Premier Inn Runcorn hotel in Halton

Stay in premier inns up and down the country although this premier inn is slightly dated its spotlessly clean and the team are one of the best I’ve encountered !!

Food was cold didbt get what i orderd do not recommend. I couldn’t get to sleep as their was no air con so wasnt the greatest stay

I’d booked somewhere else, on arriving i realised I’d booked into somewhere dodgy, premier inn saved the day and I had a lovely 3 days stay. The staff were helpful and friendly

Regularly stay here on business always greeted with a smile at check in yes sometimes they’re may be some minor issues However I can never fault my stay

Make sure you input car reg on the machine in hotel. I simply forgot and got a £100 fine despite spending night there. Why this system is in place when it never used to be I'm not sure. Just another way of getting people's hard earned money in rip off UK :(

I visited here with my client as I am a Personal Assistant and the staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. The rooms are great in quality and prices are reasonable

It does what it says on the tin. Nice rooms, very clean. Dining room is good. Great selection for breakfast, not such a good selection for dinner. Would recommend though.

Great Customer service - The WiFi went down you can imagine how many times the customers went to reception but Emma handled everyone with empathy and people was understanding. The Room are clean and maintained. Excellent food.

Usually my company books us in to Hilton Hotels when travelling to meetings but this time, as it was close to the meeting place I was booked in to the Premier Inn Runcorn. I cannot fault my stay in any way. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff couldn't be any more polite at check in and breakfast was one of the best I've had on a business trip

Stayed here with our small son for a nearby wedding. Everything, from the welcome we received at reception to the cleanliness of our room could not be faulted. Great breakfast next day too, plenty of choice and good value for money. Would definately stay here again

A great accommodation for your stay at Manchester. Very friendly receptionists, clean rooms and a large parking facility.

Went for breakfast in the morning but was told the old chestnut of the gas isn't working. I have previously been a chef and that is code for the chef hasn't turned in for their shift. Continental was fine and staff attentive.
