Absolutely rubbish £35 for two curries which were awful, the meat was probably dinosaur meat as it was that tough. Tasteless poppadoms were stale, Naan bread was stale, hygiene in the takeaway using dirty clothes to wipe down surfaces. Please stay away from this place.

Food arrived barely warm and missing chutneys. Rang the shop and they said they would send it back out but it never arrived. Samba was unbearably spicy compared to every other place we’ve ever eaten

Oh my goodness 😍 I feel like I've just dined out at a 5* Indian restaurant in the comfort of my own home. Food is amazing! Delivery can be long but more than worth the wait. Thanks Shazna.

We have been customers of the Shazna for over 18 years. Just had a home delivery £30. The curry sauce was missing from the byriani. No tray of pickles as ordered and paid for. I rang to let them know and after what felt like a Poirot investigation I am believed. He remembered the note on the order. “Well we’re are too busy to bring it so I will put a note on and remember to sort you next time” Well if there is no curry sauce I won’t order again. Phone goes dead. No point in having a curry when there is NO curry. If you are too busy then don’t take the order. 2 weeks ago we waited 3.5 hours for delivery which you failed to say at time of order. The time before pre corona some of the order was missing. We remained polite and understanding yet again. Appalling customer service, we won’t be back. Plenty of other Indian takeaways in Widnes. Just had a moan to a friend who said “ why are you ordering from there anyway, have you seen their hygiene rating“ It’s one !! 😮😮. Didn’t think to check Bye Shazna plenty more Indian takeaways !

Rancid. Utterly rank. Chicken jalfrezi tasteless, chicken shashlik burnt to a crisp. Onion Bhaji’s harder than a cricket ball. Never, ever, ever again. Some people must be easy pleased!

Just had the vindaloo, I was so disappointed, also the chilli chicken tikka misala used to have a big hot chilli pepper in it, well not in this one, I think this has changed hands, that’s me done

Use this takeaway regularly when visiting our son and his family. They never disappoint. Service is always excellent and friendly, delivery is always as promised and food is always superb.

I love this place. The best around for miles, food is addictive and I order most nights of the week. Chicken tikka jal is to die for. Lovely staff, specially the owner Sha who delivers mine on his way home.

Ordered 2 mix starters and a King prawn biryani, MIX STARTERS Shaami kebabs were nice, chicken was hard and lamb was so hard it was inedible KING PRAWN BIRYANI There were a very few small prawns in it, really just rice and the prawns were tough, making me think they were old. I won't be ordering again.

I wish I could explain how absolutely awful the food from this place is. Today was the first and last time I'll be using this place. The only edible food was the pilau rice and the poppadoms. Even the dips with the poppadoms were rank and smelled of stagnant water. I'd rather graze in my garden than eat from here again.

Fast delivery from here. Good kebabs, tasty curry. Always arrives nice and hot. What more can you ask for. You can see straight in to the kitchen if you go down there to collect it, so there's nothing to hide.

Started purchasing takeaway from here regularly. Never had a bad meal or side from them. Competitively priced and always delivered on time and sometimes earlier. Deliveries have never been late.

ive been going here on and off since it opened, never had a bad meal, on the odd occassion when there busy ive got home and the order is wrong so i ring back to let them know and they have done the whole order again so all the foods hot. cant really knock that for service. well worth a try and its open kitchen so nothing to hide.

You won't get a sit down meal in here, but for takeaway curry it's definitely up there. Delivery is fast, prices reasonable. Never had a bad meal from there.

Absolutely disgusting paid 5pound for half of container of chicken korma with 2 tiny chicken pieces in and when I rang up they refused to sort my food out. Don't order from here honestly go to millennium or curry King or chutney blue better service and better food....

Missed a dish from the order. Offered a credit on the next meal but I'm not going to be soending any more money there. Disappointed.

Helps if you don't put delivered when the food hasn't been. Then, when you call, they tell you anything to get you off the damned phone. Will not be reordering.

Ordered meal at 7:55pm, was given a delivery time of 9pm, rang restaurant at 9:50pm as meals still hadn't arrived, was told they were on their way, but was also told that if you telephone the restaurant direct, your meal will be delivered quicker! How does that work? Not very happy with delivery time at all.

We have ordered from here many times before but after our last order we will.not be ordering again. The food took 1.5 hours to arrive and when it finally arrived after numerous calls it was cold!

It's was excellent food, I thought the chefs performed well the food had great character and delivered by wonderful human beings

never usually have a complaint about this restaurant. but the fact i just paid 3.50 for 5 chicken nuggets forgot the chips. however adult means where lovely.. 20 mins later than expected aftet the restaurant already added 30 mins onto expected delivery time but kinda expected that for a saturday night

ordered at 6.45 pm estimated delivery time was 8pm didn't arrive until 8.45pm this was a family treat for myself my husband and my 2 children. the children were hungry waiting for this order when it did arrive the food was sweating in its packaging and nearly cold. also meats were well over cooked and very dry. wont be using shazna again.

We have used Shazna for a few years now and have never had a bad curry from them. We usually add notes on for the restaurant, such as no mushrooms or to mayonnaise on a kebab and they always get the orders right. The kormas are mild and creamy and are very tasty

Waiting time for delivery 1 hr 15 mins. Ridiculous!! Waited a while last time and gave it another chance. Never again😡

Service faultless as always - food was not of the standard we have come to expect - chicken was undercooked and rubbery - korma was watery and tasteless - rice was ok. Comes to something when the naan bread is the tastiest part of the meal!

Regularly use this service with good food being delivered. It failed tonight. Just fancied a change from our normal take away. The food was late, the food was cold. The taste of the food was a disgrace, probably the worst Indian I've tasted. A complete waste of money as it went into the bin after a few mouth falls. I'll never use this Indian again, I would appreciate a full refund. Very disappointed
