Amazing food and really friendly staff. First time visiting but will not be the last. Would highly recommend to anyone.

First time in many years have had fish and chips from Scotter but, will go again, they were absolutely beautiful.

They do the best fish and chips a round l wouldn't use any other place

A very polite and friendly place, every now and again me and the wife will stop passed for fish and chips and go sit by the stream. Good food and very polite

Lovely haddock tonight and chips. Batter is really nice but if only there was no skin on the fish I would eat all the batter as well ☺️ Owner and staff are all friendly...Fish cooked to order but worth waiting for..

Sausages are delicious but am deducting a star because they are too expensive

Brilliant fish and chip shop the food is really good and the guys are friendly and accommodating. Best fish and chips in Scotter! Visited again today and got a seafood pizza which was amazing! I'd highly recommend Scotter Fisheries to anyone!

Came here after no room at the gamekeepers inn. 😄 so glad we did as the fish and chips were amazing !!! The guys in the shop were really good and the prices were so reasonable. We shared a large fish n chips and it was plenty. Thanks for great service and food !! Don’t hesitate to call here.

I was working up the road from here for a month and my little boy and I ordered from here quite a few times. Food was always excellent and the staff are amazing 👏

Good food, good portions, excellent opening times

Absoloutly vile the chips were cold and the plain standard pizza looks like a drunk man's face after its been punched in.....multiple flavours and bologniese sauce on what should of been just a plain pizza 1 bite and ive binned it thanks for my tea lads I will NOT ever be coming again terrible !!!!

Love this place for chips, pie and gravy. The other chip shop doesn't do pies, or any other extras. They have always been a cut above the rest in this neighbourhood.

It was good to have the fish cooked fresh and we were delighted with this part of the food. Sadly the chips were a bit of a disappointment. They were quite dry and crunchy when they were eaten. Had it not been for this would have awarded 5 stars. The chip shop was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful

Great range of food, ordered several different things from the menu before we went, hardly any waiting time when calling to collect. All piping hot and extremely tasty.

Friendly staff and always top quality food

Called Friday which is traditionally the busiest day for Fish and Chips. No fish ready and only sausage available! As busy van drivers we cannot be waiting for things to cook and then come out the fryer nuclear hot and too hot to eat. Get some food prepared ready to go. Sausages were OK...but the chips were hard and rank! Won't be returning.

Not great compared to what I'm used to (We live in a city) but compared to what is on offer around the area it was fine.

The food is excellent, can't be beaten, the shop and sales area is very clean and the service is brilliant.

Been for a kebab, chips and bread crum fishcake. Lovely and hot,and tasty.

Chips were good and freshly cooked, but the fish was atrocious despite also being freshly cooked, I gave up and returned it. I'm always wary of new chip shops, wish I'd not bothered.

Might be the best pizza we have EVER had!! Was a toss up between trying the local pizza or ordering dominos... We made the right decision. Was absolutely delicious!!! Well priced too. And the chips were the 'fish & chip shop' chips, so extra tasty! Can't wait to order from here again. Definitely upgrade to their stuffed crust as well!

Always great quality. Portion sizes are huge. I split one portion into two meals. As well as fantastic fish and chips, they also do pizza, kebabs and burgers. Staff are friendly and everything is reasonably priced.

Service with a smile all the time. Bothers to talk to you so you don't feel like just another customer. Food is always lovely and hot and portion sizes are very generous. Small wait somerimes but that's just because they are cooking more. Busy shop speaks for itself.

Today was the first fish and chips l have had since the virus started and they were lovely. The man in there was very nice and polite and even brought them to the car for me. Will be going back again

Excellent fish and chips at a reasonsble price. Never boigjt anything but f & chips bit there is also a varief selection of other fast foods.

Ok I had chips with sausage and peas seemed ok but peas needed a bit of salt as bland and watery

Just had chips, mushy peas and scraps while passing through, but they were very fresh, done to a turn and very tasty. Thank you 👍😄

Good food , been several times 😁

£13.60 for fish chips and peas twice. Fish was greasy and dried up chips luke warm and we ate them straight away. More than half went in the bin
