Simon and ALL of the team - Thank you. We do a number of these away days every year and this is one of the best we have done in recent times. 12 of us visited on the 27th of July. Had a really good breakfast, (not pre-ordered so they had to react). Served in a timely manner and was very, very good. Played 27 holes around an excellent golf course that is holding up really well given the extreme weather conditions we are experiencing. Greens were very good and consistent. Course is not overly difficult, but gives you a chance. For a mixed group like we are, that is important. Really enjoyable golf, as it should be. Stopped for a meal after the golf and selected meals from 3 choices given for a very reasonable price. Everybody enjoyed their meals and a couple of the group asked for bread and butter and plenty was provided, at no extra charge. Little things do make a difference. Every single staff member that we dealt with was polite, helpful, friendly and courteous. Well worth a visit.

Had originally booked this course for eighteen people but with various drop outs it ended up being nine at short notice. Didn't bother the professional one bit who was very polite to us, although probably noticed that some of us had spent the night before "discovering" the late night delights of Leicester. The course was in superb condition with some nice tight holes as well as wider fairways. Members in the club house were very friendly, the alcohol was competitively priced and they had the football on. What more could you want?

What an incredible course for the green fee. The course was in excellent condition and the staff were so welcoming. The members were super too and asked us all if we enjoyed it. The food was great too, first class. We all want to return.

What a little gem. Nothing special when you first arrive. Plenty of car parking. Once you see the views and eat every thing changes. The food is wonderful we had the carvery. It was well cooked and piping hot. It was such a good experience. Will be going again.

I played it just last week as the greens staff were beginning their winter protective measures, but it was still fantastic and definitely one of the best parkland courses I've played in 30 years of golfing. Apparently the course had its best ever summer condition wise, with diamonded fairways, plus during Open week the greens were a foot faster than they were up at Troon! I'll definitely be making sure I go next summer to enjoy it at its best and I'd advise any other golfers reading to give it a go too.

In the weeks before my Birthday (June 5th 2016)my wife and I were looking for somewhere that we could in invite 20 plus guest to for a sit down meal. We looked at some local places but were undecided and noticed as we we past Scraptoft Golf Club they offered Carvery Dinners. We stopped and went in and spoke with the Head Chef Rob Stewart who said he could accommodate our requirements and even screen off part of the restaurant area for our party to have a little privacy. We all met on the day and the everything was as Rob said it would be. We all enjoyed an excellent Carvery lunch with choice of sweets for afters. Thanks very much to all involved

When I wrote a review for this delightful venue in August I had no idea that I would have the opportunity to revisit in September but our coach once again stopped in MH for a break so I hot footed it to Ruffles and experienced the same welcome as previously. They offer a variety of themthe most delicious home made scones as well as other goodies. Helpful staff, great service. I really enjoyed my tea and scone and maybe one day the coach will stop at MH again. This town has so much to offer, and is well worth a visit.

I am so glad this place is back to what it is. Post-covid they tried just being a deli and a grocers and the whole of lutterworth missed it. There is nowhere else for us that matches it. The food today was as good as ever, the ultimate breakfast sandwich defeated both that attempted it and we spent a few bob after browsing the fine foods shelf. We've missed you guys and whenever we are back I'm the area we love a quick visit. We did have to wait a little today (which we were warned to be fair). Negative for me today , my latte was with not particularly nice coffee and had quite an amount of coffee grounds in the bottom. This will definitely not stop us from revisiting
