Nice, relaxed setting for a simple breakfast or brunch. We enjoyed delicious breakfast baps, cooked breakfast, milkshake and hot chocolate. The place was clean and comfortable, and, though the first male employee to greet us was a man of few words, the service was prompt and polite. Worth noting that the menu seemed less extensive than one my wife had seen online, albeit still with enough choice, particularly if you like eggs.

The decor is lovely since they reopened. Menu is VERY disappointing especially in a Sunday. Only jacket potatoes and panini. In know prices have gone up but this extortionate.

My first visit since the cafe was reopened 6 months ago. New decor is pleasant and has made it less noisy and echoey BUT menu is disappointing and boring. Sunday lunchtime and mainly just jacket potatoes and filled paninis. Prices have also shot up! I will not be using the cafe here again.

2 teas and a piece of cake the size of a 50p = £8.65, wouldn’t mind but the tea was disgusting. The first cup out of the pot was weak let it stand for a second cup and you get scum sitting on the top of the tea.

Horrible inedible food. I ordered a chicken tikka kebab which was very dry. Chips were inedible. Poppadoms were sodden in oil, flimsy & not crisp as expected. Onion bagee, though ordered and paid for were not delivered. In short this once good take away has slipped so badly. I have requested my previous review to be deleted. I strongly advise to avoid this establishment, grab yourself a bag of crisps instead.

The food was good but the person who served us was quite non understanding of the covid rules where as when one of us weren’t wearing a mask they told us we had to bring a lanyard showing that were exempt and they sanitize their pens but you have to get your own drink out of the fridge.

avoid ordering from here, took ages to turn up and was cold when it did. Food was a mess and pretty sure it was off.

When I arrived, my order had been given to someone else. I then had to wait for my order to be recooked. The quality of the food was terrible and lacked toppings, cheese, and any flavour.

Attended a curry night here as part of the planet rockstock festival. It cost £50 per head so we were expecting a good meal. What we got was about a quarter of a normal meal in an Indian restaurant, PLUS it was cold. Onion bhaji was burnt, cold and greasy, tiny portion of rice and curry (3 pieces of chicken in the chicken tikka masala for £50!), rock hard and cold HALF a naan bread. Plates were tiny and they weren't even half full. To add further insult, they left the menu up outside with the normal prices, which should have been around £20 per head. I believe the people who were staying on-site for the festival got an extra night accommodation included but seeing as we were staying off site we felt totally ripped off and left early to go and find food somewhere else. Bitterly disappointed.
