Ordered food for collection and said that they never received the order, even when I showed them the receipt. They didn't insist on making the food even when they saw the receipt, and by this time it was already 9PM, so I paid again for another batch of food - so I paid £60 in total. Working in retail myself I understand it's difficult when it comes to customers, but to reassure an upset customer, I'd prepare a fresh batch without any extra cost (even when they have shown me a receipt!!!!!) I contacted the management team for a week after this day to get my money back and they said they could get it back for me, but nothing was done to do so. Thought we'd try this new place out, as it's something different to Belmont Bay, but the experience was terrible.

4o minutes late - kept saying sorry when contacted- kebabs seemed prebought and microwave grilled- when questioned said relative grilled them!- chips terrible! I won't order again and asked for refund from deliveroo! Avoid this place!

Awful food avoid it and don't waste your money and time here. Very bad kebab, raw, awful taste and the chicken donner is homemade which is horrible, Everything went into the bin. Staff very unfriendly. Avoid it by all cost.

Terrible food the chips were served and placed in cabinet ,whilst we waited 15 mins for a saveloy . chips tasted of dry white curry sauce horrible never again .

CHIPS NOT VEGETARIAN - this is one of the few shops in this area that is not catering their food for vegetarians and they are proud of the fact they contaminate their oil with meat before frying the chips. There are so many other chips shops that do such as Belmont Bay and Skipjacks. So avoid Sea Life if vegetarian - so disappointing!

The food is so good really good prices quality is good, the staff are so help-full and happy. Whn I go in they let me know what my son has on his food wether it’s a burger wrap ect. Take notice of their customers. Would definitely recommend these. 🤗🤗

Unit 100, level 2,
Quiet time with only 2 other tables with diners. Perfect as we had time constraints as off to a show. Sat waiting for about 10 minutes. 2 separate large parties came in and were sat either side of us. Both tables were seen to, one even having their drinks brought out. We were still sat waiting to be acknowledged. Got up to walk out and when said we were leaving as we were fed up of waiting, just got an abrupt “Ok” response.

77 Kilburn High RoadQué lugar tan encantador. Fuimos en el desayuno y no nos decepcionó. Nos atendió una dama llamada Aurora y ella fue absolutamente fantástica. Si está buscando un lugar para sentarse afuera y disfrutar de una buena comida, no busque más. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en Londres.

75 Chamberlayne Rd, LondonSo sad to say that this place it’s not anymore Italian, it’s not anymore that lovely corner where we had comfy lovely food in a proper Italian atmosphere. Unfortunately now they have changed the name and now it’s a common fake italian shop with the embarrassing chicken and pineapple pizza in the menu. The servers are not well trained and for sure the pizza have nothing to compare with the previous one (was burn in the bottom and tasteless). They even don’t serve anymore wines and spirits while the shop it’s halal so, take this advantage to avoid that place.
