Greggs - M4 Westbound Leigh Delamere in Wiltshire

Decent little Greggs, prices only a slight premium compared to high street.

Waited 10 minutes in the queue for hot food but been served with cold cheese and onion bakes. Only found out this when I was back in the car.

they were cash only, and obviously very stressed out at this fact, as the cashiers were very rude, one younger girl seemed really sweet but the older lady seemed very stressed with “‘next? who’s next then???” and then proceeded with a snappy attitude. 3 stars however, as everyone has off days and they seemed stressed about cash only as it is one of the busier times of year

It was closed. But if it had been open it would have gotten 5 stars anyway. I've actually been to Greggs quite a few times. Great business!

This is for the eastbound services. I stood in the queue at 10:50. By the time I was served by one of the lads who decided to stop chatting to his mate behind the counter. The other lad decided to take his break whilst there was a queue of 7 people all waiting to be served. By the time I got to the front it was 11:04. I asked for a breakfast roll only to be told it stops at 11. I said I know but I've been in the queue for 10 mins. His response " that's irrelevant" now that's customer service at its finest! I've wasted 15 minutes of my day only to be told it's basically my fault and they won't serve me any bacon even though it's right there behind the counter ready to be made and bagged. Sort it out Gregs! Terrible service from a rude guy! Won't be going here again!

Third week in a tow no baguettes. Today also no omelette and when asked for bacon said will have to wait they ran put and only just putting more in the oven.

Its greggs.. what more can you say. Grab a coffee and a slice and your going to love it !!

Visited 14/01: lovely hot cheese, beans and sausage pastie from here today. It was quiet in the store and it was quick to be served. There seemed to be lots of selection left too and we arrived in the afternoon.

It was only 10.30 am Monday morning and not much food hot drinks only black as there was not any milk !! M&S nearby sold milk just saying !!!!!!

Slow service and a Cold pastie... just disappointing

What a joke how can you not have milk at 5.30 in morning bad management is that. You could buy milk from anywhere

No items left and dont care it was only 10.30 and no breakfast items left, worst greggs experience!

What a disaster …… two people in front of me and waited 20 mins . Food was also cold , everyone was disappointed and complaining ….. can understand why

Goods baked to perfection but long waits due to the slow coffee machines and staff not moving on to next customer while coffee is being made

FANTASTIC SERVICE, FOOD & EFFICIENCY. I called in for a quick lunchtime snack of hot drink and pastry and I visited the ‘go to’ outlet GREGGS. Fresh from the oven sausage roll & steakbake, with usual hot food warnings, yummy. No napkins or milk at the SS counter which were replenished immediately. The store 14:00hrs looked depleted and uninviting but what a delight. Will definitely visit again.

It was indeed a good Greg's and you can't go wrong with a good Greg's.

A really quick and efficient branch. There's a normal great range of cakes, hot and cold lunch items, and drinks. Really great value and good quality products. Much better value than Costa!

Called in this morning and we had a great coffee, lovely fresh pain au chocolate and a very tasty bacon roll. Service with a smile. One of the better Greggs we've been in for a long time, others seem to be going downhill.

I wish I could rate lower. No queue system. People can just push in wherever they like. Big queue, 4 staff members only 1 of them working, serving anyone that pushes in the queue.

Literally empty. No bakes no pizza no vegan stuff and only a few sandwiches. Told I can’t even use the greggs rewards in store anymore as they stopped it! Only one miserable person serving.

Went here to get my normal decaf latte that I regularly purchase at a different greggs and apparently they can't do something so simple so made me an americano. It was awful. In future I shall use Costa coffee instead.

Routine morning stop for coffee and a bacon roll. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Bacon overcooked and they leave the lids off so its dry and cold. Maybe long que as one coffee machine is down so gave a extra star but really disappointing.

Absolute ****show - staff don’t have a clue what they’re doing, huge queue, slow service, no baguettes, no sausages no idea what a black/white coffee is, cage in the middle of the shop floor. Gregg’s is supposed to be a quick stop on your journey, was there 25 mins. Useless.

Time check 09:39 at Moto, the corned beef pasty they give to my daugther is cold and the crew is moody this early in the morning😢😥

9 out of 10 visits ending up hungry and not buying anything... ques are to long for my 45 minutes brake... After queuing for such a long time I even loose my appetite...

Cheap but good quality food and drink, and they pay UK taxes unlike other purveyors of hot sugary coffee flavoured drinks

Always try to find Greggs when stopping at a service station on the motor way, as I can usually get a decent cup of tea at a reasonable price. Other outlets appear charge as much for tea as coffee.

Efficient staff but if you don't know what greggs is all about I can't help you....

Appealed. No sausage rolls or steak bites and it was lunch time.

I ordered two bacon and sausage baguettes both with extras but only one got it. The guy who made the baguettes haven’t used a napkin, the baguettes were white,obviously needed to stay in the oven a bit more. Cold pastries, and poor staff hygene,no hair nets, no gloves, no napkins used while preparing breakfast. Awful, hope I’ll feel okay later today as I was so hungry I had to eat that.

Usually a busy shop but that's because it's a good branch of Greggs

Cheese and onion pasty was stone cold. Didn’t even warn you that everything had gone cold before taking your money. I asked if it could be heated up and she dismissed me rudely. My friends bacon butty was also cold. Very disappointing, should be warned before buying.

Greggs no egg AGAIN!!!!! What is the point in advertising a breakfast option with egg when you NEVER have it? Won't come here again from now on unfortunately until this is resolved. Been going on for around a year now!

Stopped for a coffee at this services shop. The coffee was dreadful.

The girl had a nasty attitude wouldn’t let me have any ketchup for my sausage rolls. I don’t even care that much I got a pasty outside instead. It just seamed ridiculous that they have an open bottle of ketchup on the counter but it’s not for sausage rolls

07.15 hrs on a Fri No bacon ( would been 7 Min wait) No baguettes ( would been 10 min wait ) Greggs app not working. Ordered and paid for large coffee but given regular ( was rectified when I queried )

I had the misfortune to buy a Chicken and Bacon Baguette from Greggs in Leigh Delaware east this morning for my Breakfast. The Baguette was stale and I have suffered from diarrhoea since arriving home.

Cheese and bean melt - not piping hot, but OK.

Sausage rolls excellent, but no coffee available today

Always a great standard of food, good variety always fresh. The coffee rivals all other popular brands

Quick visit stopped at fuel station was able to get my usual working day breakfast needs coffee bacon roll, was surprised to see Greggs being served by same member of staff that also controlled fuel pumps excellent idea very efficient well done.

What can I, food always reliably great. Stopped off on a long drive for a little snack and a great selection was there. However the entrance system they had was confusing and took time, also I had to repeat my order multiple times before it was acknowledged eventhough no other customers were present. Still great though definitely recommend 4/5.

Antonio (Greggs' attendant) is too busy using his WhatsApp to take the order. When he finally does, it is wrong.

In this shop i bought a sanwich from previous day with the tag “freshly prepared today” So, what they have left from previous day will be sold next morning at the price for fresh sanvici.... very bad to you guys

Terrible service, the attendant shouted at me and the people who were inside the store because there could only be 4 people inside, that was totally rude, he could have spoken in a more friendly tone of voice. Of course my family and I left and will never go back to that place.

Sausage roll and pasty freezing cold and to top it off my latte was the same time I got into my car.. what’s the point having them behind the glass when they are cold 🥶

Love a Greggs, simply irascible

Popped in for a bacon roll at 1040am andvery rudely told got none left. He then shouted to a colleague behind and asked if he was putting any.ore on, the reply was "not worth it " . So does that mean I am not worth it or the 2 customers behind me who also requested bacon rolls. The girl named Tegan was very nice and asked if we wanted anything else but the pasties and bites would be 5mins.

Been staying at the travellodge for past 7 days and every morning I come here for my breakfast as I am working away and it’s probably the only meal I can get but every day this place has made me late waiting 15 to 20 minutes to be serviced can’t understand why it takes this long oh yes I can the staff take the mick o have never know a Greggs take this long to serve people I would recommend do not come here waste of your time

Typical Greggs. god tier of British catering. well earned after a stressful M4 journey.

Considering this Greggs is situated in a motorway services, the prices are considerably cheap compared to what you would come to expect. The store itself was clean and the staff were lovely and respectful.

The food was good and tasty but the exorbitant petrol price would put anyone off visiting the establishment again

The staff working there at 1.30pm need to have a review done service with attitude, not a smile. Taking customers order then getting part of order then telling them make another choice because they have ran out. When customer wants refund she had big attitude to the youth. And same for of youth in shop. There money is good as anyone elses it pays there wages. What about product being resealed in front of everyone and put straight on shelf after customer had opened it. Shall we go on........Putting food in bag throwing it on counter not even handing it to the customer well that's the worsest I've ever seen staff in a place. By them you can see they treat people like it all the time

Good snacks n hot drinks menu. Liked the cheese n onion and chicken patty. It's to be enjoyed hot. All reasonably priced. You get different sandwiches and cold drink option too. Always good place to grab a quick bite

Friendly staff but chicken slices are rarely more than luke warm

The kids like the sausage rolls. I used to love the pizza slice, but it changed to a pizza bread thing.

Eastbound services M4. Food and drinks are good. Reason for 2 stars is this used to be the best Greggs for getting served quickly ,very important when you are driving for a living and have limited time to stop. Staff were very focused on their job, now there are less staff serving and they are very slow. Come on Greggs, get it sorted. UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW Visited 3 times since leaving a review and each time que was very long, had to leave each time without food or drink as que was only moving very slowly and I ran out of time.

👎 Up all night vomiting 🤮 after buying cauliflower & leek soup from Greggs on M4 services - Leigh Delamere eastbound yesterday.

Came to get my morning coffee, but was still closed after 0600 am.

Freindly staff tasty food better than all the greece mcdonalds or kfc are producing a decent price for food and drinks and wide sellection of both foos and drinks

Paid for extra sausage in my baguette came with no sausage, bacon was rock hard and omelette was cold. Guy behind counter was making the food and he was sneezing and had no gloves on.............awful

I stopped here on the eastbound side for a snack on Tuesday, the pizza 🍕looked tasty , but when I took it back to the car . It was a bit on the hard side - so it took a bit of time to chew through it ! The coffee latte was nice & hot ☕️ 👍

No clean tables at all , when I asked the staff replied" do you want me to serve OR wipe the table " unfortunately my son was too desperate for good or I would have walked out. DO NOT RECOMMEND
