Food was affordable, tastes very good and service was amazing as well.

Ordered food for collection and said that they never received the order, even when I showed them the receipt. They didn't insist on making the food even when they saw the receipt, and by this time it was already 9PM, so I paid again for another batch of food - so I paid £60 in total. Working in retail myself I understand it's difficult when it comes to customers, but to reassure an upset customer, I'd prepare a fresh batch without any extra cost (even when they have shown me a receipt!!!!!) I contacted the management team for a week after this day to get my money back and they said they could get it back for me, but nothing was done to do so. Thought we'd try this new place out, as it's something different to Belmont Bay, but the experience was terrible.

4o minutes late - kept saying sorry when contacted- kebabs seemed prebought and microwave grilled- when questioned said relative grilled them!- chips terrible! I won't order again and asked for refund from deliveroo! Avoid this place!

Awful food avoid it and don't waste your money and time here. Very bad kebab, raw, awful taste and the chicken donner is homemade which is horrible, Everything went into the bin. Staff very unfriendly. Avoid it by all cost.

Terrible food the chips were served and placed in cabinet ,whilst we waited 15 mins for a saveloy . chips tasted of dry white curry sauce horrible never again .

CHIPS NOT VEGETARIAN - this is one of the few shops in this area that is not catering their food for vegetarians and they are proud of the fact they contaminate their oil with meat before frying the chips. There are so many other chips shops that do such as Belmont Bay and Skipjacks. So avoid Sea Life if vegetarian - so disappointing!

The food is so good really good prices quality is good, the staff are so help-full and happy. Whn I go in they let me know what my son has on his food wether it’s a burger wrap ect. Take notice of their customers. Would definitely recommend these. 🤗🤗
