Great restaurant and atmosphere. We had a wonderful and relaxing dinner on Saturday. We were not rushed and Gustavo our waiter was very friendly and charming while providing excellent service. The owner was very attentive and very proud of the great team and warm atmosphere he has created in this very special restaurant. It was a pleasure to speak to him about his restaurant. And the food was amazing! The restaurant has a very inviting atmosphere and very cozy . By far the best food and experience we have had in London since relocating from the US. Highly recommended Bizarro!

Reasonable but taste is so good Nothing to complain

I have had a year of being very poorly, my daughter treated me to a day in London and to see a Show. We walked past this restaurant, I said to my daughter, can we please dine here, "of course Mum". From entering this Restaurant we were treated so well. Our appetizers were delicious. I told a waiter who asked me " is everything ok for you" I said yes perfect, it's my birthday today. I then had Frutti de Mare linguine pasta. I lived in Italy years ago and this is the first time I've ever had the same superb Italian meal as I did in restaurants I used to frequent. To top this off the Staff gathered round with a ,(, surprise birthday cake)and had the whole restaurant singing Happy Birthday to me. After being so ill, feeling low, it being my Birthday all of which this restaurant was not aware of, I have to say I recommend Bizzaro what a wonderful restaurant, perfect Italian food and more than perfect service.

I read word of mouth that it was reasonably priced and the portions were large, and that's exactly what I saw. It was a great restaurant and the staff was polite! I want to go there when I come to Paddington again 👍 Thank you!!!<3

We had the most wonderful dinning experience at Bizzarro, so much so it was the one restaurant I collected a business card for, so I can return on my next visit to London. The service was fun and friendly. The atmosphere was beautiful and the food delicious. The individual menu items were well priced and our overall spend (£20-30pp) included mains and desserts, as well as beer and wine for the adults.

Always very well attended and one of the few places where Portuguese is spoken and impeccable kindness! Antônio, one of the employees, always makes us feel very comfortable, very friendly and the food is excellent!

Excellent pasta, excellent sauce, excellent raw materials! Beautiful atmosphere, I felt at home. Congratulations also to Ivan who was able to advise us and make the experience even more unforgettable.

Everything was going very well until we paid our bill. It took a while for us to get our menus, but the server was nice. The food was amazing. The atmosphere is very loud with music, people talking, plates and glasses being tossed around. In the end, when we told our server we didn’t want dessert and asked for the check, he took 5 mins to bring us the check and threw the receipt at my mom. Didn’t thank us or bid goodbye. Threw the receipt and walked away. Unfortunately the good food is wasted on bad service.

We stayed in London for 5 days and this restaurant was right near our hotel! Discovered by chance to eat something Italian! Excellent service, excellent food like at home, really kind waiters and owner. Our kids and we super enjoyed it! What can I say, highly recommended.

Very good dishes, the tiramisu not great but the lemon coulant is exquisite. the servers are super involved in the Italian atmosphere.

True Italian restaurant, with dishes cooked like in Italy. Prices lower than average compared to others in London and the surrounding area. Excellent food quality and true Italian flavour! The portions are very generous! Many of the waiters are Italian and therefore make you feel at home!!

excellent value for money Very good for a quick meal

Went there with my girlfriend and her family as they love Italian food! First, we were served by a lovely Italian lady who was super nice and was talking to all of us really, making us feel welcomed. Starting with the food, we all ordered different pastas. Mine was the spaghetti with mushroom and sun-dried tomatoes, which was okay, but nothing was special about it, to be honest. However, the spaghetti with courgette and prawn and tomato sauce was quite tasty and good, especially if you like prawns. Unfortunately, we were turned down by the taste and quality of carbonara pasta and risotto with mushroom. The carbonara wasn't really tasteful and didn't seem like a real carbonara. The risotto a bit disappointed us with the taste. However, speaking of the service, it was spectacular and wonderful. We informed the manager about the carbonara and he really kindly was trying to solve it for us. He offered us a replacement for carbonara or dessert as an alternative, but we were almost full, but still, he removed the price of carbonara for us on the bill.

Cosa dire....tutto top top.....ristorante bellissimo al suo interno e del cibo cosa dire...sembrava di essere in un ristorante in Italia e non a Londra.Tutto perfetto, addirittura il tiramisù casalingo,addirittura età più buono di alcuni ristoranti in Italia,ci torneremo sicuramente

The classic Italian next door. Food was good, but not special and unfortunately a bit lacking parmesan. The deduction is because it was really loud in the restaurant, the tables are very small and the waitresses stared at me and my companion several times.

As good as always. I went there with 2 guests and they were impressed enough to take phone numbers for future visits.

Bizarro is a must-visit restaurant for anyone visiting and living in London. Both the food and desserts are amazing and delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. The owner and staff are very good at their jobs. I highly recommend it.

Went here because it is was close to where we were staying. Food was amazing - I had the spaghetti Bolognese and it was the best I've had in a very long time. Service was also great and the restaurant felt like you were being welcomed into someone's family. It was also pumping for a Monday night so that should say it all!

A luxury! True Italian experience and at a price accessible to the pocket of the lady and the gentleman. The menu is extensive, with many Italian cuisine options, of course. Several of the waiters serve you speaking Italian, they make you feel in a different way. If you want to get a real surprise, announce that it's your birthday ;) We'll be back!!

The staff were attentive and welcoming to a solo female traveler. Alessandra was such a wonderful server, she’s a gem! It was a cold/rainy day so I started with the excellent pasta Fagioli soup. Next I enjoyed the lemon chicken with veggies of the day. Finally I ended the meal with decaf coffee and tiramisu. A wonderful meal and enjoyable meal solo. If you are looking for solid Italian food and a pleasant atmosphere, come here and you’ll be happy.

We went there with no expectations, but man it turned out to be gold. There was an Italian waiter, he was so nice serving us properly and giving us special attention. We had different food there but carbonara and pizza were heavenly. The price was also good.

Best food that we had in London. It's really traditional and tasty, authentic Italian food. We have had cravings for the food ever since and would 100% go back again. Service was fantastic considering how busy they were. Definitely recommended booking ahead. I'm glad we did. The queue was out onto the street, but as we had booked, we were shown to our table, much to the resentment of those waiting.

After a long search, I finally found a good restaurant in London. Service and food were great. Unfortunately discovered too late. The lasagne and spaghetti carbonara are highly recommended.

This lovely establishment was packed to the gills on a Tuesday night! They just kept coming in. I was solo and they found me a table in seconds! Despite how busy it clearly was, I was looked after and never had to wait for anything. Is it that busy all the time? Who knows. The staff were working so hard and were a joy to watch! Brilliant front of house team and clearly backed up by a fantastic back of house kitchen team. 5 star all round!

The restaurant is crowded, the food is nice, the service is good but the waiter did not explain to me well the ingredients and method of lasagna and just said vegetables only, maybe he was tiring especially since it is the end of the day but I will give it 5/3

Great food and service. Clean bathrooms. It is a place that is jam packed so it was VERY loud, but honestly other than that it was phenomenal.

Lovely restaurant in Paddington. Tasty dishes, clean place and kind staff that makes you at ease. Our hotel was in Paddington and due to our host's suggestion plus the positive reviews on Google, we gave it a try and were not disappointed, I recommend it! The crespelle ricotta e spinaci were so good!
