half cooked chips and burnt pizza , the toping was all over the box. looked like it had been squashed. shame as used to be a good spot. won't be using it again

Absolutely amazed by the quality, taste and everything that came with the Parmesan chicken it’s so tender juicy and fulfilling filled with flavours. Santinos has done an amazing job thankyou very much would definitely recommend to everyone.

Blind ordered. Everything I ordered was absolutely spot on care taken to make sure didn’t go soggy on route. Leaving salad separate to kebbab. Perfect. Only thing was out side the delivery time but when the foods it doesn’t really matter. Will def order again.

Made an order tonight, I was told my order would arrive by 23:40.. my order has not arrived and I have tried to ring the takeaway numerous times and it says on Google it has now shut! Disgusting and disappointing service. I am now out of pocket also, do NOT recommend

Over an hour late, pizza was overcooked and bone dry. Garlic bread had no garlic! Chicken was okay, onion rings were soggy and congealed. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Deliver time was changed three times via just eat app, didn't change to preparing once and I called after the second and third time to be told it was in the kitchen. Food arrived lukewarm, over an hour and half from the final delivery time (time stated 8.20pm but food didn't arrive till around 9.40pm..) Pasta dish also had mushrooms in and the wrap had salad despite asking in the notes for these to be removed (we've ordered the same from here before lots of times previously and it hasn't been an issue) Was promised a discount on the phone but driver asked for the full amount when he arrived.. unsure if we'll be ordering from again anytime soon as we're a little disappointed

At 17:30 we were told that the order would arrive at 18:50 at the latest. At 19:00 we messaged them and was told that it would be here by 19:35 at the latest. When calling them the phone just rang & rang, we hadn't got a clue what was happening. We then asked for our money back via the app so that we could go elsewhere and this was refused. The pizzas turned up just before 9pm- three and a half hours after we had ordered them. The delivery guy was very polite & apologised for the delay.

food was very nice, 🌶 sauce missing and salad. they had a 40% discount offer on so we're very busy. the delivery chap apologises for the late delivery. will order again.

it was really warm when arrived and the chips were nice, also good price for the quantity, however I feel like they forgot the became sauce and it was also very over cooked. I would order again on the hope that it was a one time thing, but it was edible..

Had a long gap before ordering again, but taste is still the same, delicious. And Santino's naans is one of the best in the Huddersfield. Soft, fluffy and tasty...ckecks all the boxes. Keep it up!

Poor quality food. Ordered 2 burgers, paid extra for cheese which I didn’t get and the chips were soggy, not cooked. They also missed 2 cakes that I paid for but did arrange delivery of cakes ASAP after I called but forgot the cream I paid extra for.

Quality burger. Incredible calzone. Highly recommend if you like both of those things.

Disgustingly rude. They put someone in the phone who's English was not the best, he got my order wrong and then got rude to me! It was a collection order, if I would have had it delivered I would have been done for. There was no respect or apology, just blame. And very very rude. Not a professional team at all. None of them have a clue what is going on. And the worst part is, the food was actually really nice! So it's just a massive shame. But it's not worth it when the staff are so rude.

The quality of food what really good although there was no cheese on my chips, the pizza was lukewarm and we had 1 out 4 of the garlic mayo sauces which we bought.

I ordered a Hotshot pizza with stuff crust. The pizza came without the stuff crust and was extermely spicy with no taste. As a long term customer, I was extremely disappointed with the food quality as well as the service.

The pizza was fantastic, delicious and generous in size for price. However, the Southern fried chicken was frozen, hard and tasteless with thick, hard batter.

The delievery was on the dot,(early ETA), the food looked good, smelt good and tasted great, will be ordering again.

Usually love the pizza but today the veggie one seemed abit bland compared to how it usually tastes. Felt like something was missing.

Usually very good from here but tonight it was very late and unfortunately burnt. It won’t stop us ordering again as everyone can have a bad night but it might be a while.

Made an order online and waited an hour and didn’t show up so I rang them at least 10 times and when they finally answered the had no recollection of my order and ended up putting the phone down on me. Never order from them again.
