We went for a meal after visiting Goodrich Castle. It was only a few minutes down the road so worked perfectly. The food was pub grub. The kids food was really good - huge portions. The fish fingers were proper fish fingers, more like breaded goujons and really big. The chips were nice, so was the pork belly starter. It was all quite good. We had 2 toddlers and they shared a meal. There were 2 high chairs and a relaxed atmosphere. There was an outdoor play area and lots of room outside and outside tables. The staff were very helpful.

Tiny portions and bland atmosphere

Had a lovely meal here, tasted really good and good valuefor money. Amazing service and great place to have a drink with friends and family

What a brilliant traditional country pub. Watched the six nations.the most happy professional staff I've come across. Emma brilliant. Can't do enough for you. Thanks for a great time.

Had an incredible meal at Jalsagor today! The food was delicious the service was top notch with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Will definitely be visiting again soon
