Came not long after I put in the order, arrived piping hot and full of flavour, can’t go wrong with this place really, will always come here!

chicken tikka masala on chips and cheese. normally, so very good. today, the first half was was as good as always. but, the second half, not so much. the cheese was off(very sour) and soon as I tasted it, I couldn't eat anymore. such a waste. ruined the dinner. i did get a garlic naan bread too, which was great. real shame as I said before, usually very good food.

Hi , had very bad experiences after ordered food from this takeaway , had burnt garlic nan & keema nan also burnt mixed grill , food taste medium. i think you need to update more pls. Thanks

Food is good, but stone cold. Had to reheat everything which is a pity really. Was delivered on time though. Was still tasty despite having to reheat it.

Very fast delivery and excellent quick

Food instructions followed, 15 min early delivery, huge portion, very hot and fresh. Zero complaints, will definitely order again.

Salad was only cabbage and pakora was bland . Sauce was so bland as well . I will not use them gain since this a treat for me once a month. 🥲

Lovely food, unfortunately the chocolate fudge cakes had a slight onion-y taste presumably due to being around the other food, which was a bit disappointing but easily fixed, other than that we will definitely be ordering again!! Thank you :)

Usually have no problems. The Food was cold. The paper bag that the chips were in crumbled when I tried to get them out as the steam must have made the bag soggy. Chips ended up everywhere. Overall rubbish.

Never had any issues with food quality, most of the time food arrived before stated time. Been ordering from Shahi for more years than I like to admit. Definitely many more to come hopefully!

Always courteous polite drivers , however to save waste I put no chips please, but still got them I hate wasting food but otherwise delicious fresh and great value

An item was missing and they refused to refund the missing item. Was suppose to get a drink for a kids meal as it was advertised on their site and refused. Surpringly now the kids menu is advertised without a drink. Could have just admitted their mistake been ordering here for years won't be ordering again.

it says when you spend more than 20 pound you will some free papudums or something but we did not get anything like that billing was more than that, also delivery time was so long than mentioned.

naan bread was ripped and stretched didn't taste fresh at all piri piri chips are plain chips sprinkled with paprika hardly piri piri! walk in to collect guy behind the counter taking his time shaving kebab meat puts it into container then takes a phone call all before acknowledging me great service won't be back

everything was excellent, lovely and fresh.....

We waited almost 2 hours for our food and then it was cold and missing a bottle of juice. Very disappointed.

Fantastic best kebab I've had in ages.

Went past the maximum delivery time checked on app and they claimed it was already delivered, asked for an update which they then upped another 20 minutes which they were still another 15 minutes late

calzon was half burnt and Hadley any meat in the special kebab was not all that bead was all doughy normally food is great

Half decent food never had a problem with that, last order I waited 75 minutes out of peak hours which was 15 mins over expected delivery time, won't be coming here again. Got in touch with FoodHub only then did the shop manager say the food was not long away so they probably forgot or just tried to do a fly & take my money before the shop closed, in the end they are the ones who accept the orders but still can't meet the needs of the service even out of peak times.

bland not what shahi used to be tikka just tasted of cream chewy chicken. avoid takeaways just cook your own it will taste better 💯

Amazing food had garlic mushrooms veg pakoras lamb with the sweet and sour sauce and rice it was amazing definitely order again

Bbq chicken pizza didn't taste of bbq and very little chicken on it quite disappointed on this occasion.

Food was amazing as always, never have a problem with this place, I never really have, food was hot and filled with flavour, definitely one of the best take aways!

korma was really nice, chips were perfect and the nan was lovely, I feel the pizza was a little doughy and just didn't hit the mark for me but I would definitely try more curries

meal deal very well priced and korma one of the best I've had in long time. one of the curries wasn't one we choose bit did not mind ad other 3 were so good.

Ordered the 2 for 16 pound 12 inch pizza both hot and spicy . The rest of the pizza they Do leave a lot to be desired. However tonight. The pizza was cooked to absolute perfection best pizza I have ever had legit they do a good hot a spicy pizza but tonight cheese pulling away perfectly like in an add outstanding

Can’t fault the food. One of the best and freshest takeaways out there.BUT they take ages to deliver waited 2 hours for a pizza there is some principles and they clearly don’t have them. Never apologise just make some excuses. CONTINUED REVIEW… I ORDERED TODAY AND MY FULL ORDER CAME 2 HOURS LATE. AVOID DELIVERY AT ALL COSTS. MUCH BETTER ALTERNATIVES. When it was late I phoned for the first time and they said It’s just leaving. (It only takes 5 minutes to my address). 45 minutes had passed and still no food! I phoned again and asked to speak to the boss he said the driver left just now and has one delivery before us. Another 20 minutes had passed and no driver still. I phoned again and then the boss was adamant that the driver was outside when I was looking out from my window!!! When I said he wasn’t, he then contacted the driver to find out he wasn’t outside and said he will be there in a few minutes. This is 1 hour and 45 minutes after we ordered and we got a delivery time of 45mins to an hour. The driver did then come but to our surprise and shahi’s usual they forget to give the kebab. I needed to contact the takeaway again and the driver was instructed to return back to the address and give the doner. It came around 2 hours after we first ordered. The boss wasn’t apologetic and was rather rude, no professionalism and accountability trying to make excuses. I would say avoid delivery at all costs or be prepared to wait an excessive amount of time. They are way behind in terms of their service and I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

Food arrived quickly, it was piping hot and tasted lovely.

I use shahi all the time when I fancy a chicken chilli massala and is the only place I would go for it, till today. the chips are not the best, most of them had a green tinge to them which was off putting and the order was all cold. I don't usually have any issues with this takeaway so may just be a one-off, the whole order was cold not very appealing to the eye.

munchy box on the menu says it has samosa and donner pakora in it ... couldn't find any in mine but there was plenty of chips and potato wedges...hmm 🤔

Food came cold and late , called be told the delivery driver left pizza so shop called him back but sent all cold food shocking

Sorry been ordering for many years but tonight wasnt good at all sauce tasted of nothing was like thick tomato soup hardly any cheese wasnt worth money and the cardboard container was all soft so when put fork in it was mixing with the food

Delivery was delayed but only slightly & food was delivered piping hot & was very tasty

The food as always was great can't falt that, however we did not get our poppadoms. The driver said he would return with them but he didn't.

Special Karahi is got to be one of the best takeaway curries I have ever had in my life , I will always buy a garlic naan bread with any curry I have previously had and have always finished the naan bread as I love it , tonight I had garlic naan bread as usual and with the Special Karahi it certainly did not complement this curry 1st time in my life I've never finished a garlic naan , this curry was enough on its own without anything and was outstanding, the flavours of thus curry were amazing, well done to the chef tonight in the kitchen 12 out of 10 , I regularly buy from here , but from now on Special Karahi top of my list , found it stunning for a takeaway , thankyou Shahi

Best pizza takeout in Dundee, hands down. Been here 3 weeks and already placed 7 orders since arriving.

Chicken kebab is really good but the donner is the same rubbish you get in most places bar a few.

Food quality and taste perfect

Been here a few times and food has always been good, however on this occasion when I was in collecting I noticed that the guy serving went from handling food to answering the phone and back to handling food again, not once did he wash his hands. Won't be back. If they are cutting corners like that where people can see them, what are they doing where you can't see them.

Pizza burnt AF. Sorry lads.. you really dropped the ball on this one.

Ordered Donnor on one of my pizzas, At the cost of 2 pound. Was not aware I was ordering 0.25p of Donnor meat I know the boy cutting up the single strip of Donnor into shavings must appreciate me paying £1.75 of his hourly wage. Seriously thought. Worst serving I have ever had of the add Donnor to the pizza ever. Used to use curry in a hurry before they changed and they would shave the kebab on top of the pizza most places put in chuncks of kebab never have I had kebab shavings and little of them couldn't taste it waste of 2 pound. Use you guys all the time but change that to kebab trimmings 2 pound please. I will be back but that was for sure bad on your part.
