Ordering at sea garden was absolutely amazing! Brilliant service , perfect delivery time and delicious food! The atmosphere is very friendly and the reception is clean and beautiful. Will definitely come back again! Oh yeah and the boy at the till is very good at communicating and is very helpful with customer. Trust me , sea garden ie the place to go for a nice chinese takeaway. Keep it up guys😀

great food with good prices and brilliant services-the boy at the till (i cant remember his name) was excellent at getting my order correct as not many places do, amazing delivery time aswell, my food came nice and warm with the perfect amount of flavouring really recommend coming to sea garden keep it up.

Been going to this Chinese for almost 9 years and it hasn't looked nicer before! A full on new redecoration. A new lick of paint, everything seems so vibrant and fresh. Comfortable cushions, the new atmosphere is very cosy. Food is always delicious and till boy is very friendly to my son. Regularly giving him lollipops when we go there in person time to time for a collection. Overall I like to give a well done for Sea Garden for their new glow up and give them my best wishes for many more business to come! 👍👍 Highly recommend for first time tryers!!

Terrible after ordering and them accepting waited 2 hours so I rung them up for them to tell me to re order no chance scamming

Food was delivered on time and was hot. The Cantonese style chicken was nice and the prawn toast was good. The chow mein, egg fried rice, salt & pepper chips were all very much unflavoured. Had to add own seasoning to it to make it taste of something.

The service is fine and the food was hot but it isn’t nice at all there is no flavour the chicken is over cooked and the order is always wrong I won’t order again. Just not great when you have just spent nearly £30 for it to go to your dog. Sad though Becuase the service was fine

The food was amazing but when I was about to leave I got whacked in my head with a bat and passed out. When I woke up I was immediately challenged to a dance battle where I had won easily with my silky moves 🤷‍♂️

This is place is amazing and the food is very delicious. Delivery is always on time and food is made very fast and quick. Never in 10 years of ordering have delivery has not been on time. The customer service is extremely friendly and polite especially the boy at the front desk -William. I recommend the salt and pepper mix box which I ordered yesterday. The chips and spare ribs were very delicious and savoury and overall all food is very fresh. Atmosphere is very vibrant and lively The salt and pepper boxes is the most high value box offering more than 5 different delicious and spicy good like salt and pepper chip and shredded chicken etc Highly recommend for first time buyers as this is my go to Chinese for over 10 years. Also serve halal food as well as their selection of quorn and vegetarian dishes. Thank you sea garden for your excellent service.😁⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤩

Experience at this takeaway is very good. Value is great especially the salt and pepper chicken box. Food was on spot and staff was very friendly. Salt and pepper chicken was very savoury and flavourful. will come back again to try the vegetarian dishes.

Food ok , but £15 minimum to pay by card . My order came to £14.80 .God you would have thought it the end of the world! Manager relented but said next time it must be £15 minimum. Sorry there will not be a next time !

Honestly, i highly recommend stopping by for a meal if you are looking for a quick yet satisfying meal. i really hope that more locations open because it was incredible!

I had a Singapore chow mein for £6.50. Rather well done with plenty of meat and prawns. Slightly too oily for my liking. Will go back and try a mushroom curry with chips

Ordering the Chinese was simple and quick enough, wasn't to bad on quality for the food we got. We didn't have a long wait for the order to all ready for us to takeaway, can also order for collection which is a bonus also.

These are the chips I wanted changing as they are OVERCOOKED and my autistic son will only eat them soft, like how we've had them from here for a year and a half and I'm being told they aren't and I won't be able to change just have refund don't eat, they aren't edible!!! A year and a half I've used this place weekly and they'd rather my son not eat at all tonight, it 7.45pm just got in and as he only eats yellow foods this was one of the only places I could order takeaway for him when I wasn't able to cook/shop

over salted food what a waist of money never again

Been going every week for the last 12 years, best food ever. Never had a bad meal. Chow mein and curry excellent. even though its not on the menu they make me Salt and Chilli beef which is the best dish i have had ever had in my life. Nicole has always been incredibly friendly, remembers our orders and allows us to order things not on the menu. And the service is incredible. Jianchun is the best chef ever and always comes out and says hello to me and the service from everyone here is without doubt the best I have ever received . Theres a reason they've been there 30+ years as this is the best Chinese food ever and it is all so fresh.

Ordered food today when my order arrived the fried rice was missing I rang them while the delivery driver was still outside. They refused to send the rice unless I paid for it..I read back my order to the girl..and when she confirmed my order she did say fried rice..when I rang back they were rude and not helpful I told them to take back the food..has they wanted me to pay for the rice when they messed up the order. will not be using them again very disappointed in there service. ...end up having KFC. Better than Chinese. Should have gone there first.

I am a Regular customer here I really enjoy eating the Salt & Pepper prawns and sweet & sour chicken . The food is always freshly cooked. The customer service is Brilliant here! Will continue coming.

Thier vegetarian mock dishes are amazing. Even under pressure,with orders coming out of his eyeballs, the chef did great job!

The food is generally good overall, only complaint I had was despite asking specifically for a very mild curry it was SPICY AS HELL! 😥 evidently that part of my order was just ignored which peed me off a bit, as it wasn't a cheap meal! The ribs were lovely, & yuk sung nice- but I would give the curry a hard pass in future! Even the sweet & sour sauce is a bit tangier from Sea Garden, so if hot and spicy floats your boat, you'll probably like their food. I'm not sure I'd buy food here again myself, but that's a personal preference thing.

I have been visiting this Takeaway, off and on, for many many years. They are always pleasant, always efficient and the food is, in my experience, always as expected; i.e. very good. As an extremely fussy vegetarian, I often request non-standard meals. They cater to my requests, often with expressions of mild confusion/surprise...but always with accuracy.

This is the best Chinese takeaway in the area, family run, the food is reasonably priced and always freshly made

Takeaway located in the Hamstead Village opposite Lidls. Overall it is a reasonably good Chinese takeaway, decent selection of Cantonese cuisine with the usual alternatives like chips and omelette as well. Pricing is competitive compared to other takeaways in the area. It can get very busy on Friday & Saturday evenings with telephone orders and walk ins so be prepared for a wait. Parking not particularly easy being based on a main road.

By far the best Chinese in Birmingham. My family come from all over the UK and I can never cook for them cos they always want food from this takeaway

First time trying this one: very impressed - also catered well for vegetarians. Tasty food and well priced. Delivered within 40 mins. Definitely use again in preference to other local alternatives.

I writ the first review for this clean, friendly Cantonese cuisine. I love the staff their, the man knows mine and my granddads order, and the woman ( I believe her name is Maggy) is lovely. The food is fantastic, with the beef curry being one of the highlights. I often chat to the delivery guy and the staff behind the counter, who will show an interest in you. I am 12 years old now and have been going here for 11 years every Thursday. There is no reason not to. I'm not a fan of the other Sea Garden in Sutton and the one in Erdington closed down. This is the only takeaway for me and my granddad, keep it up guys. LOVE YOUR FOOD!
