Just got a kebab sauce separate kebab is spicy is no the word and that will nothing on it

Got chips and cheese sent to my house, a small box of barely warm chips in a block of cheese, couldve picked up the whole lot on my fork! Would not recommend.

As far as donner pizzas go this place is the goat

Ordered chips and curry sauce and overall thought they had mistaken the sauce for blended carrots. Absolutely disgraceful, phoned back to complain and got told to go somewhere else and blamed me for apparently prank calling as I’m a 13 year old. Understandable but assuming? No. Terrible customer service and may I also add the food was double the delivery time I was told it would be it was supposed to be if your planning a takeaway with friends,anywhere but here.

We had to wait 1 hour for the food and when it got here it looked food you would get out a swamp. Looked like watery carrots and tasted like it. And we went and phoned them telling them it wasn’t good and for how long it took and he was very cheeky assuming bc we are teenagers we were doing a prank call then not only that he told us to go somewhere else and put in a review will never order that again very bad service

My go to place for a doner kebab, always a good portion and plenty of sauce - never disappointed!

For me King Size Mixed Kebeb brilliant. Big portion and test really good. Recommended 💯%

Friendly service, food excellent.

Does was it says on the tin. Absolutely massive menu tells a story, doing everything in a quick, cheap, way. Avoid the chicken wings but the pizza was alright.

Everything was luke warm. Luckily we have a microwave. Never buying from Shaandar again. Poor

Been going for years .never again ,collected a loyalty discount couple of months ago they binned it ,collected another loyalty discount last week ,an lo and behold I can’t get it,crooks ,away to go to khans on the clepsydra ,heard they are better bye bye shaaandar

Got text saying delivery on way then waited 45 mins then arrives cold and shop is about 5 mins away happens every time the last 4 orders I see the point on busy weekend but a Monday night at 9pm and it's delivered cold at 10.30. Never again.

I have just received my order, I ordered korma sauce as no that is a mild curry sauce but when I received sauce it is very spicy which I can’t eat as can’t eat spicy foods

So guys, my chips weren’t soggy but they weren’t warm either when my partner got home so 😝 but for a 5.30 delivery to be ready 15 mins early isn’t ideal for people working as it has to sit Even if the chips were in a brown bag I doubt they would be as crispy as I have had them previously I will be back though

Food was 10 minutes late but is is tasty. However I did order a kebab in naan and I could literally count 5 bits of chicken. It’s all salad and naan. Good food but tiny portion. I would order again but would order more food.

Waited nearly 2 hours for poor quality cold food. Called to just get told sorry. Delivery lady was lovely and apologetic. I will never buy from here again and I would advise anyone else thinking of buying from here to try somewhere else.

Munchie box food was fresh, tasty and excellently presented, which added to the appeal. Plenty to go around 4 people, choice of sauces was a bonus. Fantastic value for money and delightfully cheery delivery driver. Food piping hot on delivery, great customer service throughout

Pizza and chips were rubbery so they went in bin but kebab was amazing so had to share that

First delivery time was within 1 hour, message received to say it was on its way. I had to phone restaurant and was told it left the shop 3 mins previous. 2 and a half hours after placing the order the food arrived!

Ordered food for our lodge in piperdam and was told it was 7 pounds delivery charge and a 45 minute wait which was fine as its out the way. After 1hr 30 mins phoned to see where my order was as others who were staying at the lodge had ordered after myself from other takeaways had their orders to be told I was the next order coming out and he would put a bottle of juice free on the order for the inconvenience. Another 1hr later phoned again as no food had arrived and was told the driver was just around the corner in which I replied I am not paying for the delivery as it has been over 2hrs 30 mins since I ordered my food. Another 20 minutes later the driver arrived with no free bottle of juice and tried to charge me near the full amount and said he took 2 pound off the delivery for being late in which I replied I ain't paying for no delivery as it is nearly 3 hrs since it was ordered in which he replied u are getting quality food. I then told him if he wasn't waving the 7 pounds delivery charge I wasn't wanting the food its upto him. The food was nice that was delivered but no way should anyone wait 3 hrs when told 45mins would give it 0 stars if I could for the service that was provided.

Second time our chips have been missed in the order. Delivery charge already paid and still get asked for more.

Driver was on time. Food was still warm. Only one poppadom which we thought was weird but anyway. Nan and chutney was great. Chicken tikka masala was very bland and the Rogan josh was hot, as in spicy. Usually it’s flavourful and tasty never had an actual hot rogan josh before. Expensive for what it was and wouldn’t order again.

Order originally stated 30-50 mins deliver, ordered at 18.20 changed to 19.30-19.50 delivered at 20.15 food was cold, one of the order incorrect with salad on it when ordered no salad

Chicken tikka hoagie first of all in a nann bread which was strange second the chicken was overcooked and rock hard. Pizza wasnt great either

The pizza was stuck to the box it came in and was soggy due to amount of grease

Korma was very hot (spices etc) and very thin, leaving a pool of water on the plate. Pakoras we’re not crispy, and not hot. Very disappointed.

The takeaways on macalpine Road, I live on macalpine Road...perfect, no more than an hour for delivery then surely. Haha wrong. 2 hours for delivery, my mixed kebab consisted of 5 bits of chewy chicken, TWO bits of lamb and a pile of just warm donner. The donner tasted fine to be fair but cmon guys, 2 hours for tough chewy chicken, 2 bits of lamb and bordering on cold donner. And thanks for forgetting my can of juice aswel, rounded my meal off perfectly. Shandaar used to be a guaranteed top notch meal every single time, I know remember why I haven't ordered from them in over a year. Just not good enough.

Chicken and lamb was dry In the kebab borderline stone cold no garlic sauce on it either. Chicken wrap meal no juice delivered very poor especially for price !

Wonderful food let down by receiving full sugar cola (I'm diabetic and ordered diet).

Food was terrible waited nearly 2hours for cold food, chips were disgusting, like reheated box was all bashed! Pizza was burnt, again box all bashed in therefore pizza was squashed…. Not edible at all…. Waste of money…!!!

Ordered tonight at 7pm...still no delivery at 8.30pm, phoned & was told the drivers car had broke down, I would have given them the benefit of the doubt had they not told me the exact same thing the last time they let me down with delivery...customer lost !!
