Scunthorpe Chinese Take-Away in North Lincolnshire

Ordered after reading good reviews, but unfortunately was hugely disappointed. Ordered prawn fried rice and vegetable manchurian. Having an asian pallet and with preference for non spicy food, my order was absolutely bland ( as is mentioned in other reviews). Vegetable manchurian smelled of being burned. Will never order again.

Never had a bad meal,, 7 month later on from last review and still spot, cooked perfectly and delivered on time.

Been ordering here for years. Never dissapointed. By far the best Chinese takeaway in scunthorpe.

Firstly, the egg fried rice contains no egg and has no flavour whatsoever. Furthermore, the chips and the sweet and sour sauce are bland. The only good thing was the prawn crackers. I would not recommend for the price you are paying.

Me and my partner ordered food for just before work and 2 and a half hours later never shows up and it’s happened before this Chinese is not very reliable or punctual and would not recommend if you want food delivered or warm food, and they was rude when we questioned them on where the food is so will not be ordering from here again.

Took one bite of the sweet and sour "chicken" Hong Kong style and spat it straight back out. Stringy, rubbery and cold. Vile! Is it even chicken?! Roast pork curry with huge chunks of fat. Never again. I've got pictures but don't know how to add them.

We've been ordering our Chinese food from here for a while and always had good food from here, the staff are always friendly as well, and do collection as well as delivery.

Poor low quality food. Rude owners - horrible little woman. Dirty, filthy kitchen. Children running amok in the kitchen and rear of the building. Have reported this to the council too.

Ordered from restaurant twice lately and thoroughly enjoyed meal on both occasions. Was ready when they said it would be, staff on phone and upon collection couldn't be more helpful - will definitely be going in future as everything from ordering to collection was 5⭐

Nice and tasty food not greesey. A little more expensive than others in scunthorpe but well worth it for good food.

Just had a beef curry from here and it was absolutely tasteless. The beef was like jelly. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Always go here until now, ordered chips rice and curry sauce but they forgot the curry sauce, took way over a hour to arrive not waiting another hour for you to just get the curry sauce here, absolutely awful what is the point in a Chinese without curry sauce absolutely disgusting

Ordered at 17.36 for 20.30. Had to ring 3 times after time allotted. Came at 20.45. Food warm, chips were best thing out of a package of chicken chow mein, sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style, egg fried rice and curry sauce... Well there were 5 tiny strips in chow mein, chicken in sweet and sour not crispy at all. Admittedly the egg fried rice was ok. They did discount me £5.70 but I would have sooner have paid the normal price for the meal if it was up to standards. All in all I would never use this place again. But that's my opinion??? Make your own mind up!!!.
