Went for some food for me and the partner just after 9 o clock. The partner wanted a cheeseburger was told they don't have cheeseburger. Then went on to request 2 chicken burgers were told they didn't even have that. They only had chicken on the bone left. I agreed to take 2 portions of that, parts of the chicken were still pink! Didn't even have the option if we wanted chip spice to be added was just done anyway. Was asked if we wanted sauce the answer was no but still did it anyway. Despite that there were people eating in with chicken nuggets and burgers ect. Just pure ignorant in my opinion. If you barely have any food, decent food left to sell then you close it's that simple. By far the worst 10 pounds I've ever spent.

yesterday my husband took food from this place, two cheeseburgers and fried chicken wings and legs, all night my husband stayed in the toilet with diarrhea, and my dog ​​vomited all night. I WILL NEVER GET FOOD FROM THERE AGAIN.

Rude staff, not taking credit card payment and asking for exact payment in cash. Food is cold overall it needs revisiting from EHO. The place looked grubby, staff operating the cash till were also handling food and not washing hands in-between taking food orders and handling money. Overall after my experience I would avoid this place like the plague

They used to be amazing first when they opened, they had good prices and the quality of food was good. After some time it's gotten worse, they started to sacrifice quality for profit, the burger patties started tasting different like pulled straight out of freezer, the meat has gotten lower quality and new guys behind the counter barely spoke english

You can't get anywhere food for such a cheap price and more quantity and good taste, but the only thing is they'll be too busy that after 8 pm there won't be much menu left coz most of the food items and ingredients will be finished, So go early and enjoy their good food.

Online there are two different menus, one for dining and one for takeout so I was confused and needed to know which menu was correct for dining in for my mums birthday. I rang the restaurant to enquire this and the person on the phone told me that they don’t have a menu at the restaurant..then put the phone down on me. Completely unprofessional and rude

I only give 1 review cause couldn't go lower on here. The review is not for the standard of food it's for the bald man that works on the till smallish in height! So rude it's unreal has so much attitude snatches your money slams your change! No please thank you! Looks miserable and looks at you like why you here!!!!! I ordered chicken in nan bread and got it with french fries. I asked to replace the dish with chicken with naan bread because I am allergic to fries and I cannot eat fries and I got them back and the bread was thrown into the second container.The food went to the bin.

I have bought food from here a few time an had no issues as a good price and friendly, however bought food Herr today and found not just hair in my food found a lump of hair that must have been put in, and i will never eat there again.

shocking to say the least, i normally go here and it isnt too bad for the price but today i bought the mountain burger and it was horrible dry chicken with a hash brown on top no cheese nothing and the burger bun was actually hard like it had been microwaved not to mention the mad amount of chip spice on the chips defo wont come back again 🤢🤮🤮🤢🤢
