Staff and service was terrible, always having to get there attention to get served, festive menu and normal menu offered but you had to choose from the same menu , never heard of that ever before, sea bass dry and over cooked pasta overrated, definitely overpriced and overrated

Absolutely superb Xmas lunch here with work colleagues. There was around 20 of us so a big table but the service was bang on. There was constantly people floating about making sure we had drinks etc. I never had to wait in between pints for another arriving. Food was fantastic. To start I had the pancia di maiale which was beautiful slow cooked pork belly - absolutely delicious. For the main I had the turkey (tacchino di natale). The main was tasty too although it didn’t look particularly pretty on the plate. Pudding was a sticky toffee pudding which again was delicious and a nice way to finish the meal. Thoroughly enjoyed everything and would absolutely visit again.

Well what can I say, after trying to get a booking for a party of 8 for around 7pm and being told the only time they had was 4:15pm, I thought this place had to be good. Wow we weren't disappointed, but the only downfall was the waiting area is very small and 4 of us had to stand whilst our table was being prepared. The decor was breathtaking and with the Italian aroma surrounding the restaurant all made for a wonderful experience. Although we had to choose from the festive menu all dishes we had was cooked to the highest quality. They (the staff) even sang happy birthday to my father in law whilst bringing him a little cake for afters. Will definitely be going back on next visit to Glasgow. Thank you Santa Lucia for a great experience 👌🏾 Recommendations - Fillet steak and Beef Ragu.

Booked a table of 15 here for my sisters birthday and it was absolutely perfect. From the friendly welcome at the door to the exceptional service from Murrin. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her and she made sure I could relax and enjoy the meal whilst she looked after everyone. Everyone commented on how good the food was as well. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back again.

Mussels in a Prosecco sauce and seafood linguine were amazing!! Service impeccable as always, the 2nd birthday we’ve visited for and they are always attentive, and the happy birthday singing throughout the restaurant really impresses our 3 year old!

On Ingram Street, lovely restaurant, staff were very friendly, Flavio was our excellent waiter, food beautifully cooked, good service, lovely atmosphere felt like you were having a personal service, well worth a visit.

Food was delicious. Set menu with loads of choices. Very generous portions which is unusual on a set menu, so definitely a bonus. I'm already looking forward to a return visit. Paulina our server was great as was Jennifer. The girl servers were much more pleasant and helpful than the guy servers ( just an observation)

Everything was amazing, Keira was our server and she was so lovely! From the moment we walked in all the staff were very warm and the atmosphere in the restaurant was inviting, really loved the food- we had lasagna fritta, Ragu, salsiccia pasta and tiramisu, everything tasted delicious and so fresh! Will definitely be back!!

We had lunch here after a couple of days after our wedding, and this was our first time eating here. It was fantastic and the staff were great, especially Olli-Paco who looked after us. The deep fried lasagna is a must try as a starter

After an initial mix up when we arrived (our fault as we had booked the Partick restaurant by mistake), that was quickly dealt with and thankfully the staff were able to fit in our party of 8. The food was fantastic with no complaints from any of our group, and the various members of staff that served us being friendly, attentive and polite, with special mention for Keira who went above and beyond dealing with our group and being our main waitress. I highly recommend Santa Lucia and look forward to visiting the Partick restaurant this weekend.

The best Italian restaurant in Glasgow. I was served by Keira who was very well mannered and had a very kind nature. She was very helpful as it was my first time. The manger is a very lovely man who gave us a very warm welcome. Definitely recommend you will not regret it.

Such an amazing lunch! We got the X2 course for a 14£ deal. Every appetiser we got was so so tasty: ARANCINI were melting in your mouth with a light fried Bruschetta was crunchy and fresh Caponata was juicy and light Soup of the day average Main Mafaldine funghi e salsiccia were cooked perfectly with right amount of sauce and sausages. SO TASTY Milanese with chips: chicken was fried lightly and it was perfect with a dash of lemon Lasagna was this only disappointing thing out of the whole lunch. Ragu was not ragú but tomato sauce with no besciamella at all. Overall AMAZING LUNCH. So worth it

Went for my partner's birthday, food was exceptional, and the service from Paulina was excellent! They even sang my partner a happy birthday! Top marks all around from me! :)

Booked by my daughter who has been here many times before ,we actually turned up early but they accommodated us despite it being busy . The service was fantastic by Keirg and the rest of the staff. Food was delicious and I actually took myself out of my comfort zone and had seafood. I was not disappointed!! Thank you team for a great meal for the celebration of my daughter's graduation!

We walked in for dinner with no reservation but were seated immediately — staff were all very friendly and attentive, and both drinks and food were excellent! Will go again if ever we’re back in Glasgow.

A truly lovely restaurant. Was there in October with family, including young children on a Friday evening to celebrate a Graduation. All the staff were very welcoming, attentive and polite to all of us. The food was presented very well and tasted amazing. Pizza from child menu made two boys very happy. Would definitely recommend this family friendly restaurant. Thinking of a reason to have a repeat two hour trip back up to Glasgow so we can enjoy it all over again. Thankyou

Very attentive and friendly staff. We had a Lasagna Fritta & Bruschetta with tomatoes. Main courses were pasta with pork & beef ribs + chicken Milanese with pasta. The pork & beef ribs pasta was rich in flavour and the pasta was cooked in perfection. The chicken Milanese was lovely dusted and thick but it was not dry. Loved the dinner!

Love this place!!!! Came in here yesterday and the first thing you notice is the decor, beautifully designed and gorgeous at night. Such a calm atmosphere which i appreciated as someone who gets overwhelmed with busy/loud places, this experience was relaxing and a great place to talk with friends while celebrating a birthday. Staff are lovely and helpful, even approached us to ask if we wanted them to sing happy birthday with us as they had noticed my friends 19th sash. Food was amazing, the gnocchi was delicious. Gluten Free options aswell!!! No complaints good portions. Overall, a lovely place to visit that is calm and has great food, five stars!
