Really tasty food with decent portions and a good well set out menu for different options. This was my first time but it won’t be the last 😀

The kebabs are pretty good! And the shami burger! It's a 3 star curry house with friendly employees and good kebabs

Appalling customer service My food was delayed and when asked them, they had all excuses, no phone calls to confirm delays of my food and they shockingly refused to send the food I paid for.shocking

This was the worst curry I have ever eaten. I ordered a garlic curry and a spicy curry and they both tasted exactly the same. Disgusting and I've had the runs all day after. The keema rice is absolutely vile. The lamb mince which is what it's supposed to be is just hard gristle and it's inedible. The meat samosa did have some nice flavours going on but all in all I would avoid this place completely if you're anything like me and love a good curry. I can't stress enough how horrible it was.

Food here is so nice, chips were fresh and crispy. the curry was so good. we also had a small kids pizza meal the pizza was fresh and nice. i liked how you get a big portion of chips, a drink with a lolly pop with kids meal. nice food would order again. 👍🏼

This is not a good asian takeaway ordered a vindaloo curry and got something less than a kurma in spice with a stale.nann brrad go to yoyr local fish and chip shop probably more sicy and fresh sterr clear not worth ordering

ordered a chicken kebab as well as other items,the the kebab was swimming in a watery sauce? it was so soggy and the nan was undercooked too,really disappointed.

Order was delivered 25 mins early (a good thing) and was really good.

Whilst been stationed at a temporary site doing security for the last month I have good food time and time again from sapphire. The food is amazing as is there customer service. I've even visited them on one occasion. Thanks for keeping me fed with great food. From The Man sat in the white car lol

Forgot part of my order, brought it back, it was cold, the naan was undercooked and instead of garlic mayo they put normal mayo in, not impressed, at least the delivery driver was nice

Not enough meat in curry. Portions small cold donner missed out Salad. But taste it good. Shame would have gone again but not sure now as couldn’t resolve by having drivers on time to redeliver.

Best Bangladeshi food ever. Tasted like home cooked food. Travel for work and these guys delivered the delicious takeaway ive had across Manchester. Honestly, try it yourself! Hope you guys branch out to Bradford!

Always tasty, hot and good food overall.

First time I'm not happy with my order. The doner meat is very greasy and full of small parts of bones. Chicken biryani almost have no chicken. And my balti vegetables swimming in oil. Garlic naan looks like it was reheated and is definitely not fresh.I'm really disappointed and will not order from this place anymore. We have to order from different places. Shame as this was our favourite place for takeaway

It would’ve been rated much higher if the food was hot. It was stone cold by the time it reached us and we had to warm it up. Having said that, once we’d warned it, it was lovely. It had the potential to score much higher if it irons out these problems.

1st time ordering here and will be the last. Delivery was over an hour. All the food was cold. Onions rings are terrible & chicken in the kebab tasted off.

We had the Sapphire chicken Balti Karahi. It was stunning. I asked for it authentic style. And wow it was stunning. Very authentic taste and the portion was huge. Will be ordering again. Also great customer service. Thank you guys

The meat was on the tough side with barely any in the curry. Lamb chops weren't the best either with them being mostly bone and fat. It was alright overall but not great, much better in the past.

We've been customers a very long time (over 10 years) and over the last couple of years the service has been hit and miss, and sadly we've ordered our last meal from here now. I think that as they've grown in popularity it feels like they take less care with each order. We've had everything from missing items, wrong ingredients (chicken when we paid for lamb or King prawn) but the most recent order actually made us laugh when we asked for kebab sauces (chilli and mint yogurt) to come in seperate pots to add ourselves so it didn't go soggy, and we received 1 pot with a small amount of both in together for a large kebab. Our order was over £25 and normally more, and it might sound silly but when you pay for a takeaway it's a treat and a luxury and you want to enjoy it. It felt like they went out of their way to do that to save a couple of pence, when they likely had pots of each already made up. Can't rely on them for good service anymore.

Never had Donner kebab that’s tasted and felt like rubber before

Went to collect the order to be told someone had already picked it up in our name, someone must of overheard us order it??? We had ordered on just eat for collection and that they don’t check the orders on the phone as they “trust the customer”. Then all hesitant to do anything about it looking at me like they’d expect me to leave without my order. Eventually said they would remake it after a bit of arguing. Collected 20 minutes later.

Customer service is shocking, standing there looking clueless like we was about to just walk out without the order. Took a bit of arguing to get them to remake it. They don’t even bother asking to see the order on the phone as they “trust there customers“. Eventually got it after being remade.

If I’m honest food has gone down hill and it’s tasteless when we had it I used to love it here but it seems to be lacking in flavour we got a South Indian garlic curry and it was so bland it’s unreal!!

The best place for a curry by far, everything is perfect every time we order! The onion bhaji’s and garlic naan in particular were exquisite!

Awful! This Is the very last time I order my MEAL with you!!!!!!! I had been waiting at the reception for 30 minutes 1805-1836 and nobody came! I called the restaurant and i was told the driver didnt see me and he decided to go! I spoke to the driver and he fist said he entered the reception and didnt see me then he told me that he was waiting in the car park because he was not allowed to park. Now to have my food I must pay for a new delivery or to go to the restaurant and collect It! What about my 14.70 GBP?

Wouldn't recommend this place unless you have run out of dog food. South Indian garlic chicken, chicken chat puri, and sauce with the tandoori mixed grill all taste the same, very bland, they seem to use the same base sauce for everything. Not good.
