Shakeaway in Coventry

Milk shakes fine , girl with loose hair, always moving it back with her gloves hands and touching her face and nose with same gloved hands - gross ! Manager told and I was told she would change her gloves … she hasn’t !!

We visited yesterday afternoon. We were served straightaway by a polite, friendly member of staff. There were 3 staff working. It was busy when we first arrived. Our order was made fresh while we waited Well worth the few minutes wait! Lovely milkshake, fresh ingredients. Also had fries, made fresh. Everywhere was clean, too. And tables cleared promptly. Highly recommended Staff were always smiling and happy to help, even though they were busy 5 🌟 food and service

Really enjoyed the place for dessert. Had both hot and cold desserts. They have both seating inside and outside. But it was too cold too have cold desserts outside. We ordered a few different desserts like milkshakes and frozen yoghurts with mango and strawberry. I enjoyed it and the kids loved it. Staff were really nice. Overall really good and would recommend.

I am a huge fan of Shakeaway but the coventry one has changed my mind. The hygiene of the place is horrible you can see they never like to clean much. I wouldn’t say they’re a very busy company so not having clean sides is not okay. But what really upset me the most with this place is that I got a milkshake and it had a hair in it. I know humans make mistake but I do think the hygiene of this place is just not okay. I am so horrified by this and not only that it took them 10 minutes to make it which is just stupid. Avoid the coventry one at all costs. Gross place :( my favourite milkshake bar is no longer my favourite milkshake bar</3

Allocated in the heart of city centre. Their shakes are so tasty! Great place with lovely staff. Shake 'Dave' is amazing!

Me and my fiancee frequent Coventry Shakeaway, traveling miles to go here. The shakes are always fantastically done with care and attention. All the reviews saying 'they are slow' I do not understand! How can you expect them to rush when it's freshly made to order??? I don't think people realize how much goes into making these shakes! They are hand made to your spec with anything you can think off... Try doing that in McDonald's. We frequent this store and will continue to do so. Jason is usually on when we go and he does a fantastic job and no request is too big! Last time we went they even bought out a tub of water for our dog which was an amazing gesture! Highly recommended.

This is a full blown pudding in a cup. The price looks expensive however when you think of the price paid when you eat out for desert then it's reasonable. And it's awesome. Will no doubt use again.

I was disappointed with my shake, it had bits of frozen strawberries left in the bottom, and I was not made aware that I would be charged for toppings that were offered to me, not only that but it took a while for staff to make it as they just kept chatting. For over £4 for a shake I was quite disappointed.

Nice tasty product. Friendly and welcoming staff. Probably a little pricey for what's on offer. But I'd happily use again.

Visited the other weekend and asked for a vegan shake, at first the wrong jug was used but staff corrected this, then I noticed two staff wearing gloves were touching their faces then handling food which rather puts you off. My discount was forgotten too and the shake was okay but the biscuit part was still in chunks not blended correctly. Afraid I binned my shake and won't return, very different to my more local one in Worcester. Staff were really friendly though and others seemed happy with heir shakes.

I had a limited edition fresh Freddy, was really disappointed to realise it’s not fresh strawberries. They where pulled out of a freezer and not blended down for the price it cost I would off expected better!!!

I went in today for the first time and wow, the service was great, I gave the team member an overview of what I wanted which was very vague, something chocolaty and large, he recommended a Dave, it did not disappoint as I happy walked round the local town centre relaxing. Will defiantly go back.

I absolutely love the milkshakes from shake away and we were greeted with good customer service even close towards closing time.

Was introduced to this place a few months ago and I'm never disappointed! There is so much to chose from! And the staff are so friendly, always have to come here whenever I visit coventry

The staff are really friendly and enthusiastic, not the biggest of places but still able to sit inside to enjoy the milkshakes. Wife had a Fit & Healthy Banana and Kale with frozen fat free yoghurt (i know sounds iffy) called Andy... it was in fact delicious. I had a Dave which is very naughty and very very delicious with Flake, white Kinder bar, and Ferraro Roche in it. Son had the bubblegum one which he loves. Youngest son had what he always has.. most of mine. Thoroughly recommend

The customer assistant serving me was terribly slow and seemed extremely uninterested in what she was doing or the products she was offering. She forgot to tell me they don't have strawberries half way through making my order and instead of asking if I want to change it entirely she just asked if I want to swap for blueberries or raspberries. The frozen yogurt I got in the end was not well blended so the fruit was just rippling through and had whole lumps throughout - usually they need to pass it through the machine a few times in cases like this.
