Friendly, accommodating, great food and atmosphere.

Very lively, bit crammed in and very warm. Food good but portions too big and wasted a lot which is a shame. Friendly service and loved the limoncello!

Picked the restaurant at random as available for our chosen date. Would highly recommend. Do not have anything negative to say about our visit.

Sergios is literally institution particularly at Xmas great decorations and full of people having fun! It can get bit loud but it is all part of the fun! The staff are very good and looked after us letting us take our time between each course as they knew we wanted to chat. The pasta dishes are good and very generous. Also really good location just near Oxford Street. Highly recommend.

We went for a late lunch at Sergio’s, a place we discovered one month ago. At our first visit we found the place very nice, good food excellent service. It was the same experience again, a top service, very good food of generous sizes. A great place.

As a regular to Sergios today wasn’t up to normal high standards. Maybe because Sergio wasn’t there this time. The rare steak I ordered came as medium and had to be sent back. I ordered 2 bottles of wine and only one arrived. But was charged for 2 ! Come on my friend I know it’s busy but ….? Food was absolutely excellent as usual. X

We had a celebration lunch and the restaurant was chosen by my daughter. What a great choice. The service was friendly but not intrusive. The food is amazing. It is not cheap but overall a very good value for money. We will definitely return. Thank you Sergio’s for a great experience! 👏

Just a fantastic choice to get in the festive spirit. Superbly decorated with as much Christmas bling that you can possibly throw at a restaurant....loved it. Menu excellent, service wonderful, atmosphere crazy busy but under control. Food the BEST ever. Will definitely be back, that's for sure.

Food and vibe as good as it always is, but staff tired and inattentive. We had a relaxed meal for 4 of us, but found it really difficult to get waiting staff attention, even when it got quieter. At one point we were out of all drinks including water and it took 30 mins to get someone to attend to us. They would easily have got another bottle of wine out of us but by the time we were served it was too late and we had trains to catch. So coffee and that was it.

Met up with some old friends and we were warmly welcomed with smiles, professionalism and courtesy. The service was superb ans the food is excellent. Strongly recommended- 10/10 😋❤️🙏

I go to Sergio's a lot and they NEVER disappoint me. Even when they are very busy, the service and the food are always excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and it is good value for money

A classic tratorria, always busy with chaos, bustle and energy. Perhaps not somewhere to come for a quiet first date but definitely somewhere if you want decent Italian food from a broad menu, with excellent service and a sense of fun. Have been numerous times over the years and have always left feeling full and happy. Well done to Costa and the team - it's a go-to place for me.

Really enjoyable experience. Service was lovely- making special drinks for our teenage girls. It felt super Christmassy and the food was delicious.

We had an amazing time at Sergios. Everyone was so welcoming and made us feel at home. After our meal we sat outside having a coffee & Sergios served us and also had a lemonchello with us.

Been going to Sergios for many years and it never disappoints. Always lovely warm welcome as always. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are extremely efficient and friendly. The food is excellent - well presented and a great choice on the menu. It’s all looking beautifully decorated for Xmas right now as well! Will be back again soon.

Love Sergio's - been coming here for several years, worth the walking from Oxford St and never disappointed. The grilled prawns with vegetables outstanding, as are the grilled prawns with linguine. I'm a creature of habit, whenever I visit Sergio's its always a treat or an occasion. The above dishes are two of the most expensive on the menu but both are delicious. Always decorative, and atmospheric. When its Christmas the place is buzzing and fabulously over-the-top decorated beautifully. Service attentive and the waiters loyal and make you incredibly welcome. First time I've written a review for Sergio's but meaning to, for a long while.

Loved this restaurant! The food and service were outstanding. We had our reservation at 8pm but didn’t leave until 12pm! It felt like we were with family. Very hospitable owner and staff! We will definitely be back again!

We have traveled to London over the years where there are so many wonderful places to eat. Sergio’s is top of our list!! Our favourite neighbourhood place to eat. It’s a must-go.

Been going for 20 years I think and it remains my go to place for authentic Italian Super food super staff and ambience

This is very much our go to Italian restaurant for us and last night did not disappoint. The proprietor is always there and is very welcoming. The food (we both had a pizza on this occasion) is great and not what be considered expensive (certainly not be London standards). The staff are charming and helpful (especially Fernando, yesterday evening). Finally the wine list is good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is always bubbly and everyone seems to be having a great time. We shall definitely be back.

We keep coming back to Sergios - people are good , food is good , location is good .

Had a really enjoyable evening at the restaurant. The food was like Italian home cooking. The evening was made more enjoyable by the attention and advice given to us by our waiters Fernando and Hanza. What characters full of fun and laughter. My wife and her sister will be dining at this venue again on their next visit to London in a couple of weeks time.

The staff were unbelievable. I booked for my sister and my niece and they went above and beyond to accommodate to entertain my niece. The staff were unbelievably friendly and made the experience. Food was also great but it felt like being a part of a family here ❤️

Took a friend to experience Sergio and celebrate their belated birthday . The food and service was great as usual and me and ny friend were surprised that the team treated him extra special. Thank you to a great front and back of house team.

The Spaghetti Bolognaise was lacking in meat. Not as good as usual. The veal special was average and at £42 was overpriced. When the regular veal dishes were £28 this was over the top and I wish I had know the price before ordering. It was a massive portion with very little cream sauce in the pasta that came with it. We always try and visit Sergio’s when in London but this was not the best for the food. Everything else was as good though.

First visit here for me and loved it. The staff were very friendly and as it got busier, were great at juggling it all. Food was yummy and i wnat to return to try some other dishes. Do go, but reserve a tablke so not to be disapointed.

Last Saturday I arranged a small get together for six people, four of whom did not know each other. The evening was a total success. The ambience was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was wonderful. The bill was reasonable. I cannot recommend the restaurant highly enough.

Went for a surprise birthday party. Was originally 6 guests but the numbers grew but couldn’t be confirmed. Sergio’s was very accommodating and we’re happy to be flexible. Everyone said the food was delicious, excellent wine and cocktails too.

The food was amazing but the service was exceptionally slow. Waiters were standing around chatting while we were waiting to order. The profiteroles were recommended to us by the waiter but spoilt the whole meal as very sickly and covered in thick runny chocolate.

We had lunch at Sergio's after our wedding and everything about it was wonderful. The staff were lovely, the food delicious and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We were visiting a dear friend who lives just a few blocks away from this delightful restaurant. He suggested we go to Sergios for a late lunch before we caught our train back home. Wow,what an experience. Famous faces adorn the brightly decorated walls leaving no doubt what was in store for us. The staff knew our friend, so the welcome was second to none. We all chose the starter of fresh mozzarella with asparagus and a swirl of delicious crispy bacon. All are presented in a very artistic way. It's just delicious. The main courses were prawn linguine and pasta carbonara. Again, the dishes were beautifully presented and extremely tasty. This was all washed down by a " few " bottles of Pinot Noir. We couldn't manage a dessert...just to full up. 😋 Worth travelling 2 hours on a train. We will most definitely visit again. 10/10.
