Scott's Wine Bar in Charnwood

We had a wonderful evening last night, enjoying Scott’s Eclectic Mix - Wine Tasting Evening. Being a wine and cheese lover, I can’t believe how we haven’t discovered Scott’s earlier! Scott is so knowledgable and a lovely host, delivering a superb range of white and red wines to sample, together with a cheese board to ensure we are fed. If you are interested in learning and tasting different wines in a small and intimate surroundings then I can honestly recommend booking up an event or dropping by.

Have often walked by never gone in until last night. What a gem! Really nice atmosphere for a post meal drink. Lovely wine. Very friendly service. Loved it!

Such a good evening, wine was practically ALL great, the locals were so friendly and fun and Scott (Steve) created the environment, had such a good time we stayed for an extra 2 hours past what we expected to!! Will definitely be making this a local when we can, having been to kilo wine bar and this bar now I can safely say this is the place to be for the FULL experience, big things often come in small packages. Thanks again! P.s. Dogs are welcome x

From the minute you walk through the door you get a warm reception, it really stands out from the rest of the pubs/bars in Quorn. Steve the owner has such a good knowledge of wines/sprits. Great place ⭐️

My sister and I attended the champagne tasting event at Scott’s Wine Bar and I can’t recommend it enough. Really relaxed afternoon / evening sampling different champagnes alongside some lovely nibbles too. The price was really good for the amount we were able to try too. I’ve definitely found my new favourite champagne and hope to come back for another one of the events soon.

Steve is a fantastic host and there is always a warm and intimate atmosphere, whether popping in for a glass of wine or taking part in the excellent wine tasting evenings. Well worth a visit.

We’ve been coming to Scott’s wine bar since Steve opened it and it’s one of our favourite places in Quorn. Steve is always very welcoming and knowledgeable and happy to suggest new wines for us to try. I love sitting at the bar and chatting to strangers who have sometimes become friends. Well worth a visit!

I've been going to Scott's Wine Bar since they first opened in 2014 and I have always loved it there. With a Fantastic Host, Delicious Wines and a Great Atmosphere, it's definitely worth a visit and could easily become your favourite place in Quorn.

Me and my partner have been to Scott's Wine Bar on a number of occasions now and each time an amazing experience. The atmosphere is very cosy and welcoming. Along with the amazing service that Steve provides we always look to drop in whenever we have a night out.

My friend and I recently did a wine tasting session which included gorgeous cheese and biscuits and crisps - we really enjoyed the wine and the little explanation about each one, I went back later and purchased some and received a discount for future visits, needless to say we’ve been back and recommended the tasting sessions to friends and family, I now receive a monthly newsletter about upcoming events and we plan to do another pre christmas. The atmosphere is friendly and we’ve always asked for a recommendation which has always been spot on!

We love this wine bar. Steve extends a great welcome and the wines are invariably top notch. The periodic wine tasting evenings are exceptional. You learn tons. The atmosphere is friendly and we always end up chatting to those popping by for a pre or post dinner drink.

I just love Scott’s wine bar, it’s the only bar in Quorn I frequent whenever I visit. It’s an intimate, cosy wine bar with lots of character and very welcoming with comfy leather settees. I love it that much I actually had my wedding reception there and the owner Steve was very accommodating as I was able to bring my own bar food/nibbles for the guests and decorate the bar. It’s a great bar for socialising with friends, but also the sort of place where you could quite happily go by yourself sit at the bar and chat to Steve and others or just sit quietly by yourself on a comfy chair reading a book or people watch. I highly recommend a visit to Scott’s wine bar, as you will always get a very warm friendly welcome; am looking forward to my next visit.

This is my goto place for great wine and lovely folk! The owner, Steve, is a quality chap with great knowledge of vino. Just love this joint. Do yourself a favour and drop in for a glass! 🍷🍾🥂👌

Great cosy place, very nice selection unsurprisingly and a great beer selection. Gets busy easily but that adds to the atmosphere personally.

Always an excellent experience here at Scott's. Steve Scott provides a relaxing , well appointed venue and eclectically stocked bar. He creates an atmosphere where people feel personally welcomed and included. Special events are frequently scheduled and have included a range of wine and port tastings in 2019/20. At the moment there is an art exhibition to add to interest to conversation at the bar and opportunities for gift purchasing. We have availed ourselves of all of these opportunities! We are looking forward to forthcoming events such as tastings hosted by Simon March of Evington Wines; centred on wines from Eastern Europe, Portugal and Italy. Long may this village treasure thrive!
