Sfc Pony Express in Sefton

Collected 3 Steak pies (they had no steak slices left) and 2 Eccles cakes yesterday, young lady was very nice and helpful behind the counter. We have been buying from Latham's for years, but OMG have you let yourselves down guys. T he steak pies where dry, very little meat and as for flavour do you not taste them when being made as they where just full of salt, all 3 people eating them put them in the bin, me included. The Eccles cakes had hardly any fruit and to be honest where tasteless. Also your prices have shot up, what's happening in your business. After years of being loyal customers we shan't be coming back sorry, it was disgusting and over £13, where is the value in that, it was just awful.

The food was something horrible I've felt really sorry about myself and my family that day I've returned back to them next day trying to complain but they didn't like it at all and one of the staff was so rude 👎 don't waste your money on them.

If this is the N&N that is on Southport Eats. Please do not give them your money the food is VILE 🤮🤢🤮🤢 Cheesecake tasted like rotten Crunchy Flaky Dairylea and crikey knows what the Cookie Dough is supposed to be. Seen better Turds. £20 wasted as all in bin.
