Excellent hidden gem in Horley. The food is always freshly prepared and cooked to order and excellent value. Sheila is lovely and friendly and by visiting you’re supporting a fabulous local business.

Fantastic friendly cafe with good food and lovely coffee. Sheila’s is more than a cafe, it is a hub of the community. Great value too.

Visited Shelia’s Cafe a few times since it’s opened and have always been meaning to write a review. The food is so delicious and fresh with everything being made to order and ideal if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat and Shelia very kindly arranged a takeaway for myself and my partner which was amazing as we were able to place our orders over text, pay online and then collect quickly! I would 100% reccomend this place as it’s so lovely and Shelia herself isn’t so welcoming and kind!

If you have not been to Sheila's Café yet, you do not know how much you are missing!! As we both live very nearby, we now visit on a weekly basis. My favourite lunch time snack is a lightly toasted cheese & ham ' toastie ' which is superb, & NEVER BURNT !! My husband enjoys a bacon sandwich, which includes a cup of coffee at an unbeatable price. Today he enjoyed a bacon & egg mayonnaise panini. We shared a very generous portion of chocolate & orange cake - this has the WOW factor & is not to be missed.! As Sheila has only recently opened this business, on Saturday - due to family commitments - she has to close at 1.00.pm & at present is not open on Sunday. As has been noted, this is service with a smile - great food in a spotless café. With our thanks to Sheila xxx , from John & Sheila ( the fact that we both share the same Christian name is pure coincidence )

Our first visit was made this lunchtime to this fabulous little cafe and we will definitely be back again very soon. Service with a smile from the minute you walk through the door and we were made to feel extremely welcome. Basic and Delicious well prepared food. Sheila runs this place totally on her own and I applaud her for keeping up with the steady flow of customers. Food is freshly prepared whilst you wait. Although I think you can order in advance if you are limited to time. Thankyou Sheila and see you again very soon.

Local chippy to my Grandma. When I come over from Thailand for a visit I insist on fish and chips from this fantastic restaurant. I've eaten in once which was great. Usually get a takeaway though. Portion sizes are extremely generous. Bear this in mind when ordering for a few people.

Delicious Sunday roast. We’ve not eaten at the Skimmington Castle for a long time and I’m so glad we went back. The Sunday roast was delicious, generous portions and bottomless potatoes which are the nicest I’ve eaten out. Lovely crisp roasts. My husband had the brioche bread and butter pudding and I had a sneaky bite and it was heavenly. Everything is homemade and you can tell. The service was lovely, attentive without being intrusive. This will be our got to for Sunday roast now.

Called in this morning for breakfast. The quality and quantity was excellent. Best omelette for a long time. Customer service also excellent. Delightful staff and nice to have a smiling helpful waitress.
