Just ordered chips and pancake roll and there was no meat init at all may as well had a spring roll digusting need to put meat init

Best Chinese food in the area IMO

Had a order from here last night it was horrible the rice was dry with no flavour the chow main was solid and when it turned up it was freezing like its been sat in a car for a hour

Just had special fo young and special fried rice and they both was amazing as always , the food is always hot, plenty of meat and very tasty many thanks

20 pound for chips egg fried rice curry SAUCE and spare ribs wow will not be ripped off used this company for 10 years and to be honest never cost me that even with 2 main meals now all of a sudden ridiculous prices well I'm sorry I will not be using these anymore

Lovely tasting Chicken and Sweetcorn soup. Had this on its own for a quick snack before a night out. :)

This is mine and my mum's treat when she stays. It's a very popular takeout so phone lines are busy but it's worth persevering. Food is delicious and they still do proper chips.

All that I can say about this takeaway is WOW havent been here for about 15 years but called in when passing I got a chicken chow main it was FAB best I have tasted am now going their regular to try more on the menu

Absolutely awful!! Only across the road so I collected, even so it was that cold it needed to be microwaved. The chips was a joke, greasy with eyes galore! £13 down the drain. Waste of good money!!

The meals and service are very good, the proportions are ample. You can order for collection or delivery or just go in and wait. It would be nice if you could pay on line beforehand but have to pay cash which isn’t a problem if you know about it in advance.

Absolutely appauling behaviour was there yesturday and the delivery driver started wanting a fight with a fella walking dogs and nearly ran over a woman and her puppy on the public path they r very rude and do not have any consideration for anyone around them and they have disgusting manners

avoid this chinese infact i wouldnt even call it a chinese id say its just people cooking frozen food but carnt cook it properly woman on the phone has absalutely no manners was very abrupt rude and VERY DISRESPECTFUL. they park on droped curb pavements which is not allowed so disability people carnt get up onto the pavement there was a woman walking her puppy and there delivery drive reversed onto the public path and kept backing upto her neary running her dog over by centermeters we stopped him nd told him hes nearly just ran her and the puppy over and all he was botherd about is trying to start a fight with my partner which is disabled and also me as im disabled to he was shouting infront of a puppy and 2 dogs and 2 disabled people and the woman he nearly ran over the woman on the phone never belives that the customer is always right what EVER YOU DO AVOID THIS SO CALLED CHINESE PLACE as it is all frozen meat and cooked from frozen and never fresh if you want the best chinese place go to saint peters chinese they r the best going nd very polite unlike these scum people here AVOID THIS DISGUSTING PLACE

Absolutely appalling delivery ! Paid with tip and had the money returned after 5 mins as the delivery driver wasn't happy with the £20 I gave her!!! If you only accept CASH....then please familiarise yourself with the legal tender you're accepting! It was a paper £20 note.... still legal. I then had to swap it for notes she was happy with! Plus I never got my change! You desperately need a lesson in customer service skills! Will NEVER order from here again out of principle. RUDE!!!

Just had our first Chinese from here, it was the best ever Chinese I have ever had , tasty, hot, freshly cooked and chips to die for .

Well done, I ordered beef curry, found it to be very tasty, banana fritters were gorgeous. There was enough in one portion for two people, also 2 large banana fritters in the container. will definitely use you again. Very good value for money.

Several ppl have reccomended this chinese gave it a try and will definately be back its best chinese ive tasted in grimsby it was devine and will reccomend it to my friends too

Been having deliveries from here for years. they are the best in my opinion. the chips are the best ever and the service is 2nd to none. never use anywhere else.

I've been going to this Chinese take away for years the chips were the best in town today I had king prawns in sweet n sour sauce I hadn't had this in a while but it wa always great not today prawns we're in thick batter and no taste in them and I don't know what they have done to chips but they were awful so won't be going back ime given 3 stars as my grandchild had chicken chow mean as he usually does and it was ok but he said chips were different it's a shame this food was o bad as I usually enjoyed it for years

The special curry and special chow mein I ordered was cooked many hours before I was unlucky enough to pick my order up

salt and pepper chickhen amazing.... Best I've ever had tbh!!! Buy the rest wasent the best the chickhen chow mein was cold so was my egg fried rice I live like 2 mins away and was in the car so should y have been cold and when I went to pay I was not given my change witch was a bit annoying

Got a take away for the first time on the 30/10/20 from this place and we will be back. Thought it was reasonably priced from looking at the menu and then I saw just how much we got - it's superb value for money. Food was hot, tasty and very nice. Service was good as well. One of the best takeaways I've ever had and would easily recommend it!

Really nice chinese food, lovely chips and nice Curry Sauce, all round really nice food, i wish they took card payments since I never usually carry cash, but can't fault carr lane one of the best in town.

Huge portions, good price. Really good food. Will happily go back again.

Used to have the best chips n curry sauce ever was legendary don't know what happened but chips seem like the usual frozen rubbish you get everywhere now s o disappointed waited nearly an hour had to reheat in the microwave don't know what has gone wrong asking for recommendations for a new Chinese restaurant?

Don't expect free prawn crackers when you spend over £10 They are an additional £1.50. Beef in the curry was tough chewy and hard to swollow. Very disappointed with the quality, especially as the place came highly recommended..
