Ordered a Cappuccino and chicken ciabatta sandwich. Loved it😍😍so filling and delicious. The atmosphere was so nice and such polite and friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend.

We ate breakfast here a couple of times in our stay in Edinburgh. The staff was very friendly and the ambiance was very cozy. The food and the coffee was delicious, especially the handmade waffles; I regret not asking for the recipe since they really were tasty!

Lovely little cafe. I had the soup of the day (vegetable soup) to go and it was one of the best soups I have ever had. It was full of flavour and they served it with amazing sourdough. I had to wait for it a bit, but it was worth it!

Popped in for a takeaway coffee, beautiful little coffee shop and really friendly staff. We were given a little piece of complimentary waffle too!

Cute neighborhood spot. I had the Moussaka and it was delicious. The breakfast roll wasn’t bad—but just very different than American breakfast sandwiches so expectations were different. There were several more menu items we were interested in. Cute place, nice servers. I would go back for more coffee and treats!

Although the place is open until 6pm, it is clear that they don't want you to come in in the last hour. I entered the place at 17:02 and been rushly advised by both employers in 2 minutes apart that the kitchen is closed and they are closing at 6pm. Needless to say I felt far from welcomed and the whole situation was just uncomfortable and awkward. Quickly drank my drink and left and will certainty not return. On the positive side, the chai latte is fantastic.

I was hungover and underslept. They looked after me very well. Also they have gluten free bread options for sandwiches, and smoothies. Will be back.

I tried the vegetable soup, and it was amazing! It was a deliciously blended mix of carrot and broccoli, full of flavor and warmth. The soup was served with sourdough bread and butter, which were also fantastic. The café has a quaint, chill vibe that's perfect for relaxing, and the waitresses were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Also unlike other restaurants, they don't pressure you to pay for service charge. Overall, a delightful experience that I highly recommend!

The best breakfast this week. Friendly and warm welcome, excellent food and coffee. We had the avocado and eggs on sourdough toast. Will definitely be back here. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

I've just had what was, by far, the best chicken Caesar salad I've ever had in my life. The bacon rolls are great, too, if you want something simpler. Fantastic!

It is a very cute cafe, the owner is very attentive and friendly, the breakfast is carefully prepared by choosing quality products, and it has a comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel like you are at home. If we go to Edinburgh again, I know where we will have breakfast.

I live in Edinburgh and popped into this cafe for the full breakfast with some friends. Three of us had the standard full breakfast and one of us had the Meditaranean Breakfast. Both were absolutely delicious and the lady serving us (I believe the owner) was so friendly and genuine. We'll be visiting again for sure.

A small but memorable place to eat. Had the pink power and cinnamon swirl, both equally good. The vegetarian breakfast was heartwarmingly delicious. Waffles are good. Well definitely recommend.

Had a nice chai here with a slice of carrot cake. It was more of a coffee cake sort of texture, but still delicious. Came with mint water which was refreshing 😁

I had breakfast at Seven Neighborhood Cafe for two days in a row and was thoroughly impressed. Their San Sebastian cheesecake is a must-try – perfectly creamy with a delightful crust. The full Scottish breakfast was equally amazing, offering a hearty and delicious start to the day. Great food, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere make this cafe a standout. Highly recommended!

My dog Eddy and I enjoyed a lovely breakfast stop here this morning. She was very well looked after with water and the offer of treats. Highly dog friendly and my breakfast roll and coffee were lovely also. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything I ate was delicious. It's definitely a cafe I'd like to go to again. They cook everything in the oven instead of frying in the oil to make it healthier. I definitely recommend this cafe

The place is very cute. The employees were very polite and caring. What we eat is cooked cleanly and healthily. It didn't bother me at all. We tried home breakfast, avocado toast. Very filling portions. We can come here again. I definitely recommend

So myself and my girlfriend stayed in Edinburgh for 3 nights, heading to Seven for breakfast over the course of 3 days. The food quality and friendly service were outstanding, making us feel completely welcome from the minute we got there till the minute we departed off on our adventure around Edinburgh. It was the first time we both have ever tried haggis, I highly recommend this on the breakfast if you’ve never tried this before. Thank you so much for your service, we’ll be back again.

Venue Easy to reach from Old Town on foot. Parking nearby. Cosy. Food Excellent breakfasts, plenty of choice. Service Friendly, but generally busy. Overall A great breakfast spot if you can get in.

Opposite of abundance. I almost never leave bad reviews, but the food was quite pricey (11 pounds for one waffle) which stood in contrast to portion size and quality (one small quare waffle cut in half, very small handful of fruits, red sugar syrup). It was fine, but not what I expected. (I used to go to the cafe which was there before Seven, called cafe class, and it was quite a difference).

Love this magical place packed with kindness and delicious food. Amazing full breakfast is honestly the best I have ever had - meat, vegetarian, or vegan- is accompanied by proper sourdough bread and not to be missed. Fabulous, handmade cakes. Friendly staff. Grab breakfast, lunch or brunch and enjoy the very special energy of SEVEN.

Friendly atmosphere, nice interior decorations. Buddha Bowl was fun. Smaller portion than expected. Surprising meaty stock flavour in the vegetarian dish. Quite expensive.

И тут на пути мне попалось это кафе, где в меню был домашний завтрак с haggis. Блюдо оказалось просто огромным, питательным и сытным, доесть его было сложно) Спокойная музыка и непритязательная атмосфера, приветливые хозяева) Считаю, что мне повезло)

Came here for brunch with my partner. We had the house breakfast and the gozleme. Both were wonderful. Would highly recommend! Their fruity teas are lovely as well!

The owner here is really nice and kind! I’ve left my keys in store after buying coffee. And he waited me to get my keys back although it was a close time!

You cannot miss this cafe, amazing house breakfast - they made really delicious haggis. Also recommend for goat cheese salad. Reasonable price, good service and friendly staffs.

Beautiful place, very nice people and good food.

Called in as had 30mins to fill before cinema. Very busy but a small table came free. Service friendly and unhurried. Toastie was done quickly, enjoyable and came with a small green salad. Didn't have time for coffee or cake but both looked good. Would like to have stayed longer, if I'm in Edinburgh again will definitely returns

This amazing little cafe is worth a special trip. The menu is amazing and there’s loads of vegan and veggie choice. Recommend the Gozleme. The Turkish coffee is superb. The service is friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is chilled. Top place in Edinburgh.

Lovely place with great staff. We had breakfast in this beautiful cafe in our Edinburgh visit. The food is very delicious. We loved their veggie breakfast and homemade waffle. Service is fast and the staff is very helpful. Absolutely recommend it to everyone.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but the breakfast we had here was awful. Sausages looked like the cheapest ones you could buy and came out pale like they had not been cooked enough. Haggis was just a blob of mush on the plate. No beans or tomato or anything with any colour, just beige and brown on a plate. Couldn't eat it, paid and left Maybe we were unlucky as plenty of good reviews. Service was good enough, interior not as nice in real life as the photos. Certainly not the kind of place you'd go for a treat while away for the weekend.

Wonderful place. I had the sourdough toast with salmon and egg. Great portion (you can actually SEE the salmon slices, not mixed in with the egg) and tasted amazing. 💯 recommend

Best breakfast in Edinburgh, don’t normally eat vegetarian but, wow, so good, and the coffee 🤩. This is my third visit to Edinburgh and every time we come here. Highly recommended.

Went out of way to go here (from the city centre) because of the reviews. I'd recommend people do the same!
