Ordered from here and the owner phoned saying I always cancel my order although I’ve only ordered once LAST AUGUST I told him there is 2 of my address that always get mixed up but he wouldn’t listen and cancelled my order. I don’t order often because of the £18 minimum and it’s just me ordering but he wouldn’t listen to a word, customer service is appalling and it’s sad because I actually like their food but it looks like I’m band for no reason at all🙂

It’s cheap ! It Could have been hotter and slightly more flavour on chilli beef and salt and pepper ribs but but crispy chilli beef was actually crispy ! Good portion sizes. When prices are this low can’t really complain

A little takeaway, hidden in a secondary road, catering to locals. Depending on the cook, it can be surprisingly good.

Food wasn’t as expected at all. Arrived in a storage box, and the food was freezing cold, even the Sauce was firm. Very disappointed most went in the bin as can’t reheat.

This place shouldn’t be allowed on just eat. I have used them several times at my mums and my address. There is always something missing. When I spoke to the restaurant, tonight after she cancelled twice when I phoned the restaurant, the lady was VERY rude and said I always complain, I only complain when stuff is missing. Dreadful, I won’t use them again and will warn my family to not use them again. I always use just eat and don’t feel they should be on just eat.

I have tried others.....But "Shanghai Surprise"are never beaten on price and outstanding quality. Plus when you order a large........it is LARGE! They will always be my main go-to for fast food.

Enough portions but most of them doesn't meet my appetite. As a Cantonese I think they are saltier than Cantonese food I'm use to.

Love this Chinese always comes pipping hot

£50 worth of food in foil containers shoved into one plastic bag meant that we received a ball of food mixed up and leaking in the bag. I'm never ordering from here again.

All dishes very tasty Hot and Sour soup - really tasty Ribs (honey glazed) - lots of meat Singapore rice noodles (king prawn) - lots of prawns

I ordered for 7pm I called the restaurant 6.45pm saying I am home now to deliver early if they can, instead it was late. The app said ENJOY YOUR FOOD at 7.05pm But I did not get the order. I called restaurant again explaining the app said ENJOY YOUR FOOD. The lady explained that they use their own drivers. It can 7.25pm late.

Food was absolutely below par. Lacked quality, I ordered for fried squid with ginger and onion, it didn't look anything like fried squid more like plain squid in sauce with spring onion. Man was very rude when we called to complain. Specification should be made on each dish. Very disappointed with the service. bad food and bad service =PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM 😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷

Loved it. A real bargain, this place. The food was tasty, delivered early and you get so much more for your money here compared to the prices of others - I’m sorted for a few days!!! Will definitely order again.

Really disappointing today. Food not as great as it usually is so will think twice before ordering again. Plus points: food was still hot when arrived, driver socially distanced as asked and it was delivered early. That's it.

Crispy beef good but broccoli needed more garlic. Disappointment was in mini spring rolls. Bland, greasy and not worth it.

Food is tasty, not oily, good quantity of meat and proper vegetables/ingredients for the price (unlike some other takeaways that fill up the dish with onions). Not the best Chinese food I had but far more than above average for takeaways standard, thank you

I've worked here and the kitchen is absolute filth, the boss never washes his hands, the floors havent been mopped to the point there sticky and there are mice sticky traps everywhere.

The food was nice but it looked like they fried up the veggies and put the curry sauce on top. Tasty but not worth it. Next time I’d just buy the curry sauce by itself.

The food is delicious but what let’s this restaurant down is the delivery time. My order took over 2hrs to arrive, by the time it came it was near to cold.

DISGUSTING SMELLY FOOD! The name of restaurant is adequate to what you can expect from them- SUPRISE. FRIED squid is NOT fried but chewy and smelly- uneatable. The chicken with cushnuts is covered with bread crumbs, which isn't mentioned on the menu. Pieces of chicken dried out. I called the restaurant as soon as I opened up the packages and told them that this is NOT what the menu describtion says and not what I expected to be delivered and that it will not eat it. I heard that this is what I ordered and there is nothing they can do about it. An absolute WASTE OF MONEY, time and appetite, this is all I can say.

Ordered simple items The ribs had no meat on them all gravey an bone and the rice had no pea or egg in the chicken fried rice. This isn't the first time it's happened

Quick delivery. Maybe too quick. Duck in Plum sauce wasn't great. No flavour. Just sugary sauce no thicker than water. Duck was more fat than duck. More pineapple than duck. Peking ribs were okay.

I have ordered from here for many years. It’s normally extremely tasty! But recently it has taken a total nose dive! The pancake roll & noodles was dripping with grease! My duck was oily and no crisp to it. The rice, well that was something else. The only decent thing in my order was the prawn crackers!

Best Chinese restaurant ever ! I order from here all the time , they always deliver fast ( took about 15-20 mins). I’ll recommend the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice or curry chicken with fried rice.

So basically this driver couldn’t find my place so I have to leave my 8months old son to go out and look for him. We finally met but gosh he was extremely rude and I am sorry wouldn’t order again if you guys don’t do anything about it as this is the second time he has done it.

The food was very tasteless and dry. Onions not cooked properly and chicken slightly cold with no sauce. Quite disappointing.

Singapore noodles were very bland. They use to be packed with flavour.

I ordered Malaysia chow mein and instead got rice. I think it was special fried rice but not sure. I was hoping to get noodles was not very happy but ate the rice because I was very hungry.

It was greasy and plain all the food we got just tasted of salt and oil. Vermicelli did not have vegetables, pork or chilli peppers or taste. Rice greasy. Spring rolls were greasy. Disappointed.
