Santinos Fast Food in Leeds

used to order all the time. but the food has gone down hill . portion sizes are now tiny . amd the price has gone up. Will be finding a new takeaway

How can you serve mouldy food! What is wrong with you! I'll be coming up to the shop later for a refund on my pizza I got last night. Disgusting place. £13.50 for a small milkshake and a mouldy pizza! Livid is not the word.

Absolutely vile got a king kebab for 12.99 on friday got the worst case of food poisoning ever 48hr later still bed riddon in agony been to hospital it that bad first time eating there never again .

Paid £9.50 for an American kebab. Absolute rip off, you get more food in a medium kebab. Cheesey chips wouldn't feed a 3yr old.

Chicken was undercooked and soggy we had to wait 45 minutes for the chicken to be done Because they ran out. the chips was soggy and cold. the pop corn chicken was dry and hard a wast of £17 the only good thing about it was the drinks

Don't normally complain and ordered from here before but chips were freezing bread bun was soggy and chicken didn't smell right poor portions for price

This takeaway is 100% the best in this area always comes as you ask it and never a problem

I asked for cheesy chips and there was no cheese the kebab was really dry the just eat app said my collection was ready at 16:55 however they didn’t open the shutter till 17:05

Tried once not for me ordered a meat feast pizza was hardly any toppings and a kebab which meat was cheap and thin

Firstly the delivery driver was a bit miffed that I was not going to come to him and collect the order, I did place the order for delivery. Getting onto the food, it was half of what I ordered with some random chicken thrown in. Clearly have not read the order I placed and just a pot luck on what you get. Yoghurt sauce was curdled and definitely out of date and the taste of all the food was so bad I didn't eat any of it. Sad that this passes for food really, come on at least act like you want to make good food

I have always ordered them but unless you want a good pizza avoid anything else! The manger argued with me over my order and refused to to help! Been ordering from them then just year now! Won’t order again

Food was nice and fresh but the portions a bit small. Also more chilli sauce would be nice. Other than that, very nice food thanks.

Brilliant food always spot on but going down hill fast I ordered a monster kebab on nan and there was nothing monster about it there was a child's portion of donner meat hardly no chips and when I phoned up to see why the guy on the phone was really rood to me arguing will never order again so people I wouldn't even waste your money

Santino's has been our go to takeaway for over 10 years, the food is always hot, on time & good quality. We ordered tonight - Donner kebab and Donner wrap meal and they were like children's portions. I couldn't believe how little Donner meat was in the wrap when I opened it to put sauce on. Plus we were a sauce down that we'd paid for as well. As tasty as it was, £18 for 2 child sized portions is a joke. We're now on the lookout for a new takeaway. Highly disappointed

Well what can I say. I asked if I could order a monster kebab with two pittas instead of nan and they said no which is fine so I paid extra for a pitta. The bill came to 13 pounds 40 and when it arrived what a joke. It came in a standard kebab box with separate chips inside a pitta when it usually comes in a calzone box. I rung them back up and they said they had sacked the last chef for giving too much food. Honestly the portion size was a absolute joke and il never order from there again. 10 years I've been loyal not any more.... Be warned they're ripping people off!

Can’t fault at all everyone was happy with the food they had they did miss a kebab meat & chips off order phoned & sorted fast. fresh chilli sauce which is hard to find these days. Best around LS15

Second time at this place as I thought the first time may have just been a bad day advice to you people is pass itby and go somewhere else food was very poor both times needless to say won't be going again

Would normally be 5 star but now I have to give a 4 at a push. Have a differant chef and the food just isn’t the same. The prices have gone up bloody loads talking a couple of quid not just a £1 or 50p. And portions a lot smaller. Kids meals gone from £3.50 to £5 odd. Was a regular and would order at least once a week but unfortunately can’t afford the new prices especially when the quantity and quality has gone down

Have used this place for around 6 years but no more. All prices gone up, yes I know prices are rising however the kebabs are now half the size. Went for pizza, drivers now taking orders asked for garlic margarita with extra pepperoni, I got 2 pizzas one garlic margarita and one pepperoni. It took so long that my partners pizza was stone cold and had to cook it again when we got home. PS 1.50 for 6 prices of pepperoni, 1.50 for extra garlic. No not for me, maybe when I go on a diet cause most of it went in bin also think they have over ordered on cheese as must have 3lb on my pizza.

Last night, not only did I find one but I found TWO hairs on my pizza. My friends got sick today after eating from there so I wouldn't recommend

Stay away if you don’t want rubbish food

Always absolutely spot on I get other takeaways and they arrive soggy. Santinos is definitely always cooked to perfection the portion sizes are good and they cook the food bang on every time. Also can't beat the garlic mayo dip they do just spot on 10 out of 10 every time

Have just made our first order from Santinos and WOW. The food was amazing will definitely be ordering from here again and will be recommending it to our friends and family.

Recently ordered for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised! Delicious chicken, huge meal portions and the most divine milkshake I've had in a long time. We will definitely be going back.

Best pizza! Ordered about 3/4 times recently and it’s been great every time!

i've given it an extra star as I live quite far away from them, normally wouldn't order but the deal from uber eats struck me as worth a punt. Pizza tasted much like what i could get from a supermarket for less then £2 though. The bases didnt taste fresh, more like a frozen pre-made base and the toppings much the same. If i'm paying these sorts of prices, i'm expecting freshly made food and thats not what I feel like I got. the sauces were kinda bland, the cheese mostly tasteless...these were not good pizzas. The chips weren't chrisp either, just soggy mush and the packaging in the bottom had melted which put me off finishing them.

Worst pizza I have ever had delivered not cooked and did not taste like pizza everything was clap cold after 1 hour 40 mins waiting time.

Fantastic service, delivery is always on time, the fried chicken and the fudge cake are awesome.

Had an excellent deep pan takeaway from them this is the first one I've had from here, I have usually only had an odd kebab before. Very polite and happy to help, would recommend them. Best pizza I've had since leaving Bedford

Worst takeaway I've ever had, it was flat cold when it arrived and it was delivered by a guy with terrible manners. I don't even think the bin enjoyed it. Waste of money threw it all away.

Ordered for a time when I'd be able to collect it, they made it 15minutes early and I couldn't come get it any faster, almost cold when I fnally got it, besides the temperature though, it was really good food.

Not happy and will definitely not use again did not deliver everything we paid for it arrived late when we asked them to deliver what was missing we was told it would take an hour so we asked for money back for items that was missing thay said thay would but never turned up with money so people ordering form here check that you've got everything before you pay
