I ordered their chicken shawarma from deliveroo and it’s far from being cooked it’s old chicken which has been refried No vegetables and no sauces Dry old chicken wrapped Not worth the price

Disgusting food. Meat not fresh and feels like chewing a rubber. Save your money and buy something decent. Nothing like shawarma

Had lunch with my mom, we are from malaysia and in need of halal food. Took our time and visited shawarma house. Tried both the chicken and lamb shwarma both equally price cheaply. The taste is good, portion size is generous. Recommend it and will visit again, probably would try the burger or pizza.

Simply, the only takeaway in Dundee who makes proper and real Shawarma. All other Shawarma houses sell lookalike but not real Shawarma. I have tried The lamb Shawarma and it is amazing.

Best shawarma in Dundee! Chicken Shawarma and Chips is amazing!

I had a busy today and did not have proper breakfast. I walked from Blackness Road all the way to Dundee Shawarma House and on the I came across various good places to eat but I didn’t go there. I went Dundee Shawarma house so I can have a proper meal after a hectic day. I bought a Lamb Shawarmas wrap for £7.99. The guy added old lamb meat, most likely from previous days based on its taste. I can say with certainty that the meat was not fresh at all. I wanted to put it in the bin but I was very hungry and ate it anyway despite its incredibly poor quality. It was my first time I had a such terrible experience with food from them. I would not recommend it based on my today’s experience. I do food delivery jobs in Dundee and I normally have lunch outside. Yesterday, for £11 meal deal I had from Wee Mixco and it was delicious and outstanding quality. Dr Noodle is another good place to eat. German Donor Kebab is another good place to eat. There are many places near by.

The £8 halloumi wrap was dreadful, they used some frozen breaded soft halloumi-style fingers rather than actual halloumi, which for me is a bit of a rip-off

Got food out off here while staying in Dundee place is totally disgusting... Be a long time before I ever eat a kebab again this place just. Topped it off putried food .my pal ordered 3 kebabs for what wasn't even cooked all fatty and like jelly ... To be told can't have a refund ... I went bk to get a chicken 🐔 kebab to have the same problem... Then told be told I couldn't get a refund too ... If looking a kebab go to the one next too it that is real donner meat not raw food ... I thought Donner meat is brown not white and pink to be honest ....they were that bad only place they were fit to go was the bin .... Probably sold them again to some drunk person on the street .... We actually shud off took the food on with us and took it too trading standards .... The place selling food like this needs shut down .... And never too open again .... It be a long time before we're back through there door ... I rate this place with 0 ⭐s for sure .... Guinea pig food ....

Ordered a meal 3 kebabs by far all the worse we've ever had all 3 ended up in bin asked for refund told it's not possible 😭

Good food, I've tried the double cheeseburger a few times, and it's tasty and a great size for the price. Great flame grilled flavour, and the salad on it is nice and fresh. I'd really recommend it if you're looking for quality without spending a fortune. 👍

They charged my friend £1300 for 2 wraps “by accident” and they told her they refunded it back into her bank and then the manager changed his number and the money never got refunded. Don’t go here!

They over charged my friend and never get back to her, be careful.

Horrible nasty chicken burger and the cheeky owner tried to charge me £1.80 for a can of irn bru that was price marked 69p. Robbing git!

The quality of chicken should be better.. I really like shawarma and this place is trying to do good in their own way but there was something like a cling film inside the wrap which made me to stop eating in this place.. Please make sure to check the quality of food before serving..

The food tasted unreal, service 10/10 was waiting for a bus 8 mins away and boss man made sure it was on time, got to the bus with time to spare, atmosphere could be a club, music banging but not too loud and not too quiet just right, this place deserves the best kebab house in Scotland. + homemade meats tasted so good.

I can't believe how delicious these Shawarmas are. I had a lamb shawarma today, and wow, the lamb was so tender and soft. Amazing high-quality lamb and great value for money.

Just been for a late-night meal after a long day at work, at the Dundee Shawarma House. Friendly service, piping hot and tasty food. Excellent! I’ll definitely be back!

The food was fine but a couple bites in I felt something a bit chewy and then soon realised it was raw chicken, check if your foods fully cooked, that's disgusting and disappointing. Also they were VERY slow!

I bought shawarma for the first time today from this shop. The portion is big however staff members are so slow it took two people 25 minutes to prepare 8 Sandwiches and I was the only customer. Moreover when we went home to eat, we discovered that chicken were raw and not well grilled. It was the first and last time. I do not recommend this restaurant even if they offer free food. I am very upset of them.

Ate here on Saturday the 29th of April. Food was amazing can't say enough about it, being a chef this was a really good find. Was in here with my dog the whole time, not a problem at all. Then when I came back on Wednesday the 3rd of May, no dogs aloud. Why the sudden change, different staff member, when I tried to tell him that I was in on Saturday with my dog he didn't want to hear it. Just said this is a food place, then when I tried to explain that the dog was no where near anywhere where food was prepared or handled. He didn't want to hear it, he ignored me and served another customer. I have never been treated this way, I will never be back.

Place is very clean, staff are lovely, and food is very quick. Had an excellent halloumi wrap and halloumi salad box from here on separate occasions and they were both delicious - lots of tasty salad options rather than the usual lettuce tomato and cucumber. Great for a quick and tasty bite to eat whilst waiting for the bus, or to take home with you - although I would dine in or order takeaway too.

Pleasantly surprised had been to the St.Andrews one many times and always thoroughly enjoyed it they told me they were opening a new place in Dundee and this is just as good as the 1 in St.Andrews got the mixed shawarma with rice and salad absolutely amazing and also the staff are very friendly too I met Aidan the owner who’s done an amazing job making you feel welcome and letting you try the food before you buy it!!!! Shop was very clean!!!prices are good too!!!will definitely be back!!!!

Finally, Dundee has a resto completely dedicated to Showerma. Their chicken showerma wrap is the best in the town. The customer service is superb and the shop was very clean and tidy when I visited. There are many varieties of showerma to choose from and they also have a few vegetarian options. All the best wishes!
