Papa Johns Pizza in Brent

Don't order for delivery I have order scheduled delivery for 7:45pm at 6:20 then also not arrived on time and when I called at branch guy hang up phone on me didn't listen any thing .

I couldn't order online to my address because the software kept rewriting it to a neighboring street address. Did I screw something up?

They shouldn't call cheese pizza if they don't put cheese on the pizza delivery takes long and got cold food cinnapie was horrid dry no tasted good altogether wasted money ended up in bin don't waste your money here

Ordered pizza online for collection and online it said it’s ready for collection but when I when to store they it will take 5 min and made be made 10min

The worst costumer service I’ve experienced. A woman by the name Safia got my pizza wrong. Wasted my time I missed my last bus because I had to wait for my pizza again which was such an inconvenience. I’ve asked her to please compensate me a garlic butter dip which she refused even though she got my order wrong. Which kind of costumer service is that? I wasn’t in the wrong I’ve been going to poppa johns for years and this is not how you treat regular costumers. Someone needs to have a word with her because she doesn’t have any clue how costumer service works. Poor behaviour.

Pick up at local shop. Pre-ordered for 5.30pm. £29.99 special. 2 x L pizza, 2 x sides and bottle of drink. Great value. We did half and half pizza, total 4 different varieties. Order was made on time. Food was great. Plenty for 4 persons.

I recently ordered a pizza thst was supposed to contain beef from Papa John's wembley branch and was very disappointed. There were only three tiny bits of beef on each slice. When I called to complain, the staff insisted this couldn't be true, which was frustrating. Overall, a tremendously poor experience due to the skimpy toppings and dismissive customer service. Not recommended to anyone you like.

Ordered a large Greek pizza with stuffed crust for £11.98. Papa Johns charge for deliver now which is a pain. The pizza arrived in 20mins and was oven hot. The stuffed crust was good although some slices had little cheese in them. The pizza also came with a free garlic dip.

I so love this giant cookie dough and so does the family, well surprisingly enough the two cookie doughs arrived slightly burnt all around the edges one more burnt then the other. This was a bit off putting especially how I love the cookie dough so much.

What is the point of asking for delivery instructions when the delivery guy ignores it, stands at the wrong property and calls and threatens to take the food away because he is correct........poor contact

I could give -99 if I could, sadly I cannot. I called for my order which was long overdue on Monday 23rd APR. Was more than reasonable to politely asked for my order but was answered rudely by a staff member who was questioning why I’m calling as the order will be collected in about 3 minutes I asked if she could double check to make sure as I waited a long time and she started laughing and passed the phone to a colleague who was laughing with her. They just kept on laughing without any talking and just hang up the phone. Tried calling again a few times but no response. Monday evening shift 23rd April should literally be sucked, would be a saviour for the business and a save of unnecessary rude labour. Still stunned by the audacity of the staff.

Wouldn’t recommend to be honest. My gluten based pizza wasn’t even cut! They gave the entire pizza as a whole. By the time I spent cutting the pizza it was cold. The toppings were also lacking. I also ordered a half n half pizza, the pepperoni was not even cooked properly I had to remove majority of it. My garlic bread was so hard I could break a window. Overall not very happy for the price paid. The delivery driver was nice though.

Exceptional pizza experience. We ordered walk in from papa John's wembley branch and I mut say, it was fantastic from start to finish. The ordering process was smooth and prompt. Order taking boy was very friendly and helpful with us. We tried new Indian pizza Bombay spice which was very good in taste. Stuffed crust was perfectly round and cheesy just the way I like it. The garlic and herbs dipping sauce added was extra burst of flavor.

My experience was really good when I visited papa John's in Wembley, even staff is really good and humbel. Highly recommend

Pizza ordered from papa johns Wembley High Road. I called and they put me on hold and left me on the phone for 10min before they answered the phone I could hear them speaking internally. Then I spoke to Ankit and he asked me to send a email for my refund.

The delivery person was driving in circles around my neighbourhood for 40 mins or more and when the food was eventually delivered, it was freezing cold. Called the restaurant but the lady picking up the phone was rude and hang up, tried calling again, but they didn’t pick up.

Very disappointed with my online order. I customised a pizza so that there was no bacon or onions and the pizza came with the exact toppings I removed. I called they kept passing the phone like it’s pass the parcel and no one to help. They said they would give me an email so I can send a screenshot confirmation however instead I get the call cut and now no answer. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here the staff don’t care and won’t help to resolve issues. £30 in there pockets yet I’m still hungry

There is no teamwork between the staff. To make two pizza they took 45 minutes in total. While making pizza, they are not using gloves and not washing hands. They are not wearing aprons either. They are so unprofessional using there own language to talk to each other in front of customers. No hygiene

Under no circumstances order Pizza from this chain. We were having a pre-Christmas get together and ordered 4 XL Pizzas and only 3 turned up. To add insult to injury they were not hot and under cooked. This is quite possibly the worst take out we have ever had and is totally unacceptable. When we spoke to the person at Papa Johns who was a lady to remonstrate with them and get what we had actually ordered she pretended that she could not understand what this was all about. This was a horrendous experience and if I could give them negative stars then that would be my only option. A shocking experience and we will never be using Papa Johns ever again , very upsetting a couple of days before Christmas. Horrible experience.

My boyfriend and I pick up pizza from here, quite often, at the end of our work week. It’s always ready very quickly and hits the spot! As a vegan, it has great choices, like the Vegan garden party and vegan cheesy tater tots and they’re always cooked perfectly! This is a great location that never disappoints us!

We ordered a VEGAN Philly papadia and they gave us REAL cheese. When we called, he said to write an email about it because that’s a different process. We have ALLERGIES and had already taken bites as we had entrusted them to put the correct cheese. Photos are to compare the cheese of the vegan pizza to the cheese from the papadia.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH. Zero customer service skills and very unhelpful. Ordered over £30 worth of pizza - said delivered received nothing. Called the branch the rude woman said third party driver she can’t do anything, when I moaned she said she will have a look, put the phone on the side and started laughing, didn’t come back to the phone, I called back and asked for refund she said no. Then said she had a photo of the delivery, I asked is it of the driver handing it over she then pretended she couldn’t understand what I was saying. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR.

The first and last time I ordered pizza from Papa John’s, it took nearly an hour for delivery. The pizza arrived cold and wasn’t worth ordering. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The pizza was okay, too much tomato paste which made it taste kind of bad. The store lacks the basic standards of hygiene, the table had a hair strand with lots of crumbs, the cashier handled the food and the money with her bare hands without washing her hands in between. No gloves worn. Absolutely disgusting.

Worst store ever, we love papa john’s pizza so much this store never has things you are ordering? I mean what’s even the point to order from here. I would say the management is really poor if they run out of either pesto sauce and hot sauce. This is so frustrating, they don’t even have curtesy to even inform us. They need to well stocked first of all, the manager definitely needs some management classes.

Placed an order for delivery, an hour later the status tracker still says "WE'RE MAKING YOUR ORDER" - no answer on the phone either, in the end I had to assume the delivery wouldn't happen and eat elsewhere. I will never order from them again, and recommend you don't either!
