This is no longer Ernie's Cafe, its now Curly's cafe. same values still apply:- god VFM food and lots of 80's music vids on the wall mounted TV. service really friendly: it's just if you're looking for Ernies you won't find it

Yesterday I was treated to afternoon tea. *THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO* The food was locally sourced, freshly made and bloody yummy. The service was out of this world, norhing was too much We sat with a view of the cathedral. My Italian friend had never had afternoon tea before so it was quite exciting to demonstrate the way of eating a scone 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 cream first (don't come for me) Please go and support our local business. Superb restaurant, the food never fails to wow us, one of our top favourite places to eat

30 years after moving to Peterborough………..Attended a special “casino” evening with U3A group, some thirty or so people and many other people. The restaurant was busy, the service was very good, the food was delicious and inventive, the ambience was warming. I am definitely going again. These students, after a hard day of lectures, tutorials or whatever, worked their socks off to produce excellent results and so many happy and satisfied customers …..wonderful. I was impressed.
