Seasons Restaurant and Bar in Slough

My husband and I enjoyed a really terrific two-course meal last night, using a Groupon offering two courses and a glass of wine each. Wonderful Paul poured wine most generously, a delicious Shiraz that went beautifully with our first course of mixed starters (a spicy kebab, perfectly deep fried butterfly prawn, and Afghani chicken that was the most tender I had ever had), followed by very tender lamb organ josh for my husband and equally good butter chicken for me with rice and fresh-cooked Roti. Everything was absolutely spot on in terms of cooking and flavors. My only suggestion would be to, as suggested by another diner, ask for a menu as one sits down. The evening was even better than we hoped for, and we only wish we lived a little closer, to visit more frequently.

Food is excellent (chicken dry for my liking), very friendly waiter (Paul). Indian based cuisine, the restaurant is decorated to an extremely and not your average 'indian'. Meal for two, two courses, two cocktails and a bottle of nice prosecco is £90.--

After a long day at work I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel has an Indian restaurant, I ordered from the A La Carte menu and was presented with tasty well cooked food. The ambience of the restaurant and bar is very good and the service was excellent.

Food and service was excellent. We took Indian food there and it was very nice and can't forget the taste...

As a guest at Baylis House I decided not to venture out looking for a place to eat nearby as the place only seemed populated by kebab takeaway and curry houses.Dining in at the Seasons restaurant was a good decision. They had a reasonably priced buffet spread of Indian dishes. The restaurant itself are two small rooms, one of which is dominated by a bar.The food was good. No complaints there. What would have been an average dining experience was only made better because of Paul who is an asset to the place. He is very welcoming and attentive to your needs. The extra rating is solely due to Paul’s service.

Nice Indian curries like it. Salads and sweets starters more over fresh naan bread serving. Service fantastic!

when I was enquiring about the xmas party at baylis house, I was informed that there would be a 3 course buffet, I was told the starters would come out at a certain time followed by main then pudding, the starters came out 1hour & 30 minutes late with the main and pudding at the same time. it was so unorganised and crazy, the music didn't start till very late in the evening. also we got wrong drinks when ordering them at the bar, we was also told we would get a arrival drink, never saw that.I will never go back to this hotel for anything ever again.

After a total waiting time of 40 mins, I gave up and left. In that time I did manage to get a menu, but that is all

The food in the hotel restaurant was superb, full of flavour and a generous portion size. My Wife and I had different dishes from their extensive menu and each tried one another's dishes, very nice.

Visited this place for a 21st birthday party, behaviour of manager was appalling he lacks basic hospitality skills, he lets the whole place down he was called Jushen no one knew his surname as a number of us wanted to make a formal complaint regarding...

Organicé mi boda en Baylis House y tuvimos una cena maravillosa decidir mi menú mes pasado. El chef nos dio sugerencias útiles y la comida picante y justo y estaba delicioso.

Me gustó el chili paneer y el stffed kulcha naan- hubiese gustado comer más pero era muy abundante.

La comida es de buena calidad, mi favorito personal era kulcha rellena! y kebab's, me hubiera gustado más lager elección..

I've been to Season's a few times now, and have also booed it for a business dinner. The food is consistently good and the location is superb. On all occasions I've found the staff to be friendly and courteous. I have recommended this place to people visiting this area and none of them have ever had anything but good reviews. High-class Indian food in great surroundings. Thanks guys.

Nice food, great service. Mostly Indian food but that suited us as we love it. small amount of European food too. Lovely room.

I had a great meal there and will be dining there next time i visit Baylis House Hotel in Slough and stay there on buisness trip.

Baylis house is so ridiculously over rated and priced. My sister got married in baylis house and the food came late and was literally uncooked. We were told we'd get 20 waiters and got 10, whom were lazy, slow and lacking professional experience. One waiter stepped on my sisters wedding dress. They gave the wrong staging decor, flowers, cutlery was dirty, wrong table setting etc... We paid for a gold package and didn't even get a bronze. We asked for some compensation but they were rude and didn't get back to us! Big mistake going for baylis! I don't reconmend this venue/hotel.

The set menu, included in my booking, was priced at £16.50. This was OK, but for very little more I could have had access to the a la carte menu, which was far more extensive, including prawn dishes, and looked to have better portions.

Excellent! Brilliant Indian food, particularly the vegetarian menu.

Good food, service was good overall pleased with visit

we got a deal from Groupon so they sat all us customers who had purchased this in the BACK of the restaraunt. the poppadums were burnt, the mango chutney was out of a jar, the different mains tasted the same, too spicy, not cooked properly and no flavour the best bit of our meal was the dessert and the service from our waiter Max bless him
