TGI Fridays - Wembley in Brent

We were very well looked after by Dalal who welcomed us and explained the entire menu. The food was very good, we ordered wings and a side of potatoes with maple and bacon.

Fantastic service from Alicia & Rody. Alicia welcomed me into the restaurant and made sure I was settled. Our server - Rody, took our order and was attentive checking on me to make sure I was okay. The food and drinks was great! Great service, thank you.

Rody looked after us very well. We chose the wrong day to come out as it was event day but Rody was calm and look after is customers well.

Luis our server was very nice and professional,the food was cooked to perfection, his service was fabulous, and I look forward for him serving me next time I visit TGI again

This was not good for a big chain right next to Wembley stadium. We went for a drink and dessert after a long day round London. We were given menus but no other information. We all 4 chose what we wanted, however when the waiter came to take our orders, almost everything we wanted wasn't available. No margaritas, no milkshakes, no glass dessert bowls therefore the dessert which should be blow torched was unavailable. The staff member was quite abrupt and rude, we actually nearly walked out but my 7 yr old was exhausted. Maybe in future you should tell customers what they can't have when you hand out the menus.

Cool atmosphere, off the hook staff and definitely really really good food. You should try the drumsticks they are finger licking good. On the plus the staff are down friendly and customer service is great. Enjoyed my time here and defo coming back again and again and again

We were went in for a later after meal and was served by a lovely young man by the name of Miles The food was nice and hot but I wish they served more slaw than they do in the small sauce pots because it doesn't even begin to tickle the taste buds and it's the only veg you get in there too. We had the rack of pork ribs with corn chips and the section of different wings / stripes, it came with blue cheese dip I believe which wasn't to our liking to be honest but I didn't want to be wasteful. To be fair it went well with the one of the flavoured wings only I can't remember which one. We also had a burger with chips and corn ( I don't like that they cut up the corn now and it tasted watery and over cooked / boiled ) to finish up we created our own ice cream and had a slice of triple layered fudge cake with a side scoop of ice cream to bring things to an end. We didn't have any cocktails or cocktails and the mood didn't warrant it for us but the drinks are pretty nice and decent on the prices, especially as they do a lot of 2 for prices Miles helped me use the app as I had downloaded whilst dinning to access the rewards, I was very appreciative of that factor and he was nothing but patient and polite with us throughout our dinning stay Thank You Miles

Don't like ordering and paying on my phone. I'm doing waiting work but I'm not getting payed or a discount. Feels lazy. The staff were nice, the place was empty.

went to this resturant today before the football to get something to eat.upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff.we were served by luis who was absolutly fantastic very helpful and polite.looked around to see all of the staff happy some dancing overall very friendly family enviroment would definitly come back again.asked to speak to the manager to praise the staff spoke to sam who was also amazing incredibly approchable and polite.would recomend to others definitly.

Aurelia was absolutely amazing, although there was a lot of us and it was incredibly busy she checked up on us constantly, made sure our meals came with no complications, repeated our orders to us, she was really good with the children and went to get crayons to make sure they were occupied whilst we waited for the food, made us aware of the app and offers she was amazing. Thank you Aurelia for ensuring that we had a smooth experience!

Luis served us very professionally, and the food was very good and the service was excellent.

A manager called Sam who work at the wembley branch is always so welcoming and friendly, the difference with Sam is his great customer service is authentic! He easily makes you feel like you have done something special, making you feel like you are being rewarded when in fact it is Sam who needs this special treatment because he makes TGI Friday a very special place to visit! Update: As of 14th of may 2025 a manager called Renata has served me and my friend with the best service just like Sam. She always approaches with a smile and goes out of her way to make sure you're totally fine and happy with everything! At this point it is her service that makes me go to TGI even more so than the food itself!

Celebrated my birthday here and the food was amazing BUT unfortunately the promo for the 2 for 1 drinks wasn’t honored. I had overlooked it and it would’ve been so nice if the staff hadn’t let it go. It was still an extra 20 pounds for me to lose.

Dirty coteries table, is sticky coffee is Cold and the waiter giving me chocolate into my coffee from his hand. No sugar on the table no napkins on the table Oh my God, terrible horrible please don’t go there.

I had an excellent experience at TGI fridays on 10 May 2025. The service by Miles was exceptional he catered to all our requests with a smile, was very polite and helpful. The food was delicious and filing. Look forward to my next visit with lovely food and friendly staff ☺️

partners steak was so burnt and sour to taste that it was absolutely ridiculous! we asked for it to be redone and it was still the same quality ! my JD wings came burnt and overly crunchy then disguised with the jd sauce(i even struggled to eat) .the kids menu order was fine thank God but ours was disappointing. Never visiting again!. its a shame because we live close as well. waiter tried his best to sort issue out and took steak off the bill but we would have loved to eat because thats why we came there? not?

I've been here several times and also ordered for delivery. Great staff and service. I have an Autistic child and staff were accommodating and kind. I'd definitely recommend.

Terrible portions (Ribs with 4 bones (15 cm)( it’ 23 ponds )))After the meal I was still hungry, cocktails at 20 pounds (1 bought, 1 free) with 3 quarters of ice cubes. Misleading advertising ("free children's menu" in a support which hid the end of the sheet where it was written "if you have the application" we paid 130 pounds without dessert for a quality a little above fast food so strongly not recommended such a scam that I'm going to ask my whole family to give a very bad review

An American-style restaurant to order a hamburger - or something else.

Events day menu, orders the sesame chicken starter £10, I mean it’s London, it’s events day at Wembley… but 5 small bits of chicken!! Size of 50ps… on a tiny plate. We called our waitress over and immediately left. No way was I even prepared to see what else they brought out for mains… joke of a place I’ve been several times and it’s never been like this. No wonder TGI’s is in mess… ripping people off they won’t come back?!! How they think anyone with more than one brain cell would pay that, still can’t get my head around what they sent out.

Down for the FA cup semi and was really busy but Aurelia our server was great!

Poor food and rude waiting team Yes, I know it was an event day at Wembley but there is no need for rude team members. The young girl at the host stand was however extremely polite and very accommodating. Menu choice is very poor compared to previous years - wouldn’t come back

Lashana was very helpful and accommodating. It was extremely busy with the football supporters but she made our time great. The food was great and would come back.

Had the chicken burger and the piece of chicken was tiny! The ordering app was terrible and gave up after 40 minutes. Could have had my order taken and delivered in the same time!

Our family decided to have dinner here after a fantastic day out at Bubble Planet. Very good experience from since we arrived until we left! Food was delicious, very generous portions, drinks were fabulous and the service was exemplary! Faith was our waitress and she’s not only gorgeous but definitely an asset to the company! She was impeccable and very kind! Highly recommend!

I came here with my friend on a weekday and the service was so slow, the waiters ignore you & the manager was very sarcastic when he took our order. The food took ages to come out which ended up wrong anyway. It was very average and not worth the price.

I like to share my experience and I don’t think I will come back to this place… I bring some friends from Brazil to have the experience and to have a great time at the Fridays but I was so disappointed with the customer service. the place was very empty this day 18/4/2025 and so many tables available and they take very long time to find a table for 5 people and they send us to the corner of the restaurant close tho the washroom, them take long time to come and get ours order for dinks and a free for the appetisers, wen we order the drinks take long time to bring 2 beers and 3 cocktails the cocktails was very bad make and wen finally come the food 2 portions of wings to share plus a cheeses donuts the wings arrive first and the cheeses donuts come and we almost finished the wings and as cold that was very disappointing cuz the place wasn’t that busy and so many stuff working and take such a long time to serve and to come back to us. Wen I was come to the washroom in the from of the kitchen under the seats was so much dirty and unclean make me feel sick to see that and make me think imagine if they don’t clean up properly on the kitchen as well and we pay a good price just for the 5 Drinks and 3 appetiser's after that I didn’t even think to get the hamburgers. I was so sad because I never had the chance to come to the Fridays and the first time a have and to bring some friends to have a amazing experience I was so disappointed. I’m sorry but I need to be honest cuz is a such big company Fridays and they have to know how to make it right to the people enjoy have a good time and always come back for more good times. Thanks

Wow had the must amazing waitress today! Faith made us feel very welcomed and looked after us better than family. A truly wonderful end to the Easter holidays and our kids ate for free! So thanks to all the staff; hope to see you all again soon.

Had a great meal here as we waited to go to the OVO Arena. Great food in a busy large restaurant. Worth the visit though.

4 x very small cocktails, 2 x small glasses of Sauvignon wine, Nachos and 2 x small children meals = £92.00. Food was below par, and the prices for alcohol are absolutely extortionate. Complete rip off. Avoid.

My friends and I came for the concert Aurelia was absolutely smashing she made sure we were well looked after, drinks came fast, food came quick service was amazing, we had a birthday also the song, energy everything was amazing couldn’t thank her enough even gave her an extra ticket!
