Slightly late but no real problem food was good and hot

Ordered some food from Shapla for the first time, food was lovely asked to make the lamb biryani extra spicy with green chillis 🌶️ which was exactly how I wanted it. Chicken Balti was on point very flavourful. we enjoyed the food. I would definitely recommend shapla amd would use again in the future.

Ordered at 18.20 arrived 20.30 after phone call items missing from order and one items had not been ordered phoned said item there 20.35 it was delivered and excess item taken back proberly to give to someone else

Awful, not the warmest after late delivery, had spice but no flavour at all. Most went in the bin. Will not use again.

Used just eat for tonight's take away & chose shapla. So it was simple to order. Food arrived hot but a rogan was missing. Phoned restaurant & the rogan was here in minutes. Brilliant service. Food was absolutely beautiful. Will use again without a doubt :) top notch

Very upset ordered a takeaway costing over £50 at 7:30 in evening... Still not arrived and it's almost 10! After speaking to worker over an hour ago they said it was leaving. Now won't answer phone. How about if u are unable to complete a order then let the customer know so they can make other arrangements!

Terrible dishes, the pancake for the chicken chat was very sweet and crunchy. Very poor Chicken tikka masala. Poor flavour and full of coconut. Why is it these places can not make good food anymore and have poor standards. No food hygiene since 2022. So much water in the dish

Food wasn’t warm and seems to of gone downhill lately

ordered chicken tikka and got plain chicken byriani instead which is cheaper..chicken in the tikka masala dish was tough and chewy...certainly not to the usual excellent quality..happens again we will be going elsewhere..heed the warning as I vote with my feet

Delivery was good, but food not so great curry was watery, onion bhajees dried up & naan bread burnt. Have put in request for refund via just eat but said can't help!

Ok but meat wasn’t tender and the vindaloo was the mildest curry I’ve eaten in a long time. Average at best all in all

Probably the worst Indian meal I have ever had! I ordered Butter chicken which was chicken korma, which I detest! It had butter chicken written on the lid so it was done in full knowledge. Ruined my Christmas eve....

Food tasted very nice, but only had 3 prawns in the king prawn madras. I have ordered from here many times but this time was abit disappointing. Delivery driver was very polite and nice :) she was definitely a credit to the restaurant.

We use their app to order our Saturday evening meal. Great food always delivered within 10 minutes of our timed delivery slot. We have been using their culinary arts for the past year or two. They are lways on point.

Usually good service and food, but today the food was late, driver said that the 2 portions of pilau rice had been replaced by a tandoori starter! Curry without rice not good. Will consider a different restaurant next time...

Lamb dupiaza was just standard vegetable curry with lamb in. Everything else was nice. The meat was good quality so why let yourself down on flavour?

This is our go to Indian takeaway and the food is consistently good. Definitely one of the best around in my opinion. It's quite popular so I'd recommend getting your orders in as early as possible to avoid having to wait a while.

Everything was OK when it got here, apart from samosa beeing soggy and naan bread overdone and dry. Also it was more warm than hot, so must of had another delivery that was going with the same driver, reason why it was warm most probably

Bombay potatoes were horrible so binned them. Also the delivery driver asked us to use the website in future instead of just eat. Ive compared prices and no difference. Can’t understand it. Anyway with the potatoes and that id stick with going elsewhere.

Onion bhajis was missing, rang them up and got delivered within 10 minutes. Had chicken tika, but something else turnt up, some chicken with veg thing. But other than that, everything was OK, 4.5 out of 5

Good is cold, curry is not a curry it’s a korma, everything is either cold or rock hard, onion bhajis like bullets, pappadoms soft and undercooked just terrible all round!
