Tasted fresh and delicious - will definitely use again!

Pulled into here as local Chinese was shut for Chinese New Year - wishing we hadn't Food not fresh - Satay skewers - thin processed chewy rubbish with a skim of sauce (See pictures) - Vegetables in Garlic Sauce , mush , no flavour Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls - like greasey doughnuts , hardly any meat Awful

Delicious food, delivered within 30 minutes and came piping hot. Staff are so polite in store, over the phone and delivering. Couldn’t recommend enough

Only been twice both times happy with everything will go again. We had special chowmein pancake roll and chips nice food. Would like even better if they open at lunchtime. Don't get loads of food but we don't want loads so good for us.

First and last time here i went off reveiws thinking itll be great it wasnt even good hard chips soggy crispy chicken flavorless chowmein greasy chicken balls that spat oil out when cut and all the meat dishes didnt even taste of meat all dishes was bland

Order tonight and asked how long for delivery, as the stuff I order goes very chewy if left too long. I normally pick up due to this. I called an hour later where I was shouted at on the phone it's on its way 3 times. He also said the driver was 2 mins away. I askedif it was just cooked and again shouted twice that it's just left the shop. Driver arrived 6 mins later. I asked her n she said it was hot. Well. Chips are rubbery, tepid and my chilli salt chicken is so rubbery and chewy I binned it I would have called the shop to speak to the owner but can not be asked to speak to someone who shouts at customers down the phone. 20 years I have used them. Time to move on and change and place the review

Fai Wong Best Take out for Chinese in the area & a well deserved 5 ⭐ as the food is great especially the Kung pow & black bean chicken, the salt & chilly chips & salt & chilly chicken ⭐⭐⭐⭐ we have come across some experimental dishes which we found had no taste just lately but if you stick to the popular dishes 😜 then you won't be disappointed. The staff (I think Family) are extremely friendly & the service is prompt & well packaged. The atmosphere score is attributed to the welcoming staff & friendly banter.

Food is good, prices are very good and service excellent.

Ever since my favourite place closed, my family has been bouncing around trying to find a replacement. We've finally found it in Fai Wong. The special fried rice was slightly sweet and the special cho-mein was peppery. The beef was perfectly soft, so my toothless dad could finally partake and the shares made evenly. I'm happy to enter a new number into my contacts and highly recommend.

All i can say ive tried many chinese in yown but this has to be my favorite one. They are friendly, attentive and a pleasure to buy from. I would never go anywhere else. Oh i was always a indian type of takeaway girl but fai wong has changeď my mind 100%

Just had a takeaway and it was very mediocre. The food was tepid, the prawn crackers burnt and the main dish just about edible. Sadly I wouldn't rush to go back.

Been here many times and we've never had a bad meal. The food is always well cooking, piping hot and generous portions. Cannot recommend it enough!!

After discovering this Chinese several years ago, I am still a regular customer. The food is amazing, always perfectly cooked and arrives hot. Not only is the food fantastic, the service is also of a high standard. I have never had a single complaint as the customer service has been consistently excellent. I could not recommend this takeaway enough.

Friendly, reasonably priced and tasty Chinese food. Nothing is to much trouble. Can take a while when busy but it’s worth the wait.
