some stones that were through it, then when I called the shop I was called a liar and I told nothing would happen about it and that's it, worst customer service I've every delt with.

I've recently moved away from Glasgow and this is one of the best take away curries I know! My favourite is chicken tikka main meal, no grease lovely quality ingredients and brilliant staff!!!

They recently went and remodeld the place looks amazing and the food is alway on point

Also got a fish's supper and for a moment thought I'd got a single fish.. The smallest portion of chips I've EVER seen... Cmon what's that about...!!!!!!

Used this a few times and food has always been good BUT last week I bought a sausage supper on way home and was disappointed in the portion size of chips. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and got one again tonight...even less chips tonight. A handful if I was lucky. Sorry but I won't buy a 3rd time.

Have had food from Shergills Takeaway in Riddrie many a time and service and quality of food has always been fantastic until tonight phoned an order in to go pick up and when got home discovered that instead of 2 piece single fish they had given me 2 single half pizzas I know everyone can make a mistake but when I phoned to let them know all I got told was that they could only apologise and that was that not only did they not offer to fix the mistake but there was no offer of a refund in the difference of price needless to say I will not be going back I think they need to retrain in customer service there profits will definitely be good if they keep doing this although think they will loose a lot of customers with this attitude

Only tried the chicken kebab ....was brilliant and their was loads of chicken,enough for two people. The guys are friendly and eager to help and will be back for more

Delivery took 45 mins. Chicken Pakora was good (great portion) sauce okay. Also ordered a curry and stressed extra hot. It was rubbish, thin based sauce and quite bitter but not spicy whatsoever. Waste of time and not impressed at all.

Wrong order delieverd phoned the shop guy full of attitude never accepted the mistake so not ordering again simple.

Ordered through the app write the notes to customize the curry but got the wrong one, phoned the shop & the manager was without Costomer Service training course so rude so cheeky not accepting the fault even though that's their own app ordered last week did the same thing & got the right orderd so how come they didn't received the notes this time. Just don't want to change the curry which was wrong. So don't bother ordering through the app if you want to customize something coz "they won't get" & even they do get & not bother to read then it's customer's fault.

Absolutely loved this place until last year..the food was always amazing and delivery always fast...but I can never get what I want since the shop has a fool to answer the phone... he gets it wrong .every single time!...his levels of incompetence is unreal!! every single order the past five times he’s got wrong...I keep giving them another try in hope I will get what i order...all different errors are never ever corrected! Get shot of him as your losing loyal customers! All I wanted was kebab!!

Love the food from here, always good. Try the Achari, it's hot but it's very tasty and the chicken pakora is fantastic!
