Had a good Sunday Lunch here. Unfortunately we were the only diners at 1.00 pm which spoiled the atmosphere ,a few more diners came in as we were leaving after 2 . For starter I had the chicken liver parfait which was really good and my friend had the goat's cheese salad. For mains I had monkfish and mussels which was delicious and my friend had the turkey and ham which she said was good too. Portions are big withlots of side orders we had mash on the plates and sides of roasties , Yorkshire pudding carrot and parsnip and broccoli in cheese . A nice meal bill with a jug of orange was £40 for 2

We dropped in after a guy who worked in a shop near by recommended a restaurant beside this one that turned out to be closed. What great luck it was closed as we have a real gem. The staff are fantastic, the atmosphere is also fantastic but the food a a whole different level. The food, the presentation, the flavours were all unreal. They take real pride in what they offer and it makes a real difference. I look forward to my next visit. Only surprise of the day was the bill when it came. Very well priced to make a great visit even better.

Went for first time on sunday 28th july with family. The stairs are quite dark up to the dining room and the lighting appears to have a pink tinge ...there is a lift which is a plus. The room itself is light and airy. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Service was welcoming and good. The food was excellent..great taste with lovely fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. There was so much of everything and all beautifully cooked from starters to desserts. Very good value. We shall definitely be back !,

We ordered the same main dish, monkfish and scallops with sticky rice. It was delicious! The satay sauce was lovely, the monkfish beautifully cooked. The prawn starters were amazing! My baked Alaska topped off a lovely dinner. I’d go back to try the rest of the menu!!

Attended a dinner with about 40 work colleagues- we were in a private room which was well laid out and comfortable with lovely views. We had prebooked our meals. My dinner arrived at least 10 minutes after the others at the table and the lady sat next to me received hers10 minutes after that. The young waitress was very apologetic but the person in charge called Gary was very rude- he came to me with a speadsheet to check that my name was on it- insisting that I was wrong. The dinner was plain but tasty. My dessert then arrived 10 minutes before everyone else. Again it was plain but tasty- nothing special. We had to ask several times for the lady next to me to get her dessert and it arrived long after everyone was finished- not good service at all.

Great late lunch of seafood chowder and fish and chips. The service was terrific and food as well. The fish and chips were so large that we could have split one between the two of us. Nice beer sel

I was staying in the city for about six weeks. I love desserts aka "sweets." I have never seen such an array at this spot and many others. I liked this spot for its setting as well.

On a walk around Derry we were needing a little java to keep up up our hill-climbing strength. The place was well staffed and fairly empty when we arrived but within 10 minutes there wasn’t a table op
