Appalling Over two and half hours, too many phone calls kept getting told it was on the way be ten minutes, better minutes, be five minutes. Told driver was not answering their phone. Never called back as they said they would not once! Food eventually arrived stone cold! Not even slight heat. Couldn’t eat as was chicken and had a 3 year old and a pregnant daughter with me. Spoke to restaurant again and the rude and patronising staff again said they would call back after the investigated refund. Still waiting!!!!!!!!

Ordered a takeaway and not received the order, they will not refund or replace. Absolutely disgusting leaving a family without their food

Shocking. An hour late. Almost frozen by the time it arrived! 2 wraps, cans of pop and a salad £30. Inedible. When I telephoned, the guy was aggressive and refused to refund, stating ‘it was hot when I cooked it’ ! - no sh*t Sherlock! Then got aggressive on a foreign language, so I hung up. Based on this experience, we won’t order from them again and would advise that ordering from here is an excellent way of wasting hard earned money and being shouted at in a racially aggressive way. I don’t deal with racists or any description, so I’m off to throw the food back into the shop……..

First time ordering, ordered at 5.54pm, food arrived an hour and a half late at 7.30pm. Tried to ring but no answer. We got a chicken wrap with chips on the side and a chicken and lamb wrap with chips inside the wrap. Food was lukewarm and had to be microwaved. Only about 5 chips inside the wrap. Once warmed the food was nice but i shouldn’t have to microwave my takeaway. Don’t think I would order it online again.

Wow, these guys would get 5 stars in BAD customer service! Went in and ordered two kebabs to be charged more than the prices on the menu. When questioning it, was met with a rude response saying menu prices have changed then threatening to not serve what we paid for. Then when it came to having all salad on the kebabs, they didn't have very much at all! If you want to be ripped off and spoken to like trash, here's the place for you!

Ordered out Friday night takeout, I ordered a regular mixed with lettuce and onion no sauce, and a chicken with lettuce, onions & gherkin, with Mayo, order came wrong again. Phones & asked for a replacement kebab and was told it would be 2 hours 🤬🤬🤬 it never came. We will never order again as it’s not the first time they have got the order wrong. They have no customer service.

Found this little place by accident with my partner a few weeks ago when In town. Ordered food and it was fantastic. Just ordered a delivery and yet again the food arrived in good time, hot, fresh and we all enjoyed it. Would highly recommend! Struggled to find somewhere decent in Warrington for pizzas and kebabs but this place ticks all the right boxes!

I have tried many kebabs in my time but by goodness this was the best kebab I’ve ever had!!!. My grandson had a pizza and that was lovely also!. The staff are lovely and the food is outstanding!!!!! I cannot recommend this takeaway enough!!!!

Food was covered and I mean COVERED in grease. I know it’s a takeaway but this was an unnormal amount of grease, I got a lamb wrap which had huge whole pickles inside it. The Lamb was like shredded meat and my chips tasted very undercooked as they were also very pale. I won’t be coming here again. waste of money

I order from them and the order never even came. It wasnt cancelled It just didn't came and they stoped answering the phone. I usually order cause the first time I did was delicios but since then only cold food not even tasty at that. Never order from them.

Ordered a chicken pizza, chip wrap, chicken shawarma, and chips. The ordered on deliveroo, delivery was on time but food was not edible cold dry and not edible its as though it was last nights leftovers. Was not happy. Was looking forward to a takeaway but killed my mood.

Ordered a mixed wrap and falafel wrap and they did not come as ordered, the mixed wrap had veg and mayo on when those boxes weren’t ticked and the falafel wrap, which is vegan, had mayo in it, which is made with eggs, when I rang up to ask them to sort the order out they said yeah no problem they’d get it sent out, a few minutes later I got another phone call saying that they weren’t going to send it out because it was our mistake not theirs, but they added onto the wraps everything that wasn’t ticked but somehow it was our fault, bad customer and delivery service, give them a swerve unless you want to waste £16

Got the mixed meat box today , best takeout I've had in a good while ! It fed 3 of us and the meat was so tasty

Very disappointed!! Ordered 2 middle east mixed kebabs paid to double up on the meat as we was sharing with others. The portion sizes was just a regular kebab hardly any meat was expecting a lot more considering we spent £18 for 2 kebabs did not feed everyone! What a waste will definatly not be ordering again

Went for the famous falafel only to find they had run out but was offered a very tasty alternative of salad, chillies and houmous in one of their freshly made bread wraps. The tastiest takeaway I have had in ages, very quick service and the staff were super friendly. Just a shame I only visit Warrington once a year or this would definitely be my regular.

I usually cannot stand Falafel but this one is delicious! The only thing that let this place down was the hummus, it had no flavour at all, although it was a huge portion, we just couldn't eat it, it was pretty gross. But again, the falafel wrap and spicy calzone were great! Just don't order the hummus.

I ordered food and it took over a hour to arrive and by time I had received my food the food was lukewarm and didn’t meet British food agency standard temps the minimum temperature you can deliver food to a customer is 63 degrees C when I probed my food the temp was 47.3 degreesC perfect temperature for bacteria to grow. Not only would I like a refund I will also be contacting the local food hygiene managers as they are clearly not meeting food safety standards

They Forgot the drinks. All we ordered was two meals which included drinks. Driver said he forgot them he will call back with them both....never showed up. And tried to charge me 50p more.

best shawarma i ever ate applause to the chef he bring me back to bulgaria street food with that chicken meat and garlic mayo sauce the pita was kinda cold was falling to pieces but overall the meat was perfect

Shawarma express is my favorite restaurant. Wraps are so delicious. Just when I got my delivery, I did not get the whole thing - chocolate milkshake was not in.

food was nice just didn’t get my full order. ordered can of coke and salad with the shawarma tray but was advised that the delivery driver had dropped it at the wrong house. also no sauce with the meal as ordered. the restaurant were apologetic and offered me a free meal next time so all ok

I love shwarma express with all my heart. I love the pizzas I love the guys who work there, they are really sound. I have recommended this place millions of times and understand a large amount of their profits relate to this. no worries quick dab

Food has always been consistently nice but the last few times we’ve ordered, it’s taken almost 2 hours for a delivery, and whenever we ring up to chase it, we’re always told it’s 10 minutes away.

Have eaten here before and enjoyed the food but when delivered, the lamb in shwarma was too rubbery and calzone was hard. Very disappointed as was looking forward to the food :(

Always awesome.. A fiver for a big chicken wrap and it fills you up. Don't forget to ask for your desired sauce amount (lots or little). I order 3 and eat one the day after. Always early and always fresh. I'm about to order again!

I ordered 2 kebabs, 2 chips, mixed meat in a tray and a garlic bread, all the food was cold and the meat both in the kebabs and in the tray were unrecognizable in taste and looks the only piece of the order I enjoyed was the garlic pizza which lets be fair isnt hard to do, waste of money I will not order from here again

This is easily the tastiest food in Warrington. The chicken shwarma wrap with sweet chilli sauce is epic. Always early and always hot even though I live 3 miles away.

Quick delivery & Good quality food but shawarma should be wrapped in foil to keep it warm and make it easier to eat. could do with more sauce on shawarma too.

When it first opened this place was great, but the last time I went my order was made wrong, and it was poor when I did get the right thing. I gave it another chance today thinking it had been a one off, sadly that will be my last visit. The guy had to ask me twice what I was ordering and still put it through just as a wrap not a meal. I corrected him, assumed all was fine, but then when it came to him asking what salad I wanted it was clear he'd made up a chicken wrap not lamb. I asked him if it was lamb, he said no it's chicken, I pointed out that I'd said lamb twice and he went away and started to make another, they make the bread fresh for each order so all in all I ended up in there for over 15 minutes. When he came back to the counter it turned out he hadn't written it down and had forgotten, so he just went with chicken rather than ask. By the time I'd got back to work (2 minute walk away) the chips were cold having been sat out while he remade the wrap. The wrap was terrible, no longer wrapped in greaseproof paper just regular white paper which had completely disintegrated and stuck to the food. The lamb was fatty and hard to chew with dried out bits. There was also a lot less meat than there used to be. There was so much grease dripping out that the bread had gone soggy and fell apart when I tried to pick it up so I just picked at it until I gave up and put it in the bin. Such a shame, it genuinely did brilliant food when it first opened.

I do not really know what was happening there, but our Wraps were having too dry lamb meat inside (did not know there was chewing gum on the meat selection list), and there was not even a drop of sweet chilli sauce... So imagine: dry wrap-pasta + dry meat + no sauce...this time it was not the best place for our meal.

The Falafel was pretty soggy by being wrapped with the chips, and had very little flavor, my Bother enjoyed everything else and the chips were pretty good.

I have ordered food from these guys in person and it is always really great quality and tastes good. Yesterday I ordered the food online and although the food arrived early, they could have spent that time making sure they didn’t give us the leftover bits of meat and wrapped up properly. Ratio of meat to salad was too far on the meat side as well

A few of us had Shawarma for lunch - great value at £3.50 with a lovely wrap and loads of filling (the chicken seemed to have more than the lamb). Tasty with salad and chilli sauce and the Jalapenos made it extra hot.

Cold. Wouldnt feed the chips to a dog, the salad smelt like the dog I wouldnt feed the chips to. Kebab bread was burnt (?) and cold at the same time.

second time in a month they took my money and did not deliver any food. shocking service and staff don't care in the slightest. they take orders and money and then say they can't refund come down to the shop and pick the money up they should be barred from just eat.

Venido aquí desde que abrieron, la calidad era sensacional temprano, pero compré uno la semana pasada y no estoy exagerando fue la peor kebab que he tenido.Les dimos otra oportunidad hoy, pero era horrible, no un montón de carne que no cambia ya que era insípida, la carne estaba seco y quemado como si hubiese sido en el pincho durante días.Le daré una última oportunidad esta tienda, si falla otra vez nunca un pie dentro de nuevo, la única razón que su consiguiendo posibilidades es porque era tan bueno temprano puertas, su perdida chicos.

My mixed meat wrap with Tahini sauce was beautiful with the perfect amount of sauce and i'd have given this review full marks however my girlfriend's wrap was swimming in garlic mayo which was the only thing she could taste. would definitely order from here again though. Great kebabs.

First time I have had food from here. It was absolutely delicious - obviously cooked to order. Fresh tasting and very yummy! We all enjoyed it.

Food took an hour and a half to arrive, after an hour I called takeaway and they said it was on the way and would arrive in 10mins, took 30 mins to arrive. The chicken tasted off and had a weird after taste and the chicken nuggets were not nice at all to the point where my son refused to eat them, and he loves nuggets. Disappointing.

The food is lovely here, it arrived hot, and the portion sizes are perfect. The staff were so good to call me to ask me something about my order that they weren't sure of. I recommend this place 100%

Hace veinte años, además de una isla griega que visitamos y en el último día, tuvimos el mejor kebab nunca. Desde entonces hemos estado buscando un lugar que coincida con. Durante una visita a Warrington necesitaba algo para comer que no iba a tardar mucho y vimos Shawarma. Se veía limpio y tenían aspecto de kebabs de carne propiamente en el banco (no que te dan cosas blandas en otros lugares), así que decidimos probarlo. La carne estaba recién afeitados y pan Naan y patatas cocinadas antes de mi ojos. La ensalada era fresco también.Mi búsqueda es ahora más - fue tan buena, si no mejor que el de todos los años.Ahora, ¿cuánto tardará en volver a mí para otro? Warrington

I don't normally leave feedback however on this instance I feel it's the only way the restaurant/takeaway will take notice. After eating a chicken biryani last night around 7 approximately 3 minutes later I started to violently vomit all the food I ate came straight out. Really disappointed wont be eating a shawarma rice in a long time on the plus side delivery time was less than 1 hour

Not happy with the last order.. Couple of things.. The naan bread was burnt from some areas and main thing, please re-think about the wrapping paper around the shawarma... Use a light n easy peel-off material...

Not too keen on the Falafel but everything else was very nice and quantities were extremely generous. Have rated Restaurant Service as Medium...but didn't use a restaurant but not allowed to ignore it!

Ordered the falafel and a kids meal. Falafel didn't taste that nice and were a bit greasy. Kids meal was supplied with a can of Pepsi instead of a fruit shoot as stated on the menu. Delivery was very very quick (quoted an hour, came in 15 minutes) maybe this is why food wasn't particularly special? Probably won't order from here again.
