Shang Hai in North East Lincolnshire

Excellent chinese food.All plates cleared and very satisfied with quality of portions and taste.Top marks,friendly delivery guy too. Highly recommend !!

Ordered and paid, what I consider a decent amount (£24 for two people) Sat down at home and was disappointed, for is distinctly average and I think for the price paid I'm being kind. Will not be ordering again, I'm pretty sure there's much better elsewhere.

Always use this Chinese....the staff are soo friendly and courteous The food is always fresh and hot and doesn't take very long to get to us

We ordered a meal in October and waited nearly 2 hours,despite delivery time being quoted as 45 minutes?? THEN when it arrived was only luke warm and not the best.I left a review on justeat that was fair,co sidering the delay and quality was below the norm from here.Surprisingly we recieved a card in the post from Shang Hai,it apologised for the issues and asked us to retry again and they didnt want to lose our custom(a really nice gesture)But we attempted to order in December and despite order being taken on Justeat as soon as the restaraint opened at 5pm,our order was DECLINED by them ???? No explanation,just declined ??? I contacted Justeat,who said,please find alternative takeaway,Shanghai have refused to honour your order and they dont need to give am explanation....Not Happy... POOR POOR POOR from Shanghai... You have now lost a regular customer.....👋😡

We weekly (sometimes even twice weekly!) Get a take away from shang hai and wouldnt go anywhere else now! Everytime I call I'm always greeted by "hello Jess" which is lovely. She always remembers our order and accommodates for a milk protein allergy which we have. The food is lovely and she always goes the extra mile to make sure our take away experience is tasty and of a high standard. Highly would recommend shang hai to anyone who wants a chinese of high quality, excellent customer service and also fresh products (the meat quality is the best I've encountered in grimsby chinese take aways!) Went yesterday and ordered while we was there. Our food was cooked straight away and the lady behind the counter was so friendly and chatty . We took home food for 4 people and it was all cooked perfectly and delicious as always . We had free prawn crackers and cans of pop which wax quite nice Will defiantly go againinthe near future

Me, my partner and son picked up our meal we usually have it delivered , have got to say with out a doubt the best customer service I’ve ever received. The lady who served us was lovely, kind and so polite. The food as always was amazing and to a very high standard, I’ve recommended Shang Hai to friends and family and they’ve never been disappointed either

Myself and my wife decided to try the Shang Hai Chinese take away after reading so many good reviews on trip advisor. What a disappointment it turned out to be. Agreed it did turn up 20 minutes earlier than the just eat app said and it was piping hot. But, that was about it. The food was extremely salty, the wantons were very greasy with no taste to them. The spare ribs were very fatty and my satay chicken wasn't anything like a satay that I've tasted before. Overall, a big let down and couldn't recommend.

Continues to be one of the best in town.. Great tasty food,piping hot and delivered on time.We have had no reason to fault the food from Shang Hai ever.I would recommend anyone to give them a try.

This is the best one in town in my opinion Food is always tasty and fresh always fast delivery and even quicker collection . The dim sum for two is fantastic and good value everything on the menu that I have tried always tastes amazing highly recommend

Ordered via just eat app for the first time today(4th Aug) and was very impressed.Piping hot food delivered by friendly driver,very tasty and generous portion sizes.We would definitely recommend.One of the best Chinese meals we have eaten in a while.Brill.

After reading reviews on ta we decided to give it a bash. Don't get me wrong it's still the same style "what English want" Chinese take away. But it's done really well, not greasy or stodgy at all. Well done Shang Hai. Keep up the good work !

I regularly visit here after trying it a fee weeks ago now. I particularly like the dim sum and seaweed, which are always cooked fresh to order. The normal Chinese food is nice too!

we have used this take away for a couple of months now , and can recommend it highly .the food is excellent and always hot on arrival , and the time to deliver , considering that we are 7 miles away , is never very long.

A excellent take away shop with friendly staff delicious food a great choice in menu which is easy to read. The food is always hot on delivery which is nice to see and the driver is friendly to talk to. Best take away by far I order from here 3 or 4 times a month no going back now my favourite is the triple roast wiv special fried rice and prawn crackers

We stumbled across this takeaway a good few months back and have never looked back. Food is also always high quality and delivery quick. Highly recommend the salt & chilli chicken wings aswell as the deep fried garlic prawn spring rolls.

Ordered for the first time this evening & I was so glad I did. Outstanding quality & VERY speedy delivery. Really tasty food & an excellent selection of dim sum dishes. I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!
