Missing milkshake, told the delivery driver he said he would ring them and bring me it me back never happened

Me & the girls enjoy going there , got the best milkshake & waffles & strawberry and banana pancakes, Tasty food, I prefer to dine in so I can get me food fresh all the time, Bubble gum ice cream my favourite . The only problem that hardly find a car park.

Waffles are small and looks like there from aldi just warmed up and added the toppings on top and the milkshakes hardly any cream on them could of made them myself won’t be ordering here again

Order arrived 45 minutes later than stated delivery time period by which point the restaurant had closed and the one phone number was going straight to voicemail. Contacted Uber eats to cancel and refund but as still showing as being prepared was unable to do so, yes it did arrive but when it did what should have been a warm soft waffle was cold and hard and an item was missing. I feel like we have ordered from here before and forgot how bad it was as previously the waffle was the same so won't be repeating that mistake again.

This place is a disgrace. Tried to order from them twice, the first time they randomly cancelled after 30 mins with no reason given. second time took the delivery but it was such a nasty mess. the food was cold and tasted stale as if cooked in old over used rancid oil not to mention the shakes were warm. IMO they prepped these in advance and just send them off for delivery when they get an order. tried to ask for a refund but they just ignored me. Avoid

Food was actually quite nice. Delivery time was longer than it said but I am a little far away so wasn’t a big problem. However, massive long hair found right at the bottom of dish, I have very short brown hair and this was a long black one so definitely not mine. Disappointing as I had already eaten most of it and made me regret eating it. Have contacted Uber eats in hopes of some sort of compensation

I ordered from here (Boss Burger, same place), I got the Double Cluck and Fries. The food was amazing. I ordered collection and the food was ready when I arriving and was piping hot. Definitely will be back.

Order never arrived but they marked it as delivered Almost 3 weeks later and I still don't have a refund

Food stale, milkshakes warm, ice cream melted, 2 hour wait. Phoned multiple times, went straight to voicemail. Refund refused as I didnt take photos showing the stale and warm order.

Order was 2 hours late, was supposed to come at 19:45 but came at 20:45. Rang the store number but there was no answer, this was my first time ordering here and I doubt I will order again.

Fabulous milk shake oh my god it was to die for the halton brook one mmmm and we had a sundae the quality and size was spot on also got my order before uber even said they left! So was fast delivery and tasty Shakes will definitely be coming back. I also really love your design and decor of your business love it thanks again! 5*

Bought three waffles from this place for myself, partner and daughter and we were very disappointed, never been here before and won't again, the waffles were like shop bought ones from Farmfoods and were hard and stale like. The toppings were just thrown over the waffle in a mess, they were cold and 35 minutes late. We couldn't even finish our waffles they were that bad. Build a Waffle is ten times better and much better and bigger for the value and freshly made not shop bought ones.
