First time I tried their food, the prices were way up and the quality was way down.

I'm not sure how they managed to get so much fat into the chicken the bag was full from it leaking out the box the "crispy chicken skin was greasy and just gross 🤢 I'm honestly shocked how bad it was! The menu in the shop is just confusing mess of pictures stuck everywhere looks cheap and tacky. The stuff where slow and just not interested at all will definitely be giving the place a pass from now on unfortunately!

Much improved. Been back here after my wife wanted to try it. Chicken burger and wings were very nice. They even do spicy chips properly. Great value. Kind staff. Parking on main road.

I was worried because food will get cold until it reaches us on scooter,but hopefully delivery driver were with a car . Probably driver saving from car insurance.

Ordered at 5.30 turned up at 7.15

I ordered our food at 5.50 pm it finally arrived at 7.15 pm !! It was only warm and NOT hot !! we gave just eat the benefit of the doubt don’t know why we bothered !! what is going on that’s a few times now won’t do it again !!

The just eat courier stole my food so it never arrived. I was notified by the app that they was outside, I opened the door to look and no one was there. I looked on the map and it showed they were moving further away from my address. so I then asked where they were going. They then froze the chat and marked it as delivered. It's no fault of the restaurant it's the courier.

Delivery on time, food good as always but to forget my 2 drinks for my meals, ring Morley’s to get told the delivery driver forgot them when Morley’s hand over the food to deliver driver then get told I need to go collect them which why I ordered it online to be delivered and hench why I pay for delivery

I ordered bbq ribs & got chicken wings!!!!

Useless delivery drivers! Didn’t even revive food and it was put as delivered. No food and now have to try get my money back

I ordered the food and after 2 hours of nothing, only reaching the ‘preparing your food’ notification where I spent roughly an hour and a half waiting, I rang Morley’s, of which they said the driver hadn’t turned up, despite the tracker saying the courier was at the restaurant and had been for the last hour. The Morley’s worker had told me to cancel my order and straight away after hanging up, I was notified my food was on its way. Food was cold when it arrived.

Did not even receive my food. Driver delivered it to the wrong address

I had a rude delivery driver delivery my food tonight.. he said he was outside when he wasn’t.. then he turns up, and after handing my food asks for a tip.. told him I didn’t have to tip him and he then sucks his teeth and walks off. There was another person in the car.. a little man with a massive ego!

food was very good, hot even thought it was late it was good 100% would order again!

came on time but completely wrong order. had someone else name on it and different delivery company. driver claimed store just handed them that order and its there fault. how can two people have a decent meal from a box of 5 wings compared to the meals we ordered

Have eaten at Morley’s for years and have never had a bad meal there, since delivery started, everything has been delivered hot and nothing has been missing from my orders. Will always be back.

Food never arrived! I was tracking the order and it got delivered around the corner from me. No attempt for the driver to call me. 2 children indoors that had been waiting over an hour for this order. For it to never arrive!

Food arrived hot considering the time kept changing. Tasted delicious just like London Morley’s so was pleased. Thank you

despicable over an hour and half times change 5 times in the end husband had to get it got there as we was told no drivers walked I and tho behold there was a driver been there waiting for them for 45 minutes well they have lost a customer won't be ordering again

late again ! and they gave me a spicy burger in my chicken fillet burger, I have a severe reaction to spicy food, and after only one mouthful, my mouth was on fire, and now my lips are blistery and I have a stomach ache. not using again...

Food was great as always, never have a problem and if we do it's resolved. Today I had an issue with my order, and they must have had a bad day as they were not helpful at all. They missed a complete meal and then said they couldn't help. I ended up going there (when I had paid for delivery!) and they were kind enough to replace the entire order- I was clearly not happy though and that may have influenced that choice. Must have been an off night, hasn't put me off them as usually great.

Loves Morley’s and usually great quality but this order was grim. Dripping in grease so much batter was damp. Usually 10/10 a Morley’s but this was straight in the bin

considering we literally live just down the road from the Gillingham moreleys, can't imagine why it was 20 minutes late 🤔 the food was ok, a bit on the cool side.. but the order was correct. just late. we ordered delivery, as we were in a rush this evening, but, as the food was late, it made us late too. not impressed 😕

Worst meal ever. Wings dried and re-heated and burned chips. I cannot understand how it’s possible to deliver a meal like that, especially when it cost as almost £40. It was my first time ordering from Morley’s and definitely the last one. Really disappointing.

The barbecue chicken was really spicy. My kids did not like it and didn’t eat it. You mix my normal chicken with a barbecue chicken in the same box

I inquired about the halal status since there was no signage, and the staff informed me that it is halal, but due to the sale of pork ribs, they refrain from displaying a halal sign, upon asking to see the Halal Certificate the member of staff failed to show that as well. While this rationale is unfamiliar to me, if all chicken items are indeed halal, it would be appropriate to have a halal sign. Additionally, I observed that the store is not listed on platforms like Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat when checking for halal dietary options. This, coupled with a friend's similar observation, leads me to believe that this Morley's establishment might not align with halal standards, unlike others in London, such as the Morley's in Lewisham, Packham and east London which prominently displays a halal sign. I believe a reassessment or clarification is warranted.

I ordered my food at 6:15 and hadn’t received until 7:35 even thought it is a ten minuete drive from my house. i had ordered drinks wise a strawberry miranda and a water and received a tango paradise punch and a water. not happy.

Second time I’ve ordered first time I had nasty brown lettuce with instructions for no sauce & they never listened. Today was actual vile! I’ll never order from here again! I ordered a chicken wrap with mayo, they tried covering my brown lettuce with mayo to try and disguise the look of it. Absolutely vile! Their wings were pink I refused to eat them!

To those who eat halal, they say the chicken is halal but the ribs are made from pork

Morley's Chicken. I have so many great memories about this franchise. I have been craving Morley's Chicken for over a year. The days were a meal was £2.99 are over. But to find this magical place in Gillingham made my day. I was driving to B&Q and saw it out of the corner of my eye. I needed to feel happy and the happy memories that anckered to that food would make me feel better. The staff were fast and the chips were hot. It was a nice break for the present.

The food here is lovely, especially the chicken and apple pies. However, packaging and food hygiene NEEDS to improve or I may have to call a food hygiene inspector. They put apple pies and chicken in the same frying basket or whatever they use. If they were 2 different orders and 1 was allergic to chicken or vice-versa then they would get a reaction. The packaging was really bad so I knew to bring another bag so that when cycling my food wouldn't go all over the road. However, I put my Milkshake in my drink holder and the cup fell out and my drink went everywhere! I'd only order from this place if you are walking or driving and don't have any allergies.

Always good, it's Morley's. In recent times, the chicken has shrunk, but everyone has to make cut backs in these tough times, so I can let it slide

Always good quality food, good quality price, brilliant customer service I can never ever forget the time that I turned up with a group of mates and had no money to afford anything so got given chips on the house. I am forever grateful for their kindness

This place tastes nothing like a real Morley’s in London, bossman just added a heap ton of garam masala and curry powder to everything 😂. We got a big order everything; wings (which were not crispy just wet batter), chicken pieces, strips, incredibly dry nuggets and it all had this strange curry-like tinge. This place ain’t it. Surprised it has such high reviews I guess locals don’t know good fried chicken. If you want a real Morley’s go to a Morley’s in London and you’ll understand the flavours that are so so different than this let down.

Chicken n wings was actually decent, service was rubbish, no smiles on their faces, they were all on thier phones which i find terrible. I was happy with the food though, just need to improve on the chilli sauce as that tastes disgusting.

Their ribs are very good, portion generous, always a little wait but bit a problem as they are cooked whilst I wait.

Took 35mins to get two chicken burgers ready. They took advantage of the fact that my nephew was vulnerable and sat quietly in the corner while they served three other customers and cleared their Uber order. Customers in store should have been prioritised. When his mum went in and challenged them instead of apologising they were rude about it. A place we will probably avoid in the future.

Does what it says on the tin! Delivers hot, tasty food and all correct. KFC take note, not that you will get this customer back, I’m Morley’s all the way now!! Fantastic!!

I have been a loyal customer for years and I call to order my food and recently my orders are wrong as they do not listen to you on the phone. Tonight I called in to order I was asked to wait 15 minutes to arrive to be told that what I have ordered was not available now as they have sold it to someone else. They have put the prices up and the service has declined. I will now refuse to use them now

Please try and get the order right. It is not very difficult. Have lost count on number of times order has been wrong. However kids love the chicken so just have to bear with the pain and frustration.

Since management has changed over its not been the same, I usually LOVE the days we get a Morley’s but recently almost every time I have been mistakes have been made with my order, I usually wouldn’t mind as much as the food is great, but it’s becoming frustrating.

Food is lovely and the portion sizes are perfect the chicken pieces are much bigger than kfc, the seasoning is always just right and they are cheaper.

Very busy fast food joint. This is the spot for fried chicken 🍗 since KFC have changed their recipe. The wings are well seasoned and very moreish. The barbecue ribs are adequate. The fries 🍟 are decent. Customer Service needs attention. A smile 😊 and a Thank you go a long way to encourage repeat business.

Great fried chicken place, food always turns up hot and tasty. Love the hot wings and magnum burger from here. Definately one of my go to places to eat when I fancy a takeaway.

Chicken wings was cold,greasy, super salty, and all wings was extra tiny.

10/10 no complaints - no indoor seating place is more takeaway vibes.

Never been disappointed with Morleys - from the food to the customer service, its always good. We have been going here for years and other than the occasional forgotten item (due to an influx of customers) it's always been good. Price is good too - shame they don't deliver to Rainham lol.
