Santino's Pizza in Kirklees

Yesterday, I got a pizza and a burger and some chips literally after I have eaten the food been sick everything came back out. I don’t know what kind of food you guys selling is disgusting horrible Pay £16 for nothing I wouldn’t never recommend this place

Bad Food. This place should be closed permanently. Had a burger tonight that tasted like it was grilled in the past century and then frozen and then warmed up for me. It didn’t taste of anything! Plus the chips tasted like they had been in a solution or something and was not cleaned correctly. Avoid

Food was fresh, very tasty and good quality. Really good takeaway! Try it you won’t be disappointed

Excellent food, one of the best pizzas I've had. although delivery was late I got an update and an apology. It was new years day so expected it to busy. Will certainly order from in the future.

Beautiful food, i was recommended this place by a friend and it's now my go to place for food! Chicken kofta kebab and Peperoni pizza are delicious! Food was delivered hot and well within the estimated delivery time! Thanks guys ill be back again next week 👌👌

The tub of tomato ketchup was not sealed properly and had spilt all over the tubs and into the meal of the tomato allergic person. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Not happy. They had to leave their meal.

Food as usual was spot on, we ordered the Chicken Parmesan (a new favourite), a kids burger meal and a Golden Grill stuffed crust pizza. Always delivered with a smile.

Terrible pizza, I’ve honestly had better bought from supermarkets. Ordered deep pan but received thin and crispy. Tasted of nothing. smallest portion of cheesy chips I’ve ever had and cold. The advertised 1.5l bottles were 1.25l so ended up paying £5 for 2.5l of coke. Oh and they had run out of one of the toppings for pizza so decided to send me some dry chocolate fudge cake instead! 🤷🏼‍♂️ only thing that was ok was the chilli sauce. Worst takeaway I’ve had as long as I can remember. AVOID!!

Best pizzas around for us, friendly staff and great service! Kebabs are quality too and the burgers never disappoint!! Keep up the good work guys.

Waited almost 2 hours for just mediocre food. I stupidly talked myself out of Dominos to try here due to recommendations, but wish I didn’t bother. The delivery length was ridiculous and unacceptable, made even worse by JustEats policies which trap you as a customer when trying to raise an issue as they refuse to help until the ever moving and changing delivery slot time has passed.

Really unhappy, paid £13.50 for a pizza, I can all smushed up in the box, and paid £2.50 extra for tomato on the pizza and got 1 slice!! Usually love this place but really Annoyed and won’t be ordering again

I wouldn’t order again, pizza arrived squashed in the box, there was a lack of flavour, pretty poor quality for an Italian. We added extra meats but there wasn’t any and paid an extra £2.50 per meat

This Creamy Spinach Tortellini pasta is a quick 30 minutes meal. Unfortunately it arrived, dry, burnt, overcooked and tasteless, nothing near to the meal my mother and grandmother used to cook. Very disappointed and not as good as the cheap supermarket micro meal.

half cooked chips and burnt pizza , the toping was all over the box. looked like it had been squashed. shame as used to be a good spot. won't be using it again

Absolutely amazed by the quality, taste and everything that came with the Parmesan chicken it’s so tender juicy and fulfilling filled with flavours. Santinos has done an amazing job thankyou very much would definitely recommend to everyone.

Blind ordered. Everything I ordered was absolutely spot on care taken to make sure didn’t go soggy on route. Leaving salad separate to kebbab. Perfect. Only thing was out side the delivery time but when the foods it doesn’t really matter. Will def order again.

Made an order tonight, I was told my order would arrive by 23:40.. my order has not arrived and I have tried to ring the takeaway numerous times and it says on Google it has now shut! Disgusting and disappointing service. I am now out of pocket also, do NOT recommend

Over an hour late, pizza was overcooked and bone dry. Garlic bread had no garlic! Chicken was okay, onion rings were soggy and congealed. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

At 17:30 we were told that the order would arrive at 18:50 at the latest. At 19:00 we messaged them and was told that it would be here by 19:35 at the latest. When calling them the phone just rang & rang, we hadn't got a clue what was happening. We then asked for our money back via the app so that we could go elsewhere and this was refused. The pizzas turned up just before 9pm- three and a half hours after we had ordered them. The delivery guy was very polite & apologised for the delay.

Deliver time was changed three times via just eat app, didn't change to preparing once and I called after the second and third time to be told it was in the kitchen. Food arrived lukewarm, over an hour and half from the final delivery time (time stated 8.20pm but food didn't arrive till around 9.40pm..) Pasta dish also had mushrooms in and the wrap had salad despite asking in the notes for these to be removed (we've ordered the same from here before lots of times previously and it hasn't been an issue) Was promised a discount on the phone but driver asked for the full amount when he arrived.. unsure if we'll be ordering from again anytime soon as we're a little disappointed

food was very nice, 🌶 sauce missing and salad. they had a 40% discount offer on so we're very busy. the delivery chap apologises for the late delivery. will order again.

it was really warm when arrived and the chips were nice, also good price for the quantity, however I feel like they forgot the became sauce and it was also very over cooked. I would order again on the hope that it was a one time thing, but it was edible..

Had a long gap before ordering again, but taste is still the same, delicious. And Santino's naans is one of the best in the Huddersfield. Soft, fluffy and tasty...ckecks all the boxes. Keep it up!

Poor quality food. Ordered 2 burgers, paid extra for cheese which I didn’t get and the chips were soggy, not cooked. They also missed 2 cakes that I paid for but did arrange delivery of cakes ASAP after I called but forgot the cream I paid extra for.

Quality burger. Incredible calzone. Highly recommend if you like both of those things.
