Serenity Cafe in Sandwell

Afternoon Tea was yet again wonderful very fresh tastey homemade scones/jam such a lovely Afternoon warm and friendly atmosphere . Always welcome with a smile. Food presentation 5☆ Sandwiches 🥪 was lovely and enough cakes n Pot of Tea. Will be booking again .

Popped in for breakfast and was very impressed. Food great and well priced and staff polite and helpful. Food freshly cooked. Very clean and airy.

Stumbled on this lovely cafe in Bearwood that does build your own breakfasts. Food delicious and service good. A recommended stop for a relaxing weekend breakfast.

Went for an early lunch today. Opted for a breakfast burrito & cappuccino. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The burrito was beautifully cooked and delicious. Will definitely go back when I go back to Bearwood. There was plenty of food choices available and an extensive drinks menu

5 out of 5 Suffering from Fibromyalgia I cannot walk far then I need to sit, it just happens to be Serenity Cafe was were I ended up in today. I had a very warm welcome, and was served as soon as I had decided what I wanted. I ordered a Latte and a bacon and mushroom sandwich. The Latte was so creamy was beautiful and the bacon and mushroom sandwich tasted gorgeous. If you are ever up Bearwood and you want a treat go to the Serenity Cafe it was a fantastic experience.

Delicious breakfast & very reasonable prices. Staff have been really attentive & friendly when we have been in too! Will definitely be back soon :)

Had an amazing breakfast at Serenity Café, came with all the trimmings and a really friendly customer service. Also can't complain about the prices on the menu, very reasonable, especially as portion sizes are generous! :) I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

I ordered food from here was lovely and food was on time. Smoked eggs and smoked salmon very presentable. Will be ordering again.

TERRIBLE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. ordered food and as it was late we called and was told by Dan that it shouldn't be much longer. When it arrived and we were opening it the cafe called to say that items were missing. They didn't give me my avocado and salmon. They never advised this when i called to see why it was late and i was never told when the driver dropped it off. They waited till they had got the cash and the driver had driven off before calling to tell me. I was told that they would send me out the items on a next order. After trying the food (which was disgusting, cold, overcooked and burnt) i called back and said i don't want them to send what was missing with another order as the food was awful and i asked them to just get the driver to drop my money back and they told me he had finished for the day and they would send it the next day. The next day came and nothing, no call or money. Upon calling them today they said that they would send food again and i told them that we had already spoke about this and I just wanted my money back. They still haven't sent me my money and won't sort the issue. Poor service in every respect.

Mi hija y me visitan regularmente y disfrutar de todo lo que comemos. Lo mejor de todo es que es el único café que puede presumir de sus tartas caseras y su sabor absolutamente. En cuanto cierre pronto ahora me decepcionó, pero ofrecen un servicio de entrega y muy exitoso en eso. Y este es nuestro favorito café seguirán con personal encantador y muy amable. La dirección son geniales. Hasta pronto.

Do not go here no wonder the place is empty when owner is so rude. Very rude and disrespectful. Will never go here again. Closing early I'm not surprised

Tuve un desayuno vegetariano allí esta mañana y me horrorizó a encontrar un trozo de tocino en la comida. No hace falta decir que no comer el resto del desayuno. Yo no quiero hacer un escándalo simplemente decidí que no volvería a comer allí de nuevo. Sin embargo, mi marido no estaba contento y dijo algo a la chica detrás del mostrador. Ella no parecía muy molesta y ofreció un medio desenfadado diciendo que decían disculpa el cocinero. No creo que los mismos utensilios utilizados para carne y comidas vegetarianas. ¡Puaj! Ten cuidado con los vegetarianos.

El personal es muy agradable. Agradable ambiente informal. Una cálida bienvenida y un montón de buena comida en pantalla. Tomamos té, bollos, magdalenas y chaqueta patatas. Todo estaba fresco, muy sabroso y bien presentado. Estas son personas muy amables que hacen buena comida. Nos lo recomiendo.
