Shell in Wiltshire

Unfortunately the car wash is absolutely rubbish. Today, once again, I visited the car wash to have my car cleaned. I found the following sign at the car wash."The carwash using non foaming chemicals." I think they don't use any chemicals at all. This is absolutely not right for the drivers.

It's an expensive garage. For fuel, it's cheaper to use Tesco. Food and drink Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, Asda, even Sainsburys is much cheaper. So really, I've got no use for you apart from when there's no where else to go. Positives- The store is clean and tidy and the staff seem to be polite.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Most of the staff are horrendous🙃

Used the car wash today, £10 for a top wash, I had to stop after the wash and dry the car off, could see the water still on the bonnet and it's also covered in what appears to be soap residue so not rinsed properly which has dried on, will definitely not be using again...

Disappointed to find this place needs a night till. Surely self service pumps would be easier and cheaper?

Car jet was had stopped half way leaving my car full off soap as I was in a hurry I couldn't wait for them to fix it. The staff had to check key to open the car wash for more than 5 minutes. Very disappointed especially knowing the premium prices that they practice. Of course that I wasn't offered a refund neigter.

Never seem to have any Diesel, its happened a couple of times. Is anyone bothering to check your supply & re-order ?

Large and efficient petrol station selling competitively priced fuel. Also has a small supermarket and greggs takeaway on the premises.

car wash is a scam,leaves white stains all over ur car, the machines doesn’t wash it off properly not even worth £1

The customer toilet closes at the same time as Greggs which is stupid. Car wash is rubbish and has no soap.

No wonder it’s a half price car wash at the weekend as you don’t get any soap it appears to be the same with jet wash as I’ve just watch somebody use it happy with the price disappointed with the quality . Update went there again today checked before I purchased my car wash will I have any soap this week as there was none last week yes of course nobody is reported any problem well guess what just water for a second week running 😡

Do not use the car wash here, it's terrible, don't waste your money, your car will look worse than it started.

Big newish station with plenty of room around pumps. Budgens plus car wash etc

Always clean, good choice of products in the attached store. The staff are always friendly and polite.

Tango Slushy sold here, not seen one before. Better than Slush Puppy especially on a hot day. We went for cherry.👍

It's shell, they currently sell the best high octane fuel. Staff at this forecourt are polite and helpful. Plenty of offers and selection too

They kicked me out for sniffing the petrol

Ridiculously expensive petrol and food. Drive a bit further into Trowbridge and go to Tesco.

I used the car wash. I paid £10 for the top wash as with these kind of machines bits were missed so I had tho go around with a microfiber cloth. Not a difficult task, just a pain. Still, quicker than doing it all by hand. Probably use again but I'll try a lower value wash and compare. They have and offer on of buy 4 washes and get a too wash free.
