Order placed, advised 40 minutes maximum for delivery. 1 hour later hadn’t arrived. Phoned, assured 2 or 3 min, 15 minutes later still not arrived. Order cancelled. I can’t comment on the food as never tasted it.

Food was cold and most of it was dry and tasteless. Shame as my son recommended as eats in regularly. Dunno if problem tonight as was also very late arriving. I won’t be reordering again. Sorry.

Food used to be really good. In the past 2 months or so, the quality and taste has really degraded. Our staple order tastes entirely different (not for the better). We also got some biryani and they took out some pieces of chicken from the curry and threw it on the rice. Extremely disappointing.

I explored this place in this week when I was searching for Pakistani food. This place serves Pakistani food in afghan style 👌. I ordered my lunch and that was so amazing. The presentation for naan was so classic. Specially there naan was just like butter, I ordered some roti but I don't recommend that. Lamb karahi is delicious when it's cooked fresh. The restaurant is at the corner, you can grab a nice view for eat there. When I visited it was quit. Overall food was nice, staff is very helpful when selecting your order. There is little bit space for improvement in there menu.

Take away chicken biryani was last portion, with very little chicken, even topped up had just 3 pieces! Metal takeaway container was heated in the microwave, and given back twice, before being decanted onto a plate and being heated properly. If I have to discuss with you that a rice dish is completely cold at the bottom, then partially cold on the second try and ok on the third, that what you're doing is dangerous, and to hear that this is your normal practise, something is very wrong! 💀

Went to shah karahi restaurant where i tried biryani and nihari. Loved the flavors, spices, and overall experience i had with the biryani and nihari. Restaurants ambiance, service, was also amazing!!! Highly recommended!

Wow, the nihari and chicken biryani at shah karahi was absolutely delicious! The flavors were so rich and authentic, making every bite a delight. The nihari was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of spices, while the chicken biryani was fragrant and had just the right amount of spice. It was a truly satisfying dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for flavorful and tasty dishes!

A decent place to enjoy rare food from other Countries.

Shah Karahi deserves a 5-star review! They catered for my guests last night, and the experience was fantastic. We placed an order at 2 PM for a 7 PM delivery, including Acharia Gosht, Chicken Karahi, mixed grills, and more for 20 people. The food was fresh and amazing, and the compliments from our guests were phenomenal. We'll definitely recommend them!

The guys in the shop can be VERY DISHONEST. A piece of advice: When you buy any food, check the price on the menu and what they ACTUALLY charge. I bought chicken biryani a couple of days ago. The display note showed 'Large Chicken Biryani £3.99' but the man charged me £4.99. I brought the discrepancy to his attention. He gave me some lame reason to defend himself. I told him that he could get into serious trouble if he ran the business in a misleading way. Today, I bought chicken vindaloo. The price on the menu was £6.99 but the fellow charged me £7.49. Luckily, I checked how much I was charged. It was a different guy today but he, too, gave me a vague justification saying it was a mistake. Just be VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL: These guys can be dishonest.

I have ordered so many times from this restaurant past midnight and they were still able to deliver the food. That late, around 2 am, others are probably sleeping and they're serving well enough. Sometimes it's considerably late but their food is always good with very reasonable prices.

My wife and I came from Canada but originally from Malaysia for a short holiday. We pass by this restaurant everyday and found the food very good, tasty and authentic Pakistani/Indian food. Price is very reasonable. Because the food was so good, we came back everyday for our meals for the 8 days of our holiday. The boss (Mr Shah) and workers are very friendly. We strongly recommend this restaurant!

6 miles drive only to try Real Tase of Haleem of Karachi. Since I am fond of typical pakistani foods, I’d give 10/10 for Haleem I had last time. Special Naan was a top up. Gajar Halva wqs grrat however Kheer was not at the best standard due to slight burnt. I’d recommend any late hours food lovers. super Lahori Nihari also available. I’d recommend their great service too. Salute

My go-to place since it's the nearest to where I stay. I generally order my comfort food from them since I visit them pretty regularly, at least twice or thrice a week. I really like their Saag Alu, Saag Paneer, or Plain Saag, Dal Tadka, Chole/Chana, Okra, Mix Veg, Veg Biryani, Pulao Rice, Malai Rabri Kheer, and more. The owner is wonderfully warm, caring, and always delightful to talk to. Their quality is consistently excellent. The best aspect is that they are open until 2 am, which gives me the flexibility to enjoy meals even late after I am done with work. I highly recommend visiting to enjoy their wide selection of dishes from the Indian, Pakistani, and Afghani cuisines.

First time ordering from here and very disappointed. Food was not hot, the samosas were dripping in oil, and the naan was cold and bland. The biriyani and seekh kebabs were ok but nothing special. Quality of food is not great so I will not be ordering again

Went there late night. Astonished to see, It was open. Ordered Sea Bass and Chicken Karahi. Would recommend Karahi. Sea Bass isn’t recommended. Also visited again with family during Ramadan. They gave stale samosas. Also ordered Chicken Karahi which was 3/10 this time. Very disappointed. Won’t go again there.

The best food in the area but the service is uniformly awful. The food is so good you’d forgive a lot but the delivery and collection service is truly terrible. Please improve your service because eating your food is heavenly

I should have known better to buy old displayed biriyani s and warmed up in the microwave And it's my stupidity that made me stop and buy. Know better next time Also a big poster read a price and the inside price was more and when I asked the man he looked at me and smiled cheekliy. No recommendations here.

Excellent food especially Biryani and Channa

Best place to eat round the area. The Gulab Juman (Dessert) 12/10 cleared the whole tray!! Everything I've eaten from there has been perfectly spiced and the flavours are mouth watering. Defo try the mixed grill!! 100% would recommend. See you soon!

Today i visited Shah karahi and i love the Food , the Environment, the staff members Food was too delicious if you are looking for delicious south Asian taste then Shah karahi is the best option i must say.

I visited to this restaurant first time. Just walked in and asked for Chicken seekh kebab role. They had chicken seekh on display and the attendant picked those so i stopped him and asked to make fresh. Later he thought I didn’t notice and he took those 3 pieces from display, stale and dry. I again asked them to offer fresh and they tried to fool me while showing n telling that they had thrown the old ones. Strange thing to notice, only those pieces they picked to throw away out of other 5-6 items. Lol. Unfortunately, such a big disappointment that they made the wrap from the same displayed pieces. I m not visiting ever again. First time in last 4 years i received this bad experience from any restaurant in UK. I m not used to of eating bad quality food. Update: i received the reply from the restaurant and one more lie towards it. First I didn’t have kebab in the restaurant. I asked for take away. And picture attached because it is still in my bin bag to throw away tomorrow. And please keep your compensation and own the truth that will be my compensation. Thnx

Be aware of this scammer restaurant , spicialy with take away offer , i have order rice with chicken carry , they just but rice with carry souse , no chicken, plus the charge you 50p extra for take away container . Bad experience , never again ,

Korma was really spicy (Korma’s aren’t spicy), tikka was very dry, keema naan was pizza dough with dry tasteless mince inside, onion salad was 95% lettuce 4% tomato and 1% onion…. Poppadum’s were good but that’s about it….. £27 wasted and I won’t order from here again! 🤦🏻

I tried their Charsi Karahi and Chapli kebab! Chapli Kebab were juicy and flavoursome, the spice level was perfect to taste, particularly for a Pakistani. Charsi karahi was mouthwatering, delectable and literally sapid. It should give you a nostalgia of a Pakistani roadside restaurant. London main peshawari karahi ka Maza. Literally, finger licking good 😊

We used Shah Karahi for our annual awards dinner at our local athletics club for 60 people. Service was amazing from ordering to delivery. We had chicken, veg curry, rice and samosas. For just over £750 we had so much food and had more to take home. The portion size was brilliant. Their samosas are the size of your hand and absolutely delicious. I’d highly recommend them for any event.

So, I was visiting london and was looking for authentic Pakistani cuisine. A friend recommended this place and I absolutely loved it. Felt home after such a long time. Had large boneless chicken biryani for only 3.99 which is unbelievable. Good luck Shah Karahi.

Drink was not cold no cutlery were added as I especially requested it, meat samosa was frozen inside, lamb madras was old I paid £28 just to stay hungry 1 hour longer

Chicken was very dry and just a few pieces in the middle of a lot of rice, naans were also dry and cold and the mango juice is coming in a container with a hole on top grap it in clean flim so more than half of the juice is out of the container into the flim. Sorry but I'm not impressed at all.
