We came for the bottomless wings and it was totally worth the money. Got served by Sanju and he was great! Very nice and accommodating with us 👍🏽

Met friends here before a concert at Wembley Arena. Its a large restaurant, and filled up when a football game finished at the stadium, but we had friendly service and didn't wait too long for food. I enjoyed some chicken strips and fries. Its not fancy food, but was prepared well and based on expectations, the experience was good. Seating doesn't feel too crowded and the acoustics were also good.

We visited Fridays at Monday evening . The atmosphere was friendly. We were celebrating a birthday and the waiter Sanju made our evening incredible. He made sure we had a good time. We are very grateful to him for that. The food was incredible. Your burgers and American grill are very tasty. Thank you very much for a wonderful evening

Food was ok. Incredibly expensive now. A burger is £20! The portion size is quite small now aswell. The service was crap. Disinterested servers and no communication. We ordered 2 adults meals and 2 kids. 3 came at same time with a roasting plate as I could see them on the hotplate for 5 Min. The last meal took another 5 minutes to come with the server saying oh here it is !! No customer service. Or wasn't even busy there were about 5 tables in. Wouldn't recommend.

We'd booked to hangout before the match. Had drinks, food selection is awful for vegetarians. We were told to leave before we were ready. We had also booked a table for after the match and even then it was difficult to go in even though I showed my booking email. We've booked to stay before and after the matches several times. But we won't be going there again.

Our experience in Friday’s is top notch!! Luis is the best very professional and friendly there should be more like Luis!!!! We will always come back not just for the food but also for the experience.

I had a fantastic time at TGI Fridays Wembley! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. The food was delicious, cooked perfectly, and served promptly. But what truly made our visit special was our incredible waiter, Faith. Faith went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm and professional service really stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such exceptional hospitality, and Faith truly made a difference! Highly recommend this place for a fun and delicious dining experience. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Very busy on event days so definitely book a table but great food, drinks and staff and also opposite Wembley Stadium so close by to pop in before or after footie/ Concerts ! 10/10 recommend

Although it was a quiet Saturday with a lot of staff, it was hard to get anyone attention. A couple staff were actually working while the others had a social gathering, not taking any notice of the few customers around them. It took 1 off duty staff to actually come and ask if we needed anything else after she noticed us just sitting there waiting.

I had a really good experience at TGI Fridays, and Ikem made me and my cousin feel so welcome!! From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. He checked in at the perfect times never too much, never too little and really made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He even kept the Bottomless Chicken coming as soon as we finished a round, which we really appreciated. You could tell he actually cared about making sure we had a good time. 10/10 service :) !!

We came in for the bottomless wings, fair enough there is a 90 min time limit. The service between each plate of wings was slow and got even slower towards the last round of wings. They got the order wrong for the last round of wings and to top it off, even brought out our dessert accidentally before serving us our last round of wings signaling and hinting that times up for the bottomless deal. I understand that every deal has a catch, and has to benefit the business in the end too, but there’s a fine line between revenue generation tactics and outright scammy tactics. The servers were really nice, bless them. They were probably just being super pressured by management. This is just not it.

Great Friday night vibe. This place is really big and can accommodate quite a few people. I did not have a reservation and managed to get on when I walked in. Good service great food and cocktails!

My server Luis was very accommodating and tried very well to make me feel welcome as a customer. I had the bottomless pancake offer for £12 for 2 hours. It was a very good deal as the pancakes were delicious and they were the perfect size so you can enjoy them as much as you want

Booked a bottomless brunch deal on a monday night, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Aurelia, as me & my friend are from Scotland we have a different bottomless brunch deal, she was extremely kind and patient & helped us understand what was on offer at the restaurant.

Let's start with the obvious, Lashana was amazing host for our table of 9. She was able to accommodate us perfectly, while also demonstrating a welcoming aura. She was captivating and engaged with us in a way most suited towards a host. Nothing but praise from our whole table. Her service alone making coming again completely worth it. Y'all should give her a raise, no cap.

Very overpriced place compared to the quality of the food. Nothing special. Dry burgers. Some staff have very weird attitude. Got a wrong order and she just said as a fact thats what I ordered. Then the person who took my order, corrected her. The design is good though. But I don’t think I will visit again.

Lovely atmosphere and food was amazing as always!! We were a bit shocked with the prices of some of the food, the chicken strips are as expensive as a burger which doesn't make any sense. But we had a lovely time!

Nice atmosphere, but the food and service is really bad. I ordered a chicken pasta, it turned out no chicken served with the pasta. I asked the staff, they said it’s a mistake. Laster,they just simply put some chicken on top of it . And take a look to the pasta, it’s overcooked as well.

As two Americans coming to the UK for the first time. My friend and I had an amazing time, and both described the meal as one of the best we've had. Especially since we were flying around all day and had little time to eat and relax. Our server Errel helped us feel super welcome and was very accommodating as I'm a picky eater

Renata was our server today and honestly after coming here frequently, this was one to remember. She was so attentive and make sure we enjoyed our food and made sure we had everything we wanted and our food came out of the kitchen piping hot. Would put 6 stars if I could, Brilliant !

I'll keep it brief: the service, the service, the service. It’s as if no one cares. To think this place is supposed to reflect what TGI represents as a franchise or in the States—it's a disgrace. Whoever manages this branch needs to sit down and have a serious word with their staff. And if you’re short staffed, hire more. This is a shame to the franchise and everything TGI used to stand for. FYI we waited for 45min for 2 burgers.

Went on a Saturday lunchtime. Wasn't very busy. Waited a long time for drinks. Waited a long time for food. Lots of food sat under the heat lamps for a long time. Food and drinks came out in dribs and drabs rather than all together. Chips were nearly cold. Food was average. It was expensive.

Lashana and Shimoya Absolutely the best waitress and manager, Patient with the costumers and has such great skills, made me and my son feel special to be in the restaurant.

As someone who's working on my agoraphobia I struggle with new places... I've now travelled by train to Wembley and been to tgi's twice now!!! And I absolutely love it, the customer service is amazing all the employees are beautifully mannered and so welcoming, and I absolutely love it! Also the bbq are bloody delicious 😋

Visited this restaurant as we were shopping in LDO. Upon arrival at the reception, it was a mission to get the attention of a staff member. It was not even busy. Imagine what it would be like on busy days. Anyway, we ordered full sharing chicken wings, mozarella cheese dips, kids' chicken, chips, and garlic bread. The chicken wings were way too sour. No any check from the staff members asking if food was okay. Only saw them when asked for the bill. I thought I read 'kids eat free' outside the restaurant, but it was not the case. There is no way it would cost over £47 for chciken wings, mozarella cheese sticks, and 3 soft drinks. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience and wouldn't visit this place again.

came in on Sat for a nice January dinner away from the cold and my Fridays Wings was absolutely delicious! My servers Julian and Holly kept the dinner vibes hilarious with some witty football banter and quick cleaning after I left. 10/10 experience.

Was gonna attend this evening for food and drinks . After reading the reviews. Will wait until the staff have finished their chit chats and cleaned the place from ants. As it’s too cold to be having cold and expensive meals.

The food was great, starters were good & the beef burger was immense , cocktails 2 for 1 and had a good Pina collada. The service was good . The seating could do with updating/ repairing as a couple of the booths as our back rests weren’t solid so when people moved in and out we all moved either side of it , also a couple of booths by us had the same problem and you could see the gap between the seated part & back part . But as I say food and drinks were good !

Attended TGI Wembley with some visiting family, after a morning of shopping , over the festive season. We enjoyed some sharing platters , nibbles and drinks and were attended to by a lovely staff member, Luis. We found the food to be delicious, service good & friendly and there was even some live singing ! Great time had by all 👍

I went in the evening for dinner and I can honestly say I was thoroughly impressed by the food, cocktails and the service. The bartender on shift, Anisa, was very welcoming and kind. She made sure to check on me throughout the entirety of my stay and made me feel extremely welcome. The food was tasty and flavourful I really enjoyed my stay and I recommend everyone to come down and try it

We came yesterday for lunch and had a fantastic meal. Tahillah served us and was great- she treated us really well and we all left full and happy!

*Update - Credit to TGI management, they promptly dealt with this matter when I contacted them! Quite impressed... I'm leaving this up as a positive point/to add context - to show that when an issue (such as I had) does occur, a large restaurant chain can still care these days and show good customer service in their response* Rarely do I bother with negative reviews, but today's experience was exceptionally shocking. *Prefix: this was a normal enough day, not a stadium event day* We entered just after 6pm, not super busy and we're quickly seated and orders taken promptly - all good so far. We made a point to say we needed to be out before 7pm, this was accepted by the server. It got to quarter to 7 and by that point the restaurant had gotten busier - but that's not our problem as we had long since had our order in. Starters arrived and we made a point to say can we have mains straight away, but we're told they'd not been started yet 'because it was busy' 🤦‍♂️ We reminded her of the earlier conversation but the zero caring continued.. NO apology, just shrugging shoulders. Whilst it wasnt her fault the kitchen was now busy, the lack of attention and attitude towards us customers was a really poor representation of the restaurant and brand. We asked to just cancel the rest of the order and pay but that got a grating response. Begrudgingly upon we paid due to being in a rush, but in hindsight should have asked to speak to the manager - or just walked as the server showed no Interest in even giving us the bill! But we're decent folks so waited.. Would have given zero for service if Google would let you. I'd have expected this rubbish on a stadium event day but if this was going to be a problem, mention at point of seating maybe??!! Advice to management - get some staff who give a toss and instill a culture of respect for good service.

Emma and the team were fantastic, food came promptly and was good, service was brilliant, polite, courteous, accommodating and made our 5 year olds day with some cake and got the whole restaurant to clap and sing along to their upbeat, special birthday song! Would recommend!

It is not happening often, but today my family went to the restaurant for dinner,we get seated and we went out.... It was nearly empty restaurant when we arrived, but we still were waiting to be seated, because waiters were chatting and they didn't find it necessary to serve us. When finally waiter arrived, she didn't talk with us, counted how many of us are and took as to table, left menus on the table and off she went.... I didn't feel welcomed at all and we decided to leave... Is that something related for going into closing, I don't know....

I went out for dinner with my partner last night, we waited at the door for quite some time yet there were only 3 tables. the service was a bit disappointing which was unfortunate but the food was absolutely amazing! we were served by Stuart who did his best although was busy but he treated us okay, their were other members of staff roughly 2 ladies but couldn’t really be bothered to do much or be as attentive towards customers. but so far the food was good!
