Had a midweek lunch here. Service was excellent and quick. Large portions which were divine (and great value!). The best pizza I’ve had in London!

As soon as we arrived we were seated at the table. The food arrived expressly fast. The portions are quite large. The service is great and staff really know how to make a jokes. We really enjoyed it!

The BEST place in London! From the amazing staff to the amazing food to the amazing dessert - this place has it all. Antonio was great and even got a photo with our Antonio as well.

The place has a very good atmosphere, the servers are very kind and helpful. The food was prepared quickly and was very tasty. Definitely worth going in.

My family and I spent a lovely Saturday night in Bizzaro. Vibrant atmosphere. Ivan, our waiter was such a lovely guy, fun and very attentive. Excellent service, very attentive. Vongole linguini were simply the best.

Bizzarro is an absolute gem! The ambience is cosy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a delightful dining experience. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, each bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly.

Lovely traditional Italian. We came with 2 teenage kids and everyone left full and happy. Service was great. Definitely recommend.

We came here for a late night dinner after getting the train up to London Paddington. We walked in on Valentine’s Day with no reservation and they had space to accomodate us. The servers were incredibly funny, attentive, warm and friendly and made for an excellent dining experience. We had the bruschetta, cheesy garlic bread, a cream based pasta, a tomato based pasta, chocolate soufflé and caramel ice cream, al of which were faultless. The food was great, but the service was truly beyond all expectations and worth experiencing.

Was about to to go to Vapiano which is just a couple places down from here, when my girlfriend and I stumbled upon this place. Wow great service, really fresh food, and all the waiters were Italian as well!

We loved our pasta, the service was lovely. Very busy place, very tasty. One thing I can complain about is to not have a better selection of non alcoholic drinks. Next time will definitely have tiramisu (oh yes , we coming back next time when visit London). Linguine was tasty, and massive portions( for me for sure). Support independent. Support Italian. Eat pasta!

A big Italian restaurant with very extensive and fairly priced menu. No complaints whatsoever with the food. The size of the portions were also appreciated since they were not too big. A lot of staff. The service can feel somewhat pushy at times. What we do not like is the atmosphere: very bright, very noisy. Still very popular.

We ate 3 evenings in a row in this restaurant, having children we also looked for food more similar to ours and this restaurant met our expectations to a great extent.

The food is very delicious to me. The waiters were very nice, especially the man who was very humorous.

I will comment regarding the taste: it lacks the Italian flavour. The taste is less than the normal Alfredo. They put cream in it and not Parmesan cheese... In short, you do not feel that you are eating Italian food... I came based on a recommendation and praise, but it turned out to be much less than the praise... An experience that will not be repeated. The prices are average... The service is good... The place is crowded...

Delicious food, large portions, great service, affordable prices. Great restaurant. We ate there during our 3 days stay. Unfortunately, there is an additional service charge, as is probably the case almost everywhere.

We arrived late into our hotel in Paddington on a Friday night and hoping at best for some fast food we took a stroll around the corner where we came across this absolute gem of a restaurant. Manager met us at the door to bring us on to a table. Menu was seriously good. Authentic Italian fayre. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We liked it so much we returned for a second night on a short 4 night trip. Both visits were excellent. Staff are friendly and attentive. It feels like you have been welcomed into their home. If you are anywhere near here you need to stop in to eat. We will absolutely be back.

The best Italian I have been too in London. Not far from Paddington, great menu selection and very reasonable prices. I had the calamari to start and a pizza and it was stunning and good portion sizes as well.

I love this Italian restaurant. Always a friendly welcome. Good selection of food, freshly cooked, so don't go expecting a 'quick bite'. Portion sizes are large, so only those with a very hearty appetite can manage 3 courses. The selection of wines is good with enough variety to satisfy any palate. A lovely place for a celebration or a midweek treat.

Best Italian in the area. If not for anything else but they’re great customer service. I live locally and have tried the other Italian restaurants in the area. None have given such a warm and welcoming feeling as this place. And also, the value for money is incredible too, in comparison. I would definitely say this is my go to spot for Italian around here.

Pleasant atmosphere with authentic Italian food

Great welcome! Directly supported and fast service. So far, everything is going great... HOWEVER, they must have realized that my girlfriend and I were tourists and jumped at the chance to rip us off. Because yes, the prices on our ticket were not the same as those indicated on the restaurant menu!! Our meals cost £1 extra each and so did our half liter of white wine. Conclusion, if you feel like going to eat at this restaurant, pay close attention to your final score.

My favourite Italian place in London. Very down to earth. No fancy fake ambiance and the food is indescribable. Depending on the staff member, 90% of the time they are great! You are missing out if you haven’t tried it.

Great restaurant and atmosphere. We had a wonderful and relaxing dinner on Saturday. We were not rushed and Gustavo our waiter was very friendly and charming while providing excellent service. The owner was very attentive and very proud of the great team and warm atmosphere he has created in this very special restaurant. It was a pleasure to speak to him about his restaurant. And the food was amazing! The restaurant has a very inviting atmosphere and very cozy . By far the best food and experience we have had in London since relocating from the US. Highly recommended Bizarro!

Best lasagna I’ve ever had! And my fiancé loved the steak!

I have had a year of being very poorly, my daughter treated me to a day in London and to see a Show. We walked past this restaurant, I said to my daughter, can we please dine here, "of course Mum". From entering this Restaurant we were treated so well. Our appetizers were delicious. I told a waiter who asked me " is everything ok for you" I said yes perfect, it's my birthday today. I then had Frutti de Mare linguine pasta. I lived in Italy years ago and this is the first time I've ever had the same superb Italian meal as I did in restaurants I used to frequent. To top this off the Staff gathered round with a ,(, surprise birthday cake)and had the whole restaurant singing Happy Birthday to me. After being so ill, feeling low, it being my Birthday all of which this restaurant was not aware of, I have to say I recommend Bizzaro what a wonderful restaurant, perfect Italian food and more than perfect service.

I read word of mouth that it was reasonably priced and the portions were large, and that's exactly what I saw. It was a great restaurant and the staff was polite! I want to go there when I come to Paddington again 👍 Thank you!!!<3

We had the most wonderful dinning experience at Bizzarro, so much so it was the one restaurant I collected a business card for, so I can return on my next visit to London. The service was fun and friendly. The atmosphere was beautiful and the food delicious. The individual menu items were well priced and our overall spend (£20-30pp) included mains and desserts, as well as beer and wine for the adults.

lovely service and delicious food

Everything was going very well until we paid our bill. It took a while for us to get our menus, but the server was nice. The food was amazing. The atmosphere is very loud with music, people talking, plates and glasses being tossed around. In the end, when we told our server we didn’t want dessert and asked for the check, he took 5 mins to bring us the check and threw the receipt at my mom. Didn’t thank us or bid goodbye. Threw the receipt and walked away. Unfortunately the good food is wasted on bad service.

We stayed in London for 5 days and this restaurant was right near our hotel! Discovered by chance to eat something Italian! Excellent service, excellent food like at home, really kind waiters and owner. Our kids and we super enjoyed it! What can I say, highly recommended.

True Italian restaurant, with dishes cooked like in Italy. Prices lower than average compared to others in London and the surrounding area. Excellent food quality and true Italian flavour! The portions are very generous! Many of the waiters are Italian and therefore make you feel at home!!

Went there with my girlfriend and her family as they love Italian food! First, we were served by a lovely Italian lady who was super nice and was talking to all of us really, making us feel welcomed. Starting with the food, we all ordered different pastas. Mine was the spaghetti with mushroom and sun-dried tomatoes, which was okay, but nothing was special about it, to be honest. However, the spaghetti with courgette and prawn and tomato sauce was quite tasty and good, especially if you like prawns. Unfortunately, we were turned down by the taste and quality of carbonara pasta and risotto with mushroom. The carbonara wasn't really tasteful and didn't seem like a real carbonara. The risotto a bit disappointed us with the taste. However, speaking of the service, it was spectacular and wonderful. We informed the manager about the carbonara and he really kindly was trying to solve it for us. He offered us a replacement for carbonara or dessert as an alternative, but we were almost full, but still, he removed the price of carbonara for us on the bill.

The classic Italian next door. Food was good, but not special and unfortunately a bit lacking parmesan. The deduction is because it was really loud in the restaurant, the tables are very small and the waitresses stared at me and my companion several times.

As good as always. I went there with 2 guests and they were impressed enough to take phone numbers for future visits.
