Celebratory meal with family. Thoroughly enjoyed by all. Food was amazing service great even though very busy. Highly recommend and will definitely go back. Thank you.

Good food and good service. Only criticism is the Moussaka was a bit bland and lacked much flavour. It was a big enough portion for me but not for anyone with a hearty appetite. Service was good and staff very helpful and efficient. I would visit again and make a different choice.

My experience at Santorini Bar & Grill was appalling. We ordered gyros, and to our disgust, there was hair mixed in with the chips — completely unacceptable and a major health concern. But the worst part was seeing our bill come to £42.18, with over £3 tacked on as a service charge. Why should I pay for service when the entire experience was ruined? The service charge should be optional, not forced onto customers, especially when there’s no effort to ensure customer satisfaction. The restaurant is there to serve, and I already paid for the meal — adding a service charge on top of that, without any justification, is outrageous. This experience has left a terrible impression, and I won’t be returning. I don’t recommend going there at all

Santorini Bar and Grill exceeded my expectations for a Greek dining experience. The combination of authentic flavors, inviting atmosphere, and attentive service made for a memorable evening. The food, (mixed gyros), was delicious. The sides, (portion of fries). was pathetic and cold! If the portion of fries had have been hot and of a reasonable size would have been 5 stars

The food was super tasty! Was surprised to see they could deliver to us as we are abit further away but the food came in good time and we enjoyed every bit of it! Looking forward to visiting the restaurant sometime soon for our next fix 😊

Food was poor. Definitely NOT proper Greek food - more like boring old Turkish. Starter was small and the dolmades were abysmal. If you are seeing this review, I would urge you to try somewhere else.

Staff were friendly and checked in during meal, food and drink mostly good, just a little pricey and I'd rather choose myself what to tip than it be built in as a 10% service charge on top of what's already full whack prices. Instagram friendly decor if that's your thing. Chicken Hydra, Beef Stifado, Baklava

Super fast and attentive service throughout, even topped up our Prosecco glasses for us. The food was tasty, portion sizes decent - the gyros were good ratios of sauce and fillings. Thoroughly enjoyable evening

Had a lovely time here at Santorini with work colleagues. I’ve been here multiple times prior and everytime the service is exceptional and the food is great! Couldn’t recommend it more :)

I’m not one to be a complainer but, food was luke warm, limited chips on side. And the delivery driver no interaction or eye contract, just handed me the food. I don’t order takeaways much but this wasn’t a pleasant experience. Food tasty but I’d expect a bit more for price I paid.

Been loyal customers here for years and visit monthly . Visited today to celebrate my son’s birthday. Unfortunately the Service was absolutely awful. Wasn’t as busy as a usual Saturday night, the person who was supposed to be serving us was away with the fairy’s couldn’t remember what we ordered. Brought 3 of our meals out could clearly see that my son(child’s) meal wasn’t brought out and said “you’ve got everything “ errr… no we haven’t my child is missing a meal. Clearly stated that we’re celebrating my son’s birthday within the booking notes and as we entered the restaurant. They usual put a birthday song on. Failed to remember! Service seems to have gone down during our last two visits. Used to be one of favourite restaurants, really hope my comments are noted and they get back to how they have been over the years. Won’t be visiting for a while.

Terrible value for money. The hummus portion was tiny and the falafels poor (and small), with little filling. £21 for this meal is just robbery. Will not be ordering again.

Wow it’s a lovely place, nice interior, nice Greek foods, but it’s quite long wait food service. Quite small portion for the price. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Food was delivered disassembled - slopped all over the tray and cold.

We grabbed a takeout from here last night and the food is delicious and fresh ! Portion sizes very generous and the staff very friendly.

Only been here once but definitely on the returns list. 3 of us, 3 different starters and mains and 6 totally empty plates went back to the kitchen. There were plenty of other things we all wanted to try too.

A lovely place to eat. Came over from Manchester for Mothers Day to visit my daughter and what a find. Worth the trip. Lovely food, attentive staff and lovely place.

Food look good and that is one thing I can say good about this place. We order Lamb musaka and Mixed Souvlaki. Musaka was ok but without any revelation could be a little bot warmer, but Mixed Souvlaki was very bad. For 21£ you will get 4 small pieces of chicken and Lamb i think , saying small pieces I mean a little bit bigger then nuggets. Meat was not seasoned and very dry. With this you will get cold rice and two tiny portion of tzatzyki and Salsa🤦‍♀️ we order as well for Mixed Souvlaki portion fries with we never get and on meantime we ask for them at least twice. Drink was served when we was on half way to eat food and as well after asking them where are our drink with we order together with food. Food was serve literally 10 minutes after we order so we was a bit sceptical if they are made fresh🤨 nobody come to us even once to ask if everything is ok. When we ask for bill missing portion of fries still was there so we ask for remove this and as well for removing service charge , coz they literally just take our order and bring food, waitress look at us like we literally at this moment slap her in face. With I don’t understand coz she did not put any effort in her job. Overall rating 2 stars just coz place look nice inside.

Birthday visit - 1st time. Will defo return!!

Delivery driver text me and called to say outside rather than knocking on the door. When we went to door he pulled up on pavement and tried to pass it through the window of the car and when he couldn’t reach repeatedly asked me to step outside for it and was incredibly reluctantly to actually deliver our food. A really weird experience

Had a busy few days travelling, thought we'd treat ourselves when we got home. Haven't ordered from you in a while and certainly won't again! Half the food was all over the bottom of the carrier bag, not one of the fries was in its box, the moussaka was halfway out of its container and the food was nearly cold - despite a less than 10 minute journey. One half of the thrown around moussaka was a great big lump of solid, plain lamb mince, almost an unflavoured burger! Waste of good money!

Absolutely fantastic 👏 A really gorgeous place! The food, the service & the atmosphere is just fabulous. All 5 of us had a range of drinks & food & all of us were very happy. Two of us even fashioned a gluten free version of their giros! We ordered GF Hummus with GF toast starter & a chicken souvlaki main & built our own! Attentive service & the atmosphere is like being in a Greek restaurant IN GREECE!! Love the authenticity & we had a lovely time. Thank you. I highly recommend Santorini & will definitely be back.

Very good quality of the food, clean, tasty, and also really kind and patient staff even to more difficult customers! I remember also recently I was trying to speak quickly on the phone because I had little credit remaining on my phone, but the staff was so helpful and trying to help me with what I needed. Didn't think we'd get a space for 6 people last minute and couldn't reserve through their website less than 2 hours before reservation. Rang the restaurant and the staff were lovely and more than accommodating for what turned out to be a really busy night. The staff welcomed us and sat us down very promptly, drinks were with us in no time, food was amazing and all reasonably priced for the cocktails and food we had ! Definitely highly rated this place and will recommend and visit again. Thank you team.

The service, food and atmosphere were all incredible. The waitresses were very welcoming and noticed that it was my birthday and without being prompted brought a cake and sang happy birthday to me which was really thoughtful and made our evening.

Waitress was lovely but added a surprise service charge to the bill! I ordered the chicken souvloki. Was bo dry no sauce and pieces were just not soft. Won't be going there again.

We had the vegetarian meze and baklava delivered and I can honestly it is the best meal I have had all year. I normally enjoy a takeaway, but with this meal I found myself savouring it throughout the whole experience. The baklava was the perfect finish. Amazing range of dips, bread was flavourful and skin on fries cooked to perfection. The whole meal was so light and refreshing- we are already looking at coming direct to the restaurant for our date night!

The food here is fantastic and they have some delicious cocktails. Lovely place to go for dinner or a date as the inside is nicely decorated.

We had the large mixed platter which was distinctively average. The meat was quite dry, and every bit of the dish was pretty flavourless and under seasoned. We have had much better takeaway meze at a fraction of the price. The side salad however was pretty good. The waitress didn’t really know anything about the dish, so the hidden service charge was a bit of a waste as well.

Fantastic restaurant great food great drink the smell of fresh food as you walk in is bliss staff very polite and attentive owner walking round and helping and doing the best he can perfect approach. The chicken saluvaki was as good as the one I had in Greece fresh char grilled tender chicken and of course calamari I recommend this place 100%

First ever visit for our wedding anniversary. Warm friendly greeting and escorted to our table which we had booked. The whole experience was amazing from the decor to the end of our visit. Thankyou to all the staff you are all wonderful.Very highly recommend and will definitely dine again.

Ordered a takeaway from here. We had the chicken gyros with added pork, and the sausage and halloumi gyros with added chicken. Great portion the meat was delicious and plenty of sauce. Everything did arrive cold.. thanks to Uber Eats. We had to heat it up in the oven. We also ordered the Greek salad, which was nice. And the hummus… it was overpriced for us and not as nice as I make it homemade (personal opinion!). We’d definitely order from here again or visit the restaurant.

I did have to wait.. mainly because of Just Eat delivery people, but the food from Santorini was delicious. Clean and tasty .. and the Baklava was out of this world. I will absolutely order from them again. Excellent!

I don’t know what to say really!! The food was just ok really. Im from Thessaloniki and know Greek food. I wouldn’t say it was bad just maybe not how I like my mousaka and way to much garlic and the sweet potato fries weren’t cooked properly. And I must say the portion size for 12 quid isn’t great.
