Saucy Flo's in Canterbury

I visited Saucy Flo's with my wife on one of it's steak nights. We both had the Galican fillet and I can honestly say it was the best steak I have ever eaten. The quality of the local produce is amazing and coupled with the reasonable price, it just can't be beaten. It's rare to get such a great standard of food and good portions too. The waiting staff were so friendly and there was a lovely informal atmosphere. But the star of the show was definitely the food! We just about had enough room for puddings and managed to squeeze in a peach and blackberry cobbler and a chocolate brownie and both were delicious. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Went for dinner and had a wonderful evening. Food was yummy, prices were very affordable and service was super friendly. If you are driving, there's ample free parking onsite. Also great for breakfast and morning coffee, and lunch. Reservations are strongly recommended as they do get very busy. Highly recommended! 😋

A group of us regularly visit Saucy Flo’s on a Wednesday evening. The food is excellent quality & good value for money . They have an interesting & varied menu selection which often changes . Staff are friendly & attentive. The rugby club bar is open to serve drinks as well. They are also open most mornings serving the best breakfasts in Canterbury.

Have been to Saucy Flos many times now and the food and service are always exceptional. Sunday roasts are a real treat with generous portions and locally sourced food. Ted and the girls always make you feel welcomed and the vinyl background music is a great touch!

Wow! Gorgeous food, lovely staff, quick service, totally chill atmosphere AND reasonably priced! We had a great time and they were accommodating for dogs, children and vegetarians. We went for Sunday lunch, it's very straightforward you can pick from two meat options and they have lovely desserts. You will be very full!

Relaxed atmosphere in the rugby club with a sports bar vibe. Welcoming of children and dogs. Small menu of simple but well done roast dinners with local ingredients. Plenty of vegetables and extra gravy boat. Desserts were homemade and delicious. All the women serving were friendly and kind (including bar staff). Will definitely go again as great family spot overlooking the rugby ground. Booking required.

We went here for a Sunday roast on Father’s Day, the atmosphere is unmatched. We felt very welcome and was lovely to see that dogs were welcome too. The food was amazing and I couldn’t recommend it enough

Absolutely fabulous brisket of beef for me and turkey crown for my son. So much food. Top quality, rivals the best quality restaurants in the area.

We've been wanting to try Saucy Flo's for a while and booked Sunday roast lunch as a Father's Day treat. The atmosphere was relaxed, unhurried and friendly, with staff taking time to chat with customers while serving and vinyl records playing softly in the background. Drinks are served from the club bar with table service. Food is all prepared to order and sourced from local suppliers. To say portions are generous is an understatement! The meats (our party had turkey & beef) were superb, served with roast potatoes, Yorkshires, peas, carrots and broccoli, mashed swede with rosemary and cauliflower cheese. The vegetarian option was a risotto stuffed pepper with vegetable ragu and all the trimmings - even veggie roast potatoes! We had to leave room for dessert and opted for a trio of traybakes from a local bakery with ice cream, and Eton mess sundae. Both were delicious. As well as sweet choices there was a tempting cheeseboard option too. Very good value for money - we'll definitely be back. Plenty of parking on site. Booking recommended.

I highly recommend the Sunday Roast. The beef was amazing, along with the homemade Yorkshire puds and seasonal veggies, including cauliflower cheese. Ted and his team provided a highly efficient and friendly service and all at very reasonable prices. My friends and I will be returning to try a Saturday brunch.

Best breakfast I’ve had, still thinking about it 2 days later. Quiet place, food was amazing.

We booked breakfast for 12 of us as a family get together for my son's birthday. We were not disappointed. A little tricky to find to be fair, but we were given an extremely warm welcome into a really unexpectededly cosy cafe and what a lovely breakfast we had. Beautifully cooked and exceptional quality both the food and drink. Staff were brilliant and I thought it was a reasonable price for the quality we enjoyed. We will definitely return !!

Fantastic breakfast My husband and I have sampled many a breakfast out ,often in neighbouring towns such as Deal,Whitstable and Broadstairs This Breakfast surpassed every single one Lovely ingredients,piping hot,quick service with a smile Cannot praise enough even the Tea and Coffee was perfect We have found a gem and now are looking forward to sampling the Sunday Roast

I and 4 friends have just been here for Sunday lunch. I’m not one to leave gushing reviews online but I really felt I had to spread the word. Quite simply, that was the best piece of beef I have ever had. Beef and veg cooked to absolute perfection, with a delicious red wine gravy, fabulous desserts and very attentive staff. We will definitely be back.

It isn’t often that you find an absolute gem of an eatery, but we certainly did here. The staff are welcoming and the food is excellent. Burgers are out of this world - locally sourced ingredients and cooked to perfection. This was topped off with a homemade dessert. Prices are reasonable too. Why pay city centre prices and parking costs when you could be eating better food and lower prices here? Saucy Flo’s is not to be missed!

Absolutely fabulous breakfast! Be sure to book as it can get busy! This is our favourite place for breakfast. There is an enormous breakfast called “The front row” that none of us have managed to complete!

This is a great place for breakfast or evening meal. We had a fabulous experience on Steak night. Reasonably priced and amazing flavours. I almost don't want to share a review otherwise it may get too booked up! The breakfasts are generous portions and there is a challenge to see if you can eat 'The Front Row' which is an enormous cooked breakfast! Highly recommend a visit

Excellent steak and chips from saucy flos, with great beer from can't rugby bar. Highly recommend this place as best service and food I've had in a long time.
