One of the best Italian restaurants I have been too so far. The atmosphere is great, including nice table and decorations. The staff were friendly and the food came fast. The pizzas were excellent, with a thin crust and perfect amount of cheese and meat.

Everything was delicious, and the staff, Ricardo, was very friendly. It definitely won't be our last visit. I ordered a lasagna without meat, which was delicious in an unusual way, and I ordered a margarita that tasted deliciously sweet. God willing, this is not the last time. The employee was friendly and had a nice manner.

Best Italian restaurant in London in my view. And excellent value too. Recommended without hesitation.

Here you can enjoy good food for a reasonable price. The staff is nice and friendly, but you feel a bit rushed because things are going so well and people are waiting outside for a table.

One of the BEST restaurants, ever! BIBI was our incredible server. She never failed to get everything exactly as we ordered but never had to write it down or punch on a keyboard. The food was the best Italian food ever. Insalata Nicoise and Avacado Gamberetti were fresh and delicious!. We just arrived on the Queen Mary 2 and our best meal wasn’t near as good as Bizzarro’s. Prices were incredibly less than we paid night before at another Italian restaurant nearby which served smaller portions and not near as tasty. Wine was fantastic and reasonably priced! I would give them a 10 out of 5! BIBI’s service put this meal over the top!

My top choice for Italian in London, this place is a must visit. Food & atmosphere are beyond excellent, and the prices are extremely nice for London's standards. Edit: After visiting a third time, I finally understood what the other commentators meant by abysmal service. If the head gentleman is not there, the servers are idling around. I got up and left just now (Apr 7 16:00) after waiting for some time, since after being seated down, a couple of other tables were served before me, while the waiters were idling near the countertop. I will still visit it again though if the boss is there.

Here is a wonderful experience in an Italian restaurant, where the staff speaks Italian and makes you feel at home. Unfortunately we know that we Italians are demanding about food and are not easily satisfied, but at Bizzarro I found what I wanted, good genuine food like at home. In the evening it was a fixed point during the stay. Very close to Paddington very convenient. We'll see you again on your next trip to London. TOP

Really enjoyable meal at Bizzarro, service was first class (our waiter even performed some magic tricks for our kids!) and the food was excellent. My wife and I both had seafood pasta, and the kids shared a pepperoni pizza - all very tasty and fresh.

This is a genuine Italian restaurant. Wow! Let's begin with the welcome. First class greeting. Atmosphere. Buzzing on Sunday evening. Book a table. Menu. Very Italian with lots of details regarding main ingredients. Prices were amazingly reasonable. Actually as they are London prices perhaps I should say the prices are amazingly low. On to the meal. Starters, impressive. Plenty to enjoy. Main course. All 7 adults were very satisfied by their personal choices. 3 had the chefs special. Everyone was able to tailor their ingredients such as "no olives please". It was incredible. Thank you for a great and memorable meal. Well done.

The only word to describe our experience here is bizarre. It took 45 minutes for us to get the tap water we ordered. Meanwhile, the table who was next to us and had arrived 5 minutes after us had eaten their whole meal within 10 minutes of ordering (we also ordered before them). It was then another 10 minutes to get the half bottle of wine we ordered (after they tried to tell us we ordered a full bottle). Our food came in a reasonable time after that and was good. The service was just so terrible (rude and slow) that it ruined our experience and we would never go back. Other couples seated next to us were having similar experiences so it was not a one-off. Avoid if you can.

A fantastic Italian restaurant. Wonderful food, great service, fantastic environs. Very reasonably priced food although the drinks are understandably quite pricey. They were great with the kids and we felt very well looked after. Not to mention we were a group of 8 on a Friday night and they didn’t even bat an eyelid to seat us, straight downstairs and into a great table.

I gave it one star for the ugly gesture the waiter had in serving us bottled water when everyone else was served it from the tap. Beware of tourists who take advantage of us. £4.70 when everyone drank it from the tap

It's not an Italian restaurant...but it's the Italian embassy of taste. I felt at home in an instant.

We called in at 10.30 in the evening, they welcomed us in even at the late hour. The food was amazing and very good value for money, the service was great very prompt and no rushing us off even at that time of night. We would definitely recommend this restaurant, pizzas are amazing and lasagne was piping hot and delicious.

Surprisingly attentive and polite service, prices are good value. Food is a solid fair. calf's liver was nice. Veal bacon and sage was nice. Smoked salmon pasta... Salmon was too salty! Pizza was ok. we were looked after by our waiter. We were a walk in at 9pm on a Saturday and got a table but it was packed.

Amazing! I definitely want to go back next time I visit. We were a walk-in on a Friday night, managed to get a table straight away (it was busy too).. our waiter was very quirky and extremely attentive. Service was very quick (but didn't feel rushed), food came out in good time and the vibe is very relaxed. The owner also came and deboned our fish, and often came to ask how everything was (the waiters also).. Food was perfect! - gutted we didn't have space for the tiramisu! It seems to get what everyone ordered after their meal! Highly recommend!

This is probably the best Italian restaurant in London. Authentic, good food with great service. However, it is very popular, so I suggest that you book.

On March 1st, we celebrated my husband's birthday at an Italian restaurant near our hotel. We hadn’t made a reservation but were delighted when the manager arranged a large table for our group of six adults and one child, despite the restaurant being busy. Our cozy basement seating was complemented by the warm and friendly staff, who created a lively atmosphere with their humor. When they learned it was my husband’s birthday, they surprised us with a cake, candles, and a heartfelt birthday song, making the evening truly special. We’re incredibly grateful for the exceptional service and delicious food. Thank you for making our celebration memorable! Due to our time constraints, I regret that I forgot to take photos of the food, except for one of the dessert. However, I want to emphasize that every dish we had was absolutely delicious.

I went in because the reviews were good, and it seemed like a typical tourist restaurant. The pasta tastes like canned food, and the pizza tastes like slightly undercooked flour with no special features.

Quite an experience. I don't understand the 4.5 honestly. The service is overly funny and very slow. The food leaves a lot to be desired, I ordered an Italian carbonara and they brought me a carbonara with cream, quite mediocre.

Just came out of the restaurant and it was absolutely awful experience. The service was the worst, been in London for so long now and experienced proper racism for the first time. The waiter “Antonio” I believe basically threw the menu on our table, and pretty much threw the plate on the table as well. Wouldn’t look us in the eye and I could go on but yeah we were three brown girls and couldn’t shake off how horrible he made us feel. Absolutely LOUD RACISM and bloody horrific.

Lovely traditional Italian restaurant, with Avery wide selection of meals ranging from every possible pizza to traditional pasta. The waiters very attentive and kind and were always there to add Parmesan cheese on your meals :)) Very lovely atmosphere, might be a bit loud since they have a large seating area downstairs as well but still very nice for a casual dinner. Great dinner with my sister here. The food was plentiful and tasty, and the service was high class despite the restaurant being really busy and was running near full capacity.

Delicious pizza and pasta for a great price. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. Reserved in advance but it didn't seem like anything was done with it. The reception felt a bit messy, where people who came in after us were helped earlier.

Honestly everything was lovely. I walked in with my family. And was able to get a table of 4, they are always busy but still get you a table relatively fast due to their excellent floor staff. I had olives for starter and the breast of chicken with gravy and wild mushroom sauce for main. It was a wine based gravy and it was deliciously balanced. I then had the homemade tiramisu for dessert. It was easily the best Tiramisu I've ever had. Easily a 5 in everything considering we're not from London, and our local Italian is much more expensive. If we're back in London we will definitely return !

On arriving, we received a warm and friendly welcome and was seated straight away. The restaurant had a lovely warm atmosphere, and our waiter was really attentive. Service was excellent as was the food we had a really lovely meal and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely come here again when in Paddington.

We had dinner with 4 adults and 4 children. From the first moment, even though it was full of people, they treated us phenomenally, all the waiters were very friendly and attentive. And some of them speak in Spanish, which is very comfortable. We have had pizzas for dinner and they were all very delicious and are a good size. With 6 pizzas the 8 of us had a very good dinner. Without a doubt, highly recommended if you are in the area. Thank you so much!!

Went for a pre-theatre dinner and honestly one of the best italian restaurants in London. The owner is a lovely lovely man and the service is unparalleled (One of the waiters deboned our fish at the table impeccably - something that's so rare to see these days and very appreciated). The food is top notch and so authentic! Everything about this place is great and I'll certainly be back again!

I travelled for 3 hours from Somerset to have lunch with an old friend and we were greeted at the door by charming and welcoming Italian staff. No unsmiling "Have you got a reservation here" !!! The food was fine, all served in a reasonable time and we enjoyed the buzzy atmosphere . Looking forward to going back again in June for a celebration lunch.

We decided to go in despite a not very fancy exterior. We had to wait in line for a few minutes but were welcomed in as soon as there was space. When we sat down we immediately took in the warm and vibrant atmosphere of the people and the staff. The service was amazing and thoughtful and the food, just like the restaurant itself, deceptively good. I've never had fish or potato so well made, and that's coming from someone who dined at Ottolenghi's restaurant the night before. We can recommend it to anyone, people looking for a quick bite, people who want a long and tasty night, young, old, everyone will feel welcome.

The food was tasteless. Especially the vail with mushroom souses it tasted like rusted iron.

Before coming to London we found this Italian restaurant and couldn't wait to try it. We were really satisfied with the variety of dishes. All delicious and above all ITALIAN themed. Staff kind and friendly to their customers. Prices normal. I hope to return soon.

Food is excellent and authentic. We always eat at Bizzarro when visiting London. Some staff members are rude and acting too friendly and should appreciate to keep some space.

As soon as we arrived we were seated at the table. The food arrived expressly fast. The portions are quite large. The service is great and staff really know how to make a jokes. We really enjoyed it!
