I googled 'halal restaurant' close to Euston & out of the restaurants that came up in my searches, I chose this one. Mostly because it was aesthetically pleasing & knew my niece would love this. I took my niece last Saturday as part of her birthday surprise. Rafif welcomed us & allowed us to sit in the booth, despite it being just the 2 of us. It's definitely picturesque! Rafif took our order & when she served us, she suggest i recorded what she was about to do next. It was smoke coming out of this pot - so fancy! My niece loved it. Mocktail: I ordered the Bad B*itch which was good, but my niece's ordered Sapores Serum - which was even more delicious! Niece ordered chicken nuggets, chips & mac & cheese. I had eggs benedit with avocado & salmon. My niece ate everything (which is unusual!). I then surprised my niece with the birthday chocolate cake sparkle - it's worth getting fat for! (& i thought it was thoughtful when Rafif wished my niece happy birthday & even remembered her name from asking earlier... its the little things!). Rafif - thank you also for taking multiple photos & different angles of me and my niece 💞 Ps. If the owners are reading this, i made a reservation via OpenTable - but I didn't mention that when we walked in (my fault). When I got home, I think it came up on your system as non-attendance?! as I got an email saying I didn't turn up. Just an FYI if you can somehow bring it up so I can write a review on there too? No worries if it's not possible. Rafif - thank you again for an incredible & warm experience. I'll definitely visit again when I'm next in London.

I had an amazing time here! The shisha was top-quality – we smoked for over an hour, and it was still going strong. The guy responsible for the shisha was fantastic, always making sure we were treated well and keeping an eye on it to ensure everything was perfect. The juices and desserts we ordered were absolutely fabulous – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vibe and excellent service. Thank you, guys! Big love! ❤️

The meal was really delicious, I enjoyed every dish. However, I was disappointed with the juices served with ice, which had no flavor. The service was a major downside: the wait time to be served was very long, and the waitress was not at all friendly. Additionally, she forgot to take the full order, which meant one person was served after everyone else. Fortunately, they made up for it by offering the missing dish, which was appreciated. Overall, the experience could have been much better with more attentive and timely service.

The burgers are genuinely so underwhelming and average. Considering a basic chicken burger with fries is £17 alone, the burger is so dry and knacks. The best thing I ate was their £8 max and cheese and even then the portion size was tiny. The birthday service was dead too they thought they could sneak in a £16 service charge for handing us sprinklers. Don’t go if ur looking for ur moneys worth.

Me and my husband came here and it has been a brilliant experience. We are from Leicester and Birmingham. We are very impressed with the food and it was a quick service. They even added Nutella to the Biscoff pancakes when it wasn’t on their order. Prices match the quality of the food.

Rude staff, terrible customer service and the menu is very limited can’t even order properly. The restaurant is so tiny barely has any room. We got seated at a small table and asked to move to a bigger table but the staff were rude and said we had to order shisha to go to the bigger tables. Overall I do not recommend this restaurant 0 star rating.

To flee . We arrived in London for a week, we went to this Lounge restaurant, the service was super slow, we had to wait 30 minutes or more for a salad and bolognese pasta, there were other customers who arrived later us and they were served before us… the staff was super rude. When we don't want to work we stay at home.

Very good experience for the restaurant side, positive point because it is separated from the shicha corner. A big thank you to the waitress Rafif ! Best lounge in London I've been to for a while. Everything in this place is perfect.. tmosphere, food, shisha, service, staff, even the owners make you feel like home. I'm definitely going back again there soon, one time won't be enough..

There is no customer care, and the waiters are so arrogant as well as the security guy at the entrance. We had to wait for over two hours in coldness. The food is not as good as the pictures reflect. Please revise your ways of handling customers. Thank you

5 stars for the great service we received from Ely, she was friendly and attentive. Overall I’d give this place 4 stars as the interior and vibe was lovely, but price point was far too high for the food - which looked great but tasted pretty basic. Would recommend if you’re looking to dine somewhere that is instagramable :)

Absolutely love this place!! Especially for brunch- me and my friend went on a weekend a couple weeks ago and we couldn’t believe how amazing the food was and the two girls who served us were so kind and beautiful! Couldn’t recommend it enough- I can’t wait to try the shisha next time I come 😻

Service staff were quite rude to our group and bearing in mind we arrived at an early and not busy time only for Shisha and a place to watch the football. Their ‘policies’ as that kept repeating meant we had to order shisha per person even though some of our group didn’t want to smoke. They were also very funny with wearing caps even though we were dressed decently. All in all that’s not how to run a business by kicking patrons out half way through their stay because of ‘policy’. Maybe have a look at changing the the policy to not hassle guests and the staff.

The establishment was much more beautiful in the pictures than in reality. The drinks are not worth the money because they tasted like regular compote. Therefore, I was disappointed, but then they brought pasta, which tasted great and, what I liked, was a large portion. The presentation is beautiful😇

The food was amazing, and so were the drinks. The only negative was when they brought out a slice of cake with the sparklers for one of our the groups birthday we thought it was a nice gesture from them until we got the bill and was charged £15 for a slice of cake

Cute spot to come chill. The music and food was good. They don’t serve liquor but I believe you can bring your own and just pay a fee. Workers were very nice and helpful! Will definitely come here every time I am in London

Fantastic venue on the high street, super stylish and a good choice on the menu. Stopped in today with a friend for brunch and I must say the hostess on the entrance had such a nice manner, welcoming and didn’t pressure us. She advised the whole menu was halal and happy to help anyway she can with the menu. Some light entertainment was given at the table with dry ice smoke, overall a lively brunch and I will be back for sure! 💫

Great service and tasty food. The restaurant looks great. The service was fast. The drinks are cool and tasty. The only thing is the nicer part of the restaurant seems to be the sisha lounge. Which is disappointing for those who don't want cancer and enjoy the food.

If I could 0 stars I would. The place is so tiny and claustrophobic the food is mediocre and expensive. The place is freeeezing. The staff are rude. We got forced to get shisha. The shisha was dead. The burger buns a black and the burger was burnt. They tried to overcharge for food we didn’t received then said they were keeping it for us to take away. No one asked for a takeaway. Overpriced and horrible customer service. Had the cheek to ask for service charge. Avoid at all costs.

Me and my friends were running a litte late to our booking so we called up and they were so understanding about it, which was really nice of them. The restaurant itself has such a lovely vibe and the decorations are so beautiful. You can get some really nice pics for the gram. The food was 10/10 and I would definitely recommend the pistachio cake. It's hands down the BEST cake I've ever had 🙌. The staff are really nice and welcoming. They're also really polite and helpful. We also got our food pretty quickly. And overall it wasn't that expensive. Definitely worth it! Also, the playlist was amazing. Full on vibes 🔥. Honestly I would definitely recommend this to others and go here again. Thank you for such a lovely evening. 😊

Average brunch First of all we had to wait 30 minutes to be served after our order It is true that the dishes are very well presented "instagrammable" but it is much more pretty than good, too bad! And the price remains quite high for what it is, 65 pounds for the meal in the photo...

Staff were friendly and accommodating, but it seemed a little unnatural. They were saying and doing all the right things, but lacked any smiles which was odd. My friend and I ordered starter, mains, and drinks together. We waited approximately 45 minutes for 1 single starter to arrive (halloumi fries), which I found far too long for a single starter dish. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, with only a few customers. Drinks and mains came soon after which were just okay. Drinks were standard and the chicken thighs meal was nice, but the marinade lacked a ‘wow’ factor. This may be a strange description, but it had a ‘homemade’ style of taste, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but not what I was looking for in such a nice restaurant. We asked for extra ketchup/mayo which the waitress struggled to understand for some reason and needed to take two trips to bring them to our table…. But she was friendly and helpful. We also asked for tap water and were so disappointed. There was an extremely foul smell from both glasses of tap water; we were unsure if this was from the water or glass itself but regardless, it was extremely off putting from what was a decent meal. Once we had finished eating our mains, a different waitress had come to us with the bill (before we had even asked for it) which I found rude. As mentioned, the restaurant wasnt busy so it didn’t seem as though there was a rush to get customers seated. We werent intending on having desserts, but perhaps we would have if we spent some more time there? Anyways, we took the opportunity to let the waitress know about the foul-smelling tap water and while it took her by surprise, she wasn’t too apologetic about it. We had asked her to smell them for herself but she did not. We then decided not to pay the discretionary service charge. Overall, we weren’t pleased with the service/quality, but it’s a nice spot for pictures.

Stunning design and very friendly staff. My pistashio cake was beyond beautiful and yummy, latte was done exactly the way I love. I also went for a shisha session and it was easy to smoke, very nice flavour and well done! Fab experience, highly recommend. Pricey but worth it!

Came after not having had Shisha for two years during lockdown, so was very excited. It’s had a refurbishment and so looks great, almost like a relaxing club setting. Staff are extremely friendly and helped pick out our ideal shisha flavours. They also regularly checked in on us and were fantastic all round! The Shisha itself was reasonably priced, with great flavour and lasted a long time. A great place to spend time relaxing with friends - highly recommended!

Beautiful place and the food is gourmet quality, but the burger was a bit too oily, maybe they can drain it a little before serving? Also I've never seen a cheesecake price this high even at top gourmet places. Around the £3-4 mark for a slice of cheesecake would be perfect for this place. If they had deals as well like special of the month or something to have a full meal combo like "burger + chips + drink for £15" if you pick a selected one, it would definitely appeal to more customers like myself. Other than that, lovely service and friendly staff

I went with 2 friends and the only thing I can say is the place is lovely with all the decoration so if what you want to do is only pics beautiful I must say we didnt have shisha cuz of the goverment restrictions of covid so I cant valuate that but really poor service they dont look after the costumer we were 3 tables only and at least 2 waiter where there so they could perfectly look after the people they didnt ask if everything was okay, we didnt even watch them more than twice in the hour we were there and the moment the were comong to 1 table the 3 tables were calling them ,they didnt check if everything was okay with the food, really overprice the salmon was dry and overcook, the portion of humus was ridiculous, but the sweet potato fries were nice I definetly do not recommend it

Avoid. And beware they opened this new google page because of number of bad reviews on the previous one so check it out :-) Now you get offered a discount for a good review.

Absolutely stunning decor, every corner is Instagramable. 10/10 food. I would personally recommend the lamb chops/steaks can't go wrong. . cooked to perfection MEAT HEAVEN!!! Moving onto the mojito's my personal favourite was the strawberry mojito. finally the dessert I opted for the biscoff cheesecake.. banging!!! MISS IT .. MISS OUT!!! Cant wait to go back there soon.

This is definitely a date night place. Brought my girlfriend here on the other njght and absolutely loved it. And you can tell this place is rated - the tables were fully booked and everyone looked like they were having a good time. Such a vibeeee I needed to amend my booking to come slightly later, and contacted them via Instagram. They responded straight away and were more than happy to try and help. And given they were so busy, we really appreciated it. The food here is BANGING. The lamb chops were too good. Had it with a side of sweet potato fries. They’re also serving Milkcakes, which my gf was so happy with. She had the Butterfly chicken and said it was really tasty. Definitely coming back, as I know they serve shisha once the restrictions are lifted and also have an indoor restaurant. Defo worth a trip down 🤙🏽🤙🏽

I came here for Iftar (breaking Ramadan fast) with the girls. WOWWW! it is so so beautiful. So many places you can take instagram pictures. The food is halal and super tasty. I had the Sapores Burger, another friend had the lamb chops (which looks so so good) and another had the Steak. My friend with the steak said it was cooked just as she wanted and was super juicy. We had milk cakes for dessert which was Yum. I would recommend going and will be coming back with the girls (and a better camera lens for even more pics!!) xx
